Tim Frey explains why the most successful clients succeed: they experiment with suggestions and adapt when things change, while less successful ones resist trying new approaches. Single tactics stop working eventually, so growth mindset is what separates them.

What are our most successful clients doing from a mindset point of view?
I'm going to hit it with what they're not doing. So you know, we'd be on coaching calls and they'll be like, cool, so what do I do here? I'll give them a suggestion. I'll say I think you should go and do X. And then the people that are successful are like maybe I could do that, maybe that would work for me. And that's the difference in the mindset. It's the fixed mindset of I can't, it won't versus I can learn, I can try and I will make this work for me. Everything you do is probably going to stop working. If you go into business or marketing with a one track mind, you're going to get crushed because eventually it's going to stop working because so many people start doing it and it just becomes less effective.
