What do 7-figure business coaches even do in a week?

Tim Frey and Steph break down their weekly routines as seven-figure coaches. They use a Sunday planning bot to time-block priorities, hold specific KPI reviews, and split roles: Steph runs coaching and sales while Tim handles marketing. They also share how they protect deep work time and delegate.

If I try to launch another one on one program, I want you to slap the out of me because we cannot do that again. And why I'm telling you this is we have a lot of white space in our calendar now because white space gives you creativity and creativity gives you that next level of growth. I'm not just going to put into that white space like more one on one stuff and more programs and whatever. It's actually given me a lot of perspective. When you don't have it, you just end up being super reactive all the time. I feel like life just actually passes you by when you're just super busy all the time doing the thing. Welcome to episode 106 on the Success School podcast. Today we're giving you a BTS or behind the scenes look into our weekly schedule as seven figure coaches. That sounds so lame saying that, but.
Yeah, I hate the seven figures. Seven figures, bro.
Yeah, but making up fake stripes, screenshots, Lambos that aren't ours, toy lambos, Gamma mode.
Yeah. Business class fights that AMEX sport. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Steph, how you feeling?
Very good. I feel organized, structured, controlled. And the reason I feel like that is because you built something incredible.
Oh.
Credit where credit is due.
Okay, cool.
My sir. My.
I don't get many compliments from my wife.
Very amazing. Very clever and handsome. Very handsome. Obviously about, I don't know, couple of months ago, three months ago, you built us a bot. And it has changed my life. And I think there actually may be something coming out on AI very soon. But you have changed my life with a bot that you built. Built. And the bot is the Sunday session, the weekly planner bot. And it's so simple. It's frustratingly simple, but it lets me be so in control of my week. So basically what the bot is, guys, is it asks you some questions, basically say hello, and the bot says hello back. And then it basically asks you what your priorities for the week are, how many hours you have to work on it, what days and times you're going to work on, the priorities that are on your list. And it breaks that over the whole week. And since I've been using the bot and actually structuring the stuff that it tells me to do into my calendar, why you revolutionary? Revolutionary. Because I have so much more. I've had more time. Everything gets done like today, literally today I finished my work by 11:30am and there was more I could have done, but I was like, it's gonna go in next week's to do list. So I could have Sat at my laptop and got burnt the fuck out and worked until 4pm of course, because we all could, right? But I'd done everything that I needed to do for my week. So I shut my damn laptop and I went and had a nap and it was amazing. And so I think that the bot has changed my life. And I want to say thank you. Thank you so much for creating that bot for us and successful clients. You guys have access to this incredible bot. It is under orientation, and I know that a lot of you are using it. And if you haven't used it yet, you need to. It is game changing.
Steph, question. How many of my new modules have you done in successful and what? All of them. All of them. Okay. Yeah, just checking, because this is not new, the bot, and you've only just discovered it three months ago.
Three months ago. You only created it, like in the last couple of weeks for our clients. I've been using it before that.
All right, guys, gonna get into my personal update. This is not a flex and this is not a, hey, look at me. But I have been working like a dog.
Yeah.
And we've just finished up a season. And I actually said to a bunch of our close friends, I actually said, it's a Steph and Kate, but if I try to launch or we try to launch another one on one program, I want you to slap the fucking shit out of me. Because we cannot do that again because we give so much in these programs that it actually drains us.
Yeah.
And why I'm telling you this is we have a lot of white space in our calendar now. And that doesn't mean I'm not doing anything, which it feels like I'm not doing anything, to be honest. But it's great because white space gives you creativity, and creativity gives you, like, that next level of growth, which is cool. I'm not just gonna put into that white space, like more one on one stuff and more programs and whatever. But it's actually given me, like, a lot of perspective. And on the last couple of episodes, we've been speaking about mission vision, like why we're doing what we're doing, where we want to take it to what we want our life to look like. All that stuff you can't get if you don't have white space. I originally heard this concept from one of our old mentors, James Kemp, and he says he sets up his ENT week about white space because white space is where the business growth comes. And it got me thinking, is like, you know how many operators or owners or entrepreneurs have white space in their calendar or dedicated white space to take themselves to the next level. And when you don't have it, you just end up being super reactive all the time and you just end up like life. I feel like life just actually passes you by when you're just super busy all the time doing the thing. So white space has been incredible for me. Like Steph did mention before, we got some cool stuff on the agenda on the horizon. Not a one on one program. If you guys missed out on that, you'll have to be there next time. Maybe, maybe Steph and Kate will slap the shit out of me if we do it.
