Tim Frey walks through a four-part framework for messaging that sells high-ticket coaching: map your clients' pain, show how your offer moves them past it, paint the vision of who they become, and connect it to a deeper mission. Jade, one of his clients, hit a $7,000 sales day after overhauling her messaging.

Welcome to this video. I'm Tim Ferra and I help online coaches scale to 100k months. In this video I'm going to show you how to create a marketing message that converts high ticket clients. If you guys want to get the download all the questions that go through here, go to the link in the descriptions, opt in your details and I'll send this over to you straight away so you can fill it in as we're going. So a client of ours, Jade, came to us, she had an issue with her messaging. We managed to fix that up using a process very similar to this one and she went on and had a $7,000 day in sales. So we have a program inside my program successful called Compound Marketing. This where someone, some of this has been taken from Jade's absolutely crushed it. So a couple of key concepts today guys. Having great messaging helps you stand out in an highly saturated space, whatever that is. Online coaching is highly saturated, especially since the COVID boom, there's more coaches than ever. So you need to cut through and stand out with your messaging. I'm going to give you the tools on how to do that today. It also makes content faster and easier to create. So once you have this template today we can pop it in AI, chatgpt, whatever AI language models you like to use and we can create really fast content with this. It also speaks directly to the right high value clients. There's nothing worse than having bottom feeders or low value clients, especially as an online coach. They suck your time, energy, effort and they're just pretty bad to work with in general. So the model today we're gonna work with is the client transformation framework. So we have four parts to the questioning I'm gonna go through. So we have the struggle, so we're gonna share the struggle so they can resonate with it. The catalyst or the offer or specifically what we're talking about here or the thing you sell, the greater impact on what you want to help them achieve and then the empowered vision of what's possible for them. Okay, create really great messaging, all four quadrants on it. And it takes someone from unaware to deep understanding on what you do, their mission, their vision, etc. And then it takes them from unaware and shows them what the possibility is of using you and your service product or whatever that is. So we're going to get into, we've got a lot of questions here and this is really important. You guys go through, download this, go through this in depth so you can start to create an avatar and unique messaging around what you do, I see this go wrong all the time in online coaches is they just go to market with the same messaging that everyone else has and they want why they can't attract clients. It's because you're just blending in, okay? You need to put the reps into building the foundation of your brand and this is what this exercise does. So the current struggle is we want to dive into the reality of the people you serve by mapping out their present challenges. So I'll go through, probably go through the top five of these questions on each of them, but you really want to download this worksheet and make sure that you go through this in depth. So where are your ideal clients right now in their journey? What frustrations or roadblocks are they currently hitting? What persistent issues keep resurfacing despite their efforts? What triggers feelings of inadequacy or comparison to others? What solutions have they already explored? So that's the top five questions. You can see that's very in depth here. So the answers you're gonna get are great. What you also wanna do is if you have an ideal client that you know, you wanna speak to them and ask them this. So you can invite them on a coffee day, you can jump a phone call, you can ask them questions, drop a loom, like whatever that is, but get it straight from the horse's mouth. And you wanna find out what they're saying in their words and you wanna translate exactly how they're saying it onto this sheet. And that's how you're gon really sharp marketing message. So once you've done the current struggle, you can throw it in AI and you can ask for a summary of it. But I would have space under each of them and I would have as much detail as possible so you can create a great marketing message on the struggle. Next up, we have the catalyst. So we're going to clarify what you provide and how it moves them beyond their pain. What happens is when they see your stuff online, they see your marketing, they see your content, they're going to have some kind of truth gateway or a truth moment. An example of this is in the fitness industry. It's really common when someone signs up to a gym or they start with you, you do measurements, you do body fat, you do one of those bioscanner biodex machines, and people get a printout on that printout. It's like Tim Fray. Age, gender, height, weight, body fat percentage. And then the trainer will be like, there's your body fat percentage. And usually that's A bit of a truth gateway because everyone's usually fatter than they think they were. And that's the psychology behind it is you want to show someone their truth or their pain point so it drives them into action. And this is really great marketing is when you can dig into someone's pain points, your marketing message is going to become a lot more clear. Marketing is psychology and it is about creating pain points. In a way. This exercise right now is going to help you discover those pain points and then we can market to them. So we're going to go through the first five again. So what is your core offering? What is the name of your program, solution or service? What's a delivery method? What specific challenges does your offer address? What behaviors or habits have they finally let go of? So I want to go through, answer these in depth. Really cool to throw this in AI after, get a summary, get really clear on what your offer is or the catalysts or how it helps them. Commonly where I see this go wrong in online marketing is people are just like, here's my service, buy my or here's my program, buy my thing. And if you don't do it, it's your loss. But we're not really speaking to a lot of the pain points, so we want to move them beyond their pain with the service that you are giving. The third part of this is the empowered vision. We want to paint a vivid picture of who your clients become after working with you. So after you do my product, my, my service, your life is going to look like this. And we want to be very clear and dialed in on what that actually looks like. So we'll go through the first five questions again. Where are they now as transformed individuals? So after they have used your 12 week shred, 6 week plan, 90 day business coaching, what will their life look like? So you want to paint a vivid picture in their words. What are the new habits, systems or mindsets they've integrated? How has their daily life or work environment evolved? What is the tangible outcomes they are achieving? What success or milestones are they celebrating? So they're the first five questions. There's about 10 to 12 on each of them. But you're going to have a very good understanding of what life looks like after they've done your program, product, service, whatever that is. Number four, we want to define the greater impact here. So we're going to define a deeper meaning behind your work as it is significant for you and the world. So this is like bigger picture stuff. So as Simon Sinek says, your why should make you cry. We need to go into depth here and people need to see what the bigger impact of what you do is. You can see this is so much more than just like, hey, I'm a trainer, I'm a coach, or whatever it is by myself. Now. This is really deep and this is how we create a great marketing message. So first five, again, why does your work resonate with you on a personal level? What do you believe about the challenges or systems? What do you believe about the challenges or systems your clients are trapped in? What drives your passion to support them? What's the larger vision fielding your efforts? What transformations do you aim to spark in your industry or community? So we'll go through that after this. We're going to have about 40 to 50 answers to this. We're going to have a really good understanding of how to start marketing to our clients in their words, which is going to attract them so much better than just random. You guys are posting on organic. Sorry. So what I've done here is I've given you an example. So this was for my business or my brand. So I've gone through and I've given you exactly some of my answers here so you could see how I was answering them from a marketing coach's perspective. At the bottom here, got a next step. So once you've done this and you want to turn this into organic content or paid ads or email marketing or whatever it is, send me a message on Instagram and send me the word grow. Eal Tim Frank and I can see how we can work together to turn this into really great marketing. But this is a really good understanding of how to create messaging that converts high ticket clients.
