I fired some people this week. I think it's crazy that people try and keep non fits in their business because they're simply too scared to fire them. If somebody isn't hitting the metrics in the first few weeks, then you need to make a call. At the end of the day, we are not a business that can invest in excessive amounts of training. If that requirement is not being met within the first month, we make the hard decision to move people on. And I have made that decision twice in the last month. You're delaying your own growth. You're delaying their growth. So it's better to rip the band aid off early.
