Are we ready to order, gentlemen? I'll have a martini, extra dry. The drier the martini, the bigger the tip. Okay. A martini, Tommy? It's 8:30 in the morning. That's tough talk coming from you, Vinnie Two Cannoli, but you got a point. Waitress, make that an espresso martini. So Tommy, how's things at the shop? Ah, you know, between dealing with the Gambinos and dealing with insurance companies not wanting to pay, I'm exhausted. Some neighbors I got. It's like I'm always dealing with the mob. Hey, careful. You're not using Tony? What do you mean? You get a short pay, you give it to Tony. In a few minutes, he builds out the defense. OEM procedure, CCC not included, logic, documentation, the whole case. Then you send that to those bozos in the claims department. And it works? It works because these mooks don't know a fender from a French fry. And they're going to tell me how to fix the car? That's why Tony doesn't argue like you do. Meaning what? Meaning Tony doesn't yell into the phone with a mouthful of gabagool. That was just that one time. Tony builds the case. Professional, documented. And he's hard to ignore. So he handles the fight for me? What about my estimators? Yeah, them too. Every time. Waitress! What, another martini? No, a to-go cup. I gotta go call Tony. Look at that, the man's making healthy choices. Tony helps great shops get paid what they can defend.
