A short conversation emphasizing that business success depends on taking health and fitness seriously. Speakers argue many business owners neglect fitness due to perceived difficulty or laziness, but declining health harms business performance and client delivery.
If you want to have a successful business that you need to take your health and fitness seriously.
I want to preface this with like of course, but if it's of course then why don't more business owners take more care of their health?
Oh man. I'd like, do you want my real answer here or like the fake answer or the sugar coated answer? I think a lot of people are lazy and I think that's why a lot of people don't do fitness because they think it's hard. But fitness is hard and business is hard and that's why people that have their fitness together usually have their business together as well. People don't take it as seriously as it should because they don't think it's a big deal until it is, until their health starts declining. And when your health declines clients, you can't really perform in business.
So Tim, how do you juggle business relationship and health.
