The Real Estate Coach Every Agent Wishes They Had

I just launched one of my favorite apprentices inside ImDoIt, the Coach. This apprentice acts like a project manager and real estate agent coach inside the agent's account. Every Friday, it looks at the agent's week and gives them a simple coaching review. 3 things that went well. 2 things that need improvement, and 1 thing that needs to be discontinued and/or automated. That may sound simple, but think about how powerful that is. Most agents do not fail because they're not working hard. They struggle because they don't always have somebody helping them look back at the week, spot patterns, clean up habits, and decide what to focus on next. A great coach always sees what you cannot always see while you're in the middle of work. This is what the Coach Apprentice was built to do. It does not replace the broker.
