Tim Frey started a gym with $1 personal-training sessions to collect before-and-after proof of results. Once he had evidence, he scaled it into a seven-figure business. The lesson: show screenshots and client wins, not just claims.

This is like one of the most underrated things. I posted a story the other week on my Facebook and Instagram, essentially how I started a gym and I filled in a pool with my dad, I put some Astroturf down, got a squat rack, and then I was doing $1pt sessions. It wasn't because it was angel numbers or I thought I'm better than that. I had a master's degree and I was doing $1pt sessions. It's because I wanted to get proof. And as soon as I had proof, I built a seven figure gym straight after that. You just need to show proof on what you do and the results you get with your clients. And it's far more believable. In the fitness example we always used to do before and after in business coaching, we always do screenshots of hey, I've made $10,000 in your program because people need to see proof.
