Tim Frey describes how a supercar dealership sells without pushy pitches. They send personalized photos of new cars to known prospects, asking if a car would look good in their driveway. The strategy relies on relationships and repeated soft contact instead of hard financial asks.
It's wild how fast this has grown. Not a single paid marketing strategy. Barely even a social media strategy.
Every time they get a new supercar, they send me like, eight photos of it, and they're like, this would look really good in orange. So I think they, like, identify who could afford this thing. And then they go to their contact list and they send it out and they're like, this could look good for you. And it's incredible because every time I get these photos, I send it to Steph. I'm like, would this look good in our driveway? They know that we're in the market. Just keep, like, hammering us with, oh, this would look good on you.
Like, it's a genius strategy. And it's similar to any other strategy where you would do a reach out and a direct sell, but. Except the thing that's really smart about the way they do it that I love, they really do make friends with everybody.
Yeah.
So when they text you, it's not like they're trying to sell you. It's like, hey, it's this much money and you can get finance for this. And it's not like that. It's like, hey, dude, how good's this? Like, so sick.
