You will lose friends, and it's really hard. And so if you're experiencing people not supporting you the way that you expected to, and not cheerleading you the way that you expect to, and they could be people you really love, like your family, your friends, your husband. That happens to all of us. You are not broken. It is not you. You're not messed up. Most of society is just so adverse to change that they just want to keep you where you are. Because if you change, then that sometimes shines a light in all the ways in which they aren't. My biggest piece of advice for you will be focus on where the support is showing up for you. Don't get caught up in where it's not.