Shout out to one on one clients. We fucking love you guys. We love you too much. Which is the problem. Like that's literally we love you too much. And we literally, like, we'll sit there all night and talk about your businesses instead of just giving ourselves the space that we need to think about our own. We go way too hard, way too deep with one on one clients, which is why we don't work in that space. So thank you for the inner circle crew. We love you so much. But.
Yeah, but ruined my life.
Yeah, I care too much about you guys.
I care way too much. Steph, what are we telling us about the Mastermind today?
We do love our one on one clients, but that is also why we created our mastermind so that we could love on all of the clients all at once, all together. And our community is just the friggin best. So we have a few different programs.
Like a business orgy.
It is like a business.
We love on them all the time, everyone at the same time.
We have. And we have a few different programs. You guys would have heard talk about some of them over the last few podcasts, but today I'm talking about the Successful Mastermind. And this was the OG program that we created, the Successful Mastermind. It's been running for almost. It's two years, two years now, which is incredible. And over the last two years we have refined and refined and refined and I am just so proud of what we've put together. So it's a 12 month container where we bring you in, we give you a 12 week roadmap to begin with where we map out your first 90 days. We give you some one to one accountability and support to get you kickstarted into the program. We run three retreats a year which are just phenomenally mind blowing. I've had four people in my DMs this week being like, can I buy a spot to the retreat.
No, you can't.
No, you can't. You have to be a client. But the retreat spots are 5,000. When we used to sell retreat spots that were $5,000, you get three of them a year included in success school, which is $15,000. So they're free. So it is absolutely wild value. The Mastermind is for an entrepreneur that's ready to scale big time. It's for the kind of entrepreneur that's hungry, that isn't a entrepreneur. You're not kind of like half in, half out. You are all in. You are taking this the whole way. Not only do you want the financial freedom, you want the lifestyle freedom too. And you're willing to work until you get it. And if you're that entrepreneur, we are so all in on you. Literally. So all in. We do five coaching calls a week through Friday. We do pop up guest expert sessions on sales, on ads, on mindset. We have obviously the three retreats. We have all of the systems. So every single piece of content that we have within that program not only is an exact system that we give you to plug and play, but we also give you the exact sop so you can give that to your VA or to your, to your team member so they can actually install that system directly into your business. Plus every single module has a bot that helps you get through the module in a way that basically comes out pretty much perfectly done every single time. So proud of the program that we've built and the results that we get. We just had seven people sign up this week for their third year, so obviously the second year of successful. They've just signed up to say they're going to stay for the next 12 months with us, which is such an honor and so amazing. And some of those clients have had the most insane results, like zero to $2 million in the last three years. Gone from barely making $5,000 a month to making almost seven figures with five team members. I had this incredible result where she was selling, barely selling out her launches and now she's launching for almost $200,000 every time she launches. It's wild. So I'm really proud of it. If you guys have ever been interested in coming to one of our retreats or you've seen our incredible clients and the incredible community of high level entrepreneurs that we've built, we would love to invite you to the Success School Mastermind. It is the coolest place to do business and I'm really, yeah, proud of what we built.
Yeah. The price is incredible for what you get. So Steph and I obviously will coach you every day, five days a week for 12 months, which is nut. And it's half the price of the nearest competition, which is a huge sale. So if you guys want to get access to that or you want to speak to our team and see how that could work for you, go to our website, makemoreprofit.com that's actually our website, which is cool. When I say that, I'm like, that's a fucking cool website.
It is a cool website.
And click on the Mastermind tab and then book in a scale session. You can speak with our team. We can talk you through how this would work out for your business. We'd love to have you in.
So the main topic today is we are taking a little peek, sneak peek into our weekly schedule as Seven Figure Coaches. We have not planned this episode very well, so bear with us while we riff on this because people always ask us, like, how do you spend your time? Like, I'm really interested in taking a peek behind the curtain. Like, what do you do all day? So we thought we'd kind of just break it down for you. We think it's really boring, but hopefully you find it really interesting.
