5 Signs You Need a Sales Funnel, Not Just More Content - Coaching Corner #013

In this live coaching session, hosts David, Rob, and a third speaker walk listeners through five clear indicators that a creator or business should shift focus from producing more content to building a sales funnel. They illustrate each sign with real‑world examples (a YouTube star not capturing leads, a client receiving endless DM inquiries, traffic being sent to a generic homepage, the creator manually handling every sale, and reliance on “luck” for results). Throughout the discussion they showcase practical funnel components—lead magnets, value ladders, upsells/one‑time‑offers, offer walls, and funnel hubs—while recommending specific tools such as ClickFunnels, ManyChat, MessageHub/Twilio, and Microsoft Clarity for automation and tracking. The hosts stress the importance of data‑driven optimization, split‑testing, and mapping customer journeys, and they close with calls to action for further support and strategy sessions.

What's up? What's happening? What's up, guys?
We did it the first time. That was pretty cool.
What's up, everybody? I, I really didn't want to do the double click where I'm like in and out again, right?
I saw everybody like hesitating, like, I don't know, are you gonna do it for me?
Yeah, yeah, we got 3 chefs in the kitchen. We're not sure who's gonna scoop the, the soup here.
It came out pretty tasty, I might say. And, uh, we're here live on a Wednesday again. Round— what is this, round 13?
13. Welcome back, everybody.
Is that—
hope you're doing good.
And it's March, how crazy is that?
It's already March 4th.
It's already March.
I'll say this, Rob, it's tax time, man.
Yeah. How are you guys doing? Have you filled out your taxes yet? Let us know by saying taxes in the comments. Oh, I, I just told it myself I've not filled in my taxes yet.
I, I just wanted AI to do it for me.
Yeah, that's all.
Really, like, every year it feels like taxes takes over like my whole year. I don't know why. I don't know if you feel this too, but I just like—
don't hold your breath on that one because it's probably gonna happen. I bet you like next year you'd be communicating with Claude, do you know, information, it's just gonna file for you.
Yeah, I kind of telling myself I should have done it while I was on my paternity break, but I didn't. There was just too many other things.
Oh well, okay, we're not talking about taxes today. Whatever.
All right, let's dive in.
All right, we're talking about something way more fun than that, and that's going to be funnels. Well, it's kind of sort of a little bit more specific than that, actually. Talking about signs that are leading towards needing a funnel, or, you know, making it so you— I don't know, how do I say this properly? Uh, we're talking about signs that it's probably time for you to incorporate some sort of funnel in your life. As well.
You need a funnel in your life. I like that.
Yeah, yeah. Hey, I gotta— and let's, let's think about it this way. I got a question for you. Are you somebody that is out there, you feel like you're, you know, pulling your hair out, you're making content, you're doing great on that, but you're just not making any money? Well, that is, my friend, a good sign that you need a funnel. And if you already have one, you may need to make some improvements to it or adjustments. And that's what we're here to talk about today.
Yeah, I feel like the past few weeks we've been talking about different things. Like, we've been talking about the 3 types of funnels you might need inside your business. We've talked about how to plan out the funnel, and now we're talking about circumstances that are probably still gonna make sense for you to have a funnel. You know, like maybe you're still sitting here like, I don't even know where I should be incorporating this. Why? When? How? We've covered a couple of those questions. I just said when and how, or no, how and why. No, today we're doing why. All right, we're getting crazy. Let's just share my screen.
We've had a busy day, everybody. We are, it's been very busy. Like, honestly, we have been helping so many people, whether it's getting onboarded onto ClickFunnels, showing them the exact path from signup to sale, uh, help working with our strategy clients and helping them focus, coming up with better offers, building their value ladders, helping them launch and make money, right? So, but we wanted to show up. This is what we do. We come here and we show up. Um, and let's jump into it, guys. Let's jump into it and talk about the 5 signs you need a funnel and not more content.
Beautiful.
So as it says, you're showing up, you're posting consistently, uh, you're getting engagement, but that engagement is not converting over into dollars that you could pay the tax man with.
It all goes back, the full circle moment.
Yes, sir. Um, so we wanted to just talk about the 5 signs that tell you to stop creating more content and start building a funnel that actually converts where you sell something where you could start building your list. A lot of people don't know this or just don't think about it that I was talking to a strategy client who signed up because they have a massive YouTube following. They have 300,000 followers on YouTube. Here's the crazy part. They're not capturing their followers' data.
Oh my goodness.
Building their list. When he told me that, I met him at some conference, uh, and when he told me that, I was like, I'm like, what? Like, what is going on? I almost pulled my hair out. I'm like, okay, I need— we need to sit down and talk. So I, I— we mapped out a funnel, uh, to collect leads, right? And not only to collect leads, he has things to sell them. He has, uh, books, he has t-shirts, he has courses, he has so many things to sell them. And I'm like, you're not driving people there from your YouTube channel? And he's like, I make content. I need to do—
I don't know what that means. Where do you get paid from? How do you get paid? Yeah, there's lots of ways to get paid if you're creating content, by the way.
He did the hardest thing up front, honestly, is building up the audience. Now you just gotta do something with it.
But it's, it's so interesting to see that some people are really good at making content, but they just don't know what to do with it. And some people are really good at making funnels and money from those funnels. Those two people need to meet. Yeah, they need to meet and help each other out.
