A business that relies on you 24 7. That's not freedom. That is a cage. The problem that most people face as they scale up is they think that no one's going to be able to do it as well as them. That is the thing that will stop you from being able to do that, because you don't think that anything bad's going to happen. But one day you get sick, one day your kids get sick, and you can't go to work, and all of a sudden someone has to step in. And so it is to build something that doesn't run without you. Are we honest? I don't think we've nailed it. We're working on it. I think we're in constant phases of working on it. Here's why I don't think we've fully nailed it yet.