So we start off on Sundays. Sundays, Mondays. Those kind of times, we do all of our KPIs. We're tracking about 85 different metrics or KPIs at the moment. I don't say that to scare you. I'm just telling you exactly what goes into it. That's everything from clients, ad spend, marketing, customer acquisition costs, sales, sales targets, leads, how many people showed up to each call. Like, it's super detailed. From there, we usually pick the three worst. Or we'll go through the three worst. Steph and I will usually have a meeting about that on a Monday. And then we'll look to the KPIs that we need to improve. How we know which KPIs to improve, we kind of go top down. So, like, our big thing is, obviously retention is like one of our biggest ones. And then from there it's sales. So if we're not making sales, we, you know, reverse calculate. And then we say, hey, all right, so who showed up for calls? How many people showed up for calls? Cool. How many leads did we get? What was the quality of leads? Usually it kind of goes sales, leads, operation, and then pick the three worst. Usually once you fix a sales problem or a leads problem, that's not usually a problem again, for quite a while. And then it kind of moves to something else. So it's kind of like KPIs is the first thing we talk about the three worst problems, then we fix the problems. That'll be kind of on a Monday morning. Steph, do you want to tell us about the Sunday sesh process and what that looks like for you in terms of planning your entire week in the.
Structure just on KPIs? Because people are going to be scared and a lot of people aren't tracking because it's too hard. Let's just quickly talk about how we get the data in there because I think that's really important. So everybody, every team member is for their section, responsible. If you don't have a lot of team members, that's a va, that's responsible. If you don't have a va, get a va, full stop. That's where that, that's the end of that conversation. Everyone needs a va. So because there's just shit you shouldn't be doing, like filling in your KPIs on your own because if it relies on it probably won't get done. So, you know, when I used to have to fill in my own KPIs, guess what happened? They didn't get filled in. Guys, it really helps to have somebody pulling in all the data from all the different places for you. So get a VA, get them to fill in your KPIs and start with like 10 to 12 of the main KPIs, usually around sales and marketing and income are the main things you're wanting to look at there. But the Sunday planning for us, I kind of already alluded to it in the initial conversation here today, but we have a really awesome bot that basically takes you through the process of prioritizing your week based on the tasks that you have to do. There are low level tasks and there are high level tasks. And the bot basically helps you to identify which ones you need to be working on and then helps you to time block them into your world. So Tim and I just sit down, we look at the KPIs, we figure out, you know, what is it that we need to work on this week? And then we will time block those projects into our calendar. The reason that most businesses I think are unsuccessful or don't manage to get enough growth is because they just get busy doing busy work. Like there is always stuff to do in your business. You will never be short of a to do list, but you're giving yourself time to work on direct projects is the most powerful thing you can do. Like we move the needle so much last few weeks because we've really like given ourselves two to three hours every single day just to work on projects to the point where like by Wednesday most of the projects are done. Because we're giving so much time and energy to the projects. Most people are just like sitting around on Instagram or reacting to emails or over servicing their clients because they get an ego boost from doing that because, you know, oh, so and so said it was really good today and I feel like I'm doing something meaningful. No, the meaningful work is growing your business. And so we always make time. Time to sit down and figure out what are our priorities and schedule them into our calendar.
So I guess we'll kind of split this up with health, business and kind of lifestyle. Yeah, and we'll kind of go like, what does your week look like? So I'll go first. So kind of health stuff for us. I get up probably like 4:35am we kind of start moving and growling at each other in bed. We get our dogs into beds, we have a big cuddle, then we jump up. Jeff will usually cook breakfast. That breakfast is usually like bacon, eggs, something like that. We'll have a coffee, I'll a pre workout. I think I'm using craze at the moment or something like that. We go to the gym together. We split off. Steph does our program, I do my program. That lasts for about an hour. Then we'll come home and usually we'll tuck into work. We have a housekeeper that usually comes during this time. So our house is pretty crazy. Like our dogs are going fucking nuts. And then we're doing work stuff during that time just to kind of wrap up the health stuff. In the afternoons, we switch off at different times every day, usually about two. We have about an hour off, then we walk the dogs, eat dinner. And then we both put on blue blockers. And then we start our nightly routine, which is mobility. So we're doing the Vanya Moves program at the moment, the 28 day toolkit or mobility program. And then we'll usually watch favorite shows at the moment. Last of us, neighbors and friends and what was the other one? Mobland.
Mobland's great. Yeah. So plus supplement fixes.
Yeah, plus the supplements. So we're having magnesium, zinc, melatonin, ashwagandha, rhodiola multivitamin. And I say magnesium twice. Yeah, because it's two times as good. And fish oil on top of that. So that's kind of like the health thing. We usually go to bed at like 8:30. That's kind of our time. So super early. So we get up super early and we go to bed super early. So that kind of makes sense.
