Transcript excerpt from a YouTube conversation (Tim Frey and others) about when coaches/agencies are ready to charge high-ticket prices. Speakers argue readiness depends on having a repeatable, step-by-step process that reliably delivers outcomes; if not, start with lower-ticket offers. They also warn about reputational risk—an “invisible hand” of negative word-of-mouth—if you take money without delivering.

I feel so confident charging what we charge. We've had clients walk into companies and they get $300,000 contracts signed, locked and loaded within a couple of weeks because they know their backwards forwards, ups and downs. I think we're way undercharging for the amount of information and knowledge and systems that we provide to our clients. And that's the level that you should feel like you're at for the thing that you're giving. If you don't have the sort of knowledge that's like, I know the exact process step by step to get you from here to here, then you should definitely start on one of the lower ticket models first because taking people's money and not delivering the thing that you said is really crappy for you as a coach. Two, you're going to get something that we call the invisible hand, which is everybody talking about you and saying really negative stuff.
Yeah, I just want to touch on the invisible hand thing and this is probably like a pretty horrifying story.
