A Thank You from Our President, Dr. Max Holmes

I'm Max Holmes, President and CEO of Woodwell Climate Research Center. The past year has been absolutely remarkable. We've been working incredibly hard. Our scientists have been around the world doing their important work. We couldn't do it without everyone on our team, including you. We've launched Permafrost Pathways, a remarkable tet audacious project. We've also provided input on the SEC climate risk disclosure rules. And our past president, Dr. Phil Duffy, continues to serve in the White House as climate advisor.

There's still much to be done urgently, and we continue to push on all fronts. This week alone, Woodwell Climate will be in D.C. for congressional testimony, and we'll have a team in New York for Climate Week. Later this fall, many of us will be in Egypt at the UN climate negotiations, pushing to make sure that international climate policy is informed by the best science.

On behalf of everyone at the center.

Thank you for your support.