Sometimes we go to bed before eight.
Yeah, sometimes we go to bed before eight. So in terms of health, that's usually how it works in terms of business. So we have different roles in the company. I guess. I'll invite you to speak about your roles and what you kind of handle and then I'll go over the other stuff and what that looks like.
Yeah. For anyone who works as a business partner or maybe is working with their husband in their business, the best thing we ever did was define roles. And I think that that sounds really obvious, but it's actually very hard to do, especially when you're both skilled at lots of things. So Tim and I could both be, we could both kind of cross over and do each other's stuff pretty easily because we're both pretty skilled in all of the things. However, there's just stuff that I'm better at because I enjoy it more and the stuff that Tim's better at because he enjoys it more and it just makes a natural lean too. So we've worked with quite a lot of business partners and couples and the number one thing that we recommend you guys do is split off based on role. So I personally am head of coaching, so obviously supporting our clients. So if you know, on a day to day basis, it'd be my responsibility to make sure that every client's responded to in our school platform. It'd be my responsibility to take most of the group coaching calls. It'd be my responsibility to have one to ones if clients need them or book them or whatever that looks like. So there's some of my responsibilities on the, on the coaching side, ensure our clients are having great results, retention, those sorts of things. And then on the sales side is my role is also head of sales. So I help our sales team stay focused, upskill them, listen to call recordings, make sure that they're, you know, aware of what the goal is. The marketing stuff that we have going on, how that filters through, I also filter back. So if our sales team is saying like the leads are crappy quality because of this or that or whatever, I'll work with Tim to get better like lead magnets or content out into the world. And so I work pretty closely with our sales team to ensure that we're bringing the right people into our world and bringing the right people into our community.
My role in the business is I handle A lot of the marketing stuff besides Steph's organic social media, she handles that her herself. But email, ads, my organic planning, the podcast, all that stuff kind of happens through me. What that kind of looks like. A bit more detail at the moment on that is email. We're kind of running like a four week split on email. So one week we'll advertise startup school, one week accelerator, one week mastermind, and then one week a workshop. That workshop we're kind of running every month at the moment. We're doing that as like a client conversion event, so. Or a conversion event. So that's only going out to our warm audience. So that's going out to email anyone that's in our warm audience at the moment. In terms of the podcast, we usually do three in a row and then if we have something coming up, we'll bank heaps. So you guys have probably seen how that's going to work out lately. We look at all of our data, stuff that's working, stuff that hasn't worked, drop off rates when people stop listening to the podcast, and we try to improve them every single time. So in terms of marketing, that's email and then ads, we run top, middle and bottom of funnel. So top of funnel, we're just trying to bring people into the company and just to like become in our warm stack. Middle of funnel, we usually do lead magnets to attract new people and then we are doing a worksh and then bottom of funnel we're advertising for scale sessions. From there, then I guess we'll go into the client success stuff. So I manage both of our client success managers, Sarah and Ruth. We have a weekly client success meeting and then I'm kind of speaking with them every day. What that actually looks like. And people are probably. This is like really under the hood stuff. But we've mapped out a client journey for each of our programs and they all have activation points. So an activation point is essentially when a client gets to that milestone or goal. That's good and that's what we want. So we kind of kind of track our client success on five activation points in each program. One of them is coming to a tree, one of them is like getting an offer out, getting ads up, that kind of stuff. So it's very structured. And then when the client success managers have an issue or a problem, they talk with me and then I talk with Steph and then we kind of go from there. So I'm kind of head of the client succession in terms of getting people to activation points. If they're not. Why, how many percentage, how do we help them? Do we need to implement new modules? And then all the marketing stuff that goes into it. So I'm marketing client success. Steph is coaching and sales and then we kind of work together on any problems outside of that. Steph, kind of talk about the dynamic between us. How has this always been? Give them a look under the hood.
