We did fire our entire sales team of six people. It was three to $400,000 a year that we were giving to other people for honestly, sales that probably would have dropped in with a 15 minute phone call because they were warm. There were referrals, they were people who were already in our world. There were ex clients who were coming back really easy, kind of lay down sales. And when you're paying out fifteen hundred dollars in commissions for sales that are that easy, you start to really question like, do we even need this person here? Is there actually an easier way we could have three or four hundred thousand dollars extra in our pocket? My gut reaction was I don't want to sales goals, I don't want to be doing that. I haven't done that in years. And actually it's been really nice and super fun and very easy because everyone's coming in super warm and they already know and want to buy.
