Was really big for me because I built this whole thing on a personal brand and so to have you coming into the personal brand felt uncomfortable because I thought you're very different to me. I liked being the boss at some level and or had an identity attachment to being the boss potentially. And then I realized probably too slowly that you're a better leader than me. By allowing Tim to be the leader of this company I actually just get to do more of the stuff I love and the business has grown like insanely. We've doubled our revenue, we've tripled our profit. I'm working in extremely decreased hours compared to what I was working previously. We're having more fun.