Yeah, so it wasn't always this way. You know, originally I had the coaching company and Tim kind of came into it. And so, you know, originally I had been the leader of the company. Additionally, Tim had been leading his own companies up until that point and we had never really led a company together. And that took a little bit of time to figure out. We first came in, we kind of of just worked on every problem together, which was just such a, like looking. I laugh because looking back now, what a waste of energy to have both of our minds trying to solve every single problem together. And then we were just butting heads about stuff. Like, you know, I couldn't make a unilateral decision because I had to run it past Tim because that's what we were doing and it was just really slowing the business down and vice versa. Like Tim need to run everything past me and then I'd be like, well, what about this and what about this? And we don't need to have those discussions. We need to try lots of stuff and we actually have to. I think you always say let the boats burn. Sometimes you just have to let the boats burn. Sometimes you have to throw all the balls up in the air and just see what works and what doesn't. You know, we're by no means perfect, but we just take a hell of a lot of action. And so because of that, you know, we learn really quickly. So I don't have to run everything by Tim and he doesn't have to run everything by me. We just figure it out and if he makes a mistake or if I make a mistake, we just forgive each other and we move on. And that happens a lot because we're all just learning here, right? There's not, there's nothing wrong with learning. So having the distinct roles has been. Been super helpful and they're just natural things. Like I naturally love and die and enjoy, like Dieter coach. Like I enjoy being really hands on with our clients. I really love sales. I really enjoy the psychology and the background behind it. Tim is an ads nerd, so it just makes sense, like for the areas that we're in. And he's also really good at getting people to milestones. So the reason that you're in the CSM role. So even though I do coaching, Tim manages the CSM team because Tim is better at activating clients to move to the next stage and he's better at holding them to standard and holding them accountable than I am. And so he's teaching our client success managers and working with them really deeply to instill that same energy so that we can move clients to these activation points, aka help them get results way faster.
So two more areas to touch on here is KPIs and then team meetings. So KPIs is Steph and I, we have our KPIs each. So in terms of marketing, I have KPIs, in terms of email, open rate, click through rate, how many leads we need to generate new followers, all that type of stuff. When that's not working, Steph has the right to be like the fox up, like why is this not working? And then Steph has her KPIs for sales as well. So 50% close rate, 60% people get on calls and then it's kind of vice versa on that way. So everyone in our company has KPIs that they need to hit and they are performance managed on it. Just because we own the company doesn't mean that we don't have KPIs and we're not accountable to it. We're not beyond that. Everyone has to do their job. And then the last thing is like team management. And I feel like in this small business phase, you know, this million, 2 million, 3 million, this is where it's kind of done wrong a lot of the time. And I know wrong is a very subjective word and there is no right and yada yada. So we'll just tell you how we do it. So we have a weekly all hands meeting. That's Monday, 9am Everyone jumps on how that works is everyone shares their positive focus or a win. From the weekend, we go through company updates, we go through KPIs and we go through any issues that you guys are having. So every team member will present their KPIs, why they won, why they didn't, and if they need help, then the sales team's a little bit more intense because they have a few more issues. So sales teams, obviously they've got a lot of questions all the time. So we've ranged anywhere from from meetings every day for 20 minutes to meetings three times a week for 20 minutes. That's kind of like a fluctuating thing. For us, in terms of client success team, we meet once a week outside of the weekly team meeting to go through any issues or dramas that they're having as well. And they're kind of like our main departments. Other than that, we have one on one meetings as required with our team. We're not like massive on meetings. We're not a big meetings company. I think meetings are a fucking waste of time most of the time. But that's just us. Anything I miss with any of those?
No. We also have admin, so there's a couple admin in our team. So we have the sales department, we have this, the client success department, and we have the admin department. So we have two people on our admin team, Si, who's been with us for literally what feels ever, almost like a decade, and Jessa, who's new to the team. She's our executive assistant. So that's new for us. And it's actually been amazing so far. And we haven't even offhanded a lot of the stuff that we will eventually offhand to her. But having her organized, just things like, Tim and I are not the most organized people. Like, and what I mean by organized is like, we're really good at meeting a deadline when we need to meet the deadline. But when it comes to things like we, we travel a lot and a lot of the times, because we book travel, for example, we're going away in a couple of weeks and sometimes we don't think about the flight schedules and the coaching calls until the week before the travel comes up. And we're just, we just kind of don't look forward that much into our calendars. We're not that great with the calendar. We're really good with the calendar this week, but six months out, three months out, we're not so good with the calendar. Having Jessa to schedule all of our flights in, look at all the conflicts, ask us what we want to do, reschedule meetings when we don't want to attend them. Like, it's just been awesome to have somebody who's like, she booked our entire caravan trip for us. It's been awesome to have that support in the, in the business.
Yeah, just a couple more like BTS things. What our EA does, so she buys supplements, groceries, pays the bill. She books in my hair appointments every month. Then every second week after that, she books a barber appointment for me. She books in like a dog wash. The dog wash comes to the house. Dentist appointment, dentist appointments, Any meetings, we have rescheduling. That replies to emails, all that type of stuff. It's been. It's been social media, content schedule, date night.
That's been amazing. Date night's been awesome.
Yeah. So we think it's super important, especially as a couple, to have a date night, like, frequently. So we do ours weekly. Some people might think that's overkill. Like, it could be every two weeks or a month for us, but we just have a cadence. So we'll go to dinner one week, then we'll see a movie the week after. Then we'll go to, like, a live show. So we go to, like, comedy, you know, not musicals, but something like that, along those lines. And we just kind of rotate that every Thursday. That's kind of our date night. And that's been great for business and our relationship, but it's been amazing. The best part about it is I haven't. Haven't had to organize it, and we haven't had to think about it.
I think that this is it because, like, I think that in a relationship, and this is going so off topic, but I think that in a relationship, I think anyone can relate to this. There's always someone who plans the date night. Right. And that person always feels a little bit like. Like you lose the magic of it because you've had to organize it, you know? Whereas for us, now we both get to experience the magic of it because we're like, oh, where are we going this week? And it's already booked for us. Like, oh, we're going to Long Chim tonight. How fun. Or like, oh, the movies are already books. It's exciting because neither of us have had to organize. It's like someone's come in and been like, well, well, put it all down. We'll do it for you. That has actually been one of my favorite things about having her in the business. Not only because of that, but, like, Tim and I, as you guys can imagine, we spend a lot of time together. A lot of time together. And when you work together and you live together and you have, like, you literally ride or die together 24 7, it can be sometimes hard for one of you to kind of like, break the. The business chat or the work chat and have more fun. And it's been really nice for somebody to kind of inject that for us into life as well. It's been super helpful.
All right, we're going to get into our listener question today. And Steph, this one is from Zoe, and you're going to speak to this so well, because this has been you. I have A calendar. But I feel like I'm behind every day. What should I change? Oh my God.
This has been me so many times for many, many, many years. So the biggest shift for me has been scheduling in to just even one hour. Honestly you'd be surprised what you can get done. But one to two hour blocks of deep work into my calendar a couple of times a week. And it doesn't, honestly it doesn't have to be a lot, but you just have to know exactly what you're doing in that time. So for example, when we're planning out like a workshop that we have coming up, it needs time and effort. I need to sit down with our ideal client in my head. I need to think about what pain points they're experiencing, what kind of bonuses are going to be helpful, like what kind of content am I going to share that's going to be helpful and useful and actually move the needle for them and not just be more fluff and more noise to add to their day. And it takes a lot of time to build something like that out, but it doesn't if the only thing you're building out. And so my favorite thing to do has been to have my work in sections. So I work on like client focus stuff in the mornings typically. So I'll do our school platform, I'll do coaching calls, I'll do client check ins, all those sorts of things all before kind of midday. And then usually between like 12 and 2, I will just block out a two hour period to do deep work. And I'll maybe only do this twice a week, especially depending on where you're at right now and how much time you have in your business. But once, two hours a week is plenty if you know, okay, I'm doing the workshop and that's what I've got to do. So I've got to come with a headline, a name, blah, blah, blah. And if you're not using AI, you are absolutely sleeping on so much time saved. When I sit down to do a workshop, I just open up AI and I get you to ask me lots of questions and I ask you lots of questions and we just go backwards and forwards, backwards, backwards. And then within an hour the whole workshop is ideated. We've got a landing page almost ready to go. We just have to now obviously go and get that built. So a couple of hacks here. One I have my, we call them my mental health headphones. But then sound blocking, noise canceling headphones, phenomenally game changing. Like I used to just hear all the noises of the dogs barking or the postie arrived or whatever, and it'll just be really distracting for me. So noise canceling headphones have been a game changer and I put on deep work music from Spotify, so there's a couple that I love. But I. I'm loving focused jazz right now for some reason. And so I will just sit there with my music on and no notifications. So I will literally, I don't tell my team because I just stopped replying. But you could tell your team, you could tell your clients, you can tell your family, you can tell your friends. Like, I'm not contactable between these hours. I need to get this done. And when you are left with nothing but space and you don't open your phone, you don't open Instagram, you just get so much done, it' insane. But most of the time, we just don't give ourselves the space to do it.
All right, guys, that was a bit of a unplanned off the c. Look into our life. I think we're super boring, but maybe that was probably interesting for them. Please let us know. Send us a DM on Instagram @ Real Tim Ferray at Steph Gordon. Hopefully it's changed to Frey at some point in the near future. This has been way too many years of that.