Yeah, exactly. Hey, so while we're on this topic, let's go ahead and talk about a couple of ways to generate income from your, from your YouTube audience. So one of those ways is by brand deals. If you grow to such a size that brands will start to recognize you, they may actually reach out to you and say, hey, we're going to sponsor this video. Can we sponsor? Here's our product. And they usually give you like a sales script for one of their products and you just read that and then send all your traffic to them as an affiliate. So that's brand deals and affiliate marketing. Another great way is to make t-shirts, my friend. And what do you know it? What do you know it? ClickFunnels has a great integration with Zendrop where it's print on demand. You can design your own t-shirts and build up your following of loyal followers and they'll buy your brand and put their, put your brand on their chest and wear it around. So you can make your own t-shirts. That's a great way to do it.
Where can you sell those t-shirts, David?
You can sell it on ClickFunnels. Oh, I don't know.
I don't know. Yeah, uh, we've talked about the different types of funnels and stuff. We're not gonna necessarily dive into that too much today, but 100%, you just want— we want you to be able to, I don't know, take advantage of the hard work you've already been putting in. And, uh, a funnel is kind of the way to do it. You've already put all this time and effort building up your audience, whether it is through content, through ads, whatever it is, and, uh, now they're just sitting there and doing nothing. That's craziness. Insanity. So the first thing that we're going to talk about today is, um, you're getting attention but no sales, which is exactly what we just kind of alluded to a second ago, right? Like, you have people, you have eyeballs that are actively engaging with your, your brand or your business, but you don't have them actually taking any of the first steps. It's just they're just hanging out with you, sort of, kind of like that, but at a distance, you know, bring them into your world a little bit closer. Tell me you love them.
Tell them it's love.
What I love about just ClickFunnels in general is, I mean, you could be selling on, you know, you could be selling through your YouTube channel, but what I want to say is you could be selling on Amazon, and this is one thing that people don't really realize, that Amazon doesn't let you keep the, your customer data. Right? They don't let you sell similar products from your store. They keep on moving. They move the customer on to something else, right? And then you have no idea who showed up, who bought, who did anything. And you can't follow up with them with, uh, hey, here's 20% off the same product, or here, 20% off your next order. It's gone, right? But with, with funnels on ClickFunnels, you can do that. You can lead people to other products, to the same product, to different, you know, different things that you have. Maybe you, uh, sell a course that goes along with your product or whatever it is. Maybe you sell a potato gun and then you have a potato gun course.
Yep.
But let's, but back to the first story of this guy I met was getting attention but no sales, right? And a lot of the people watching, they might already know all this and sometimes it's just good to hear again, but if you're getting attention and no sales, then One, if you're selling, if you're sending people to a funnel already and you're not getting sales, revisit the funnel, make another one. It's free to do on ClickFunnels. If you have an account, make as many as you want, see what works the best, right? Um, split test. You can split test on ClickFunnels, see what hook lands better than others, and just, and use the data that we, that we give you on the funnels to just make better decisions. The main idea that you should take away from this is just build your funnel. If you're getting attention, but no sales, it's probably because you're not sending them somewhere where you're selling them something.
Yeah. Yeah. And there's, there's obviously strategies and techniques that you can implement to increase your average cart value as well too. For example, I've worked with a client, several of them, but one in particular where it was a heart-healthy product and they were only selling one product on their first page. So big tip, if you are in the supplement industry, offer them more than one, offer them a bundle of 1, 3, or 6 on the first page, or it could be 1, 2, or 3, and then add a discount if they buy more than one. So an example of that is like if you have 1, 3, or 6, add a 15% discount on the 3 bundle. And then a 20% discount on the 6 bundle. And you can also even say on the 6 bundle only free shipping. So making that one change dramatically increased their amount of, uh, of, uh, average order values. So that's a great one.
That's really good.
Yeah.
I have, uh, one thing to add to this, this sign number 1 here as well. I was working with, uh, another, another paid client and they were, uh, getting traffic. Like they had, they had people come into their pages, they actually had a destination to go to, right, as an example. Um, but they were noticing that like people that they were talking to had no idea really who they were at this point. Like they were getting like cold traffic at this point and it wasn't really, uh, something that they thought— they didn't think that they could expand upon it to like qualify or to like, um, add to experience at all to solve that problem. Because I guess it wasn't just that, it was organic and ads, uh, going to a single landing page that basically was just having people hop on a call. And, uh, we simplified the process, or added to the process rather, by adding in like a lead magnet. And then we added in a, like, the course as well as like a second, like a tripwire portion of their funnel process. And, uh, by the time they got to be on a call, uh, which is their third, third funnel in their value ladder, they were already way qualified and they were converting people from their audience that they have never seen happening before. Like, the process kind of like simplified itself, uh, which is bananas. Just even if you have somewhere to go, it is a funnel. Maybe the process needs to be expanded. Whatever it may be. But just having them go to a location where you can continue the conversation will make a big difference.
Absolutely. All right, what's sign number 2?
Sign number 2: people keep asking, how do I work with you? Uh, like, yeah, I don't— this is— I feel like it speaks for itself. If, if this— if you're getting DMs all the time asking like, okay, how do we move forward? Like, you've gone back and forth and then they ask what the next steps are or something, which happens all the time, and you don't have a direct place for them to go to get started quickly and just have all the questions answered around the same page and have a signup area where they can get going and next steps they can take after they sign up. Like, you're just spending so much time manually talking them through it Every single time it happens.
Yeah.
People ask, they ask you the same questions over and over. There's got to be a better way.
So I can recommend two strategies on this topic. Number one, the funnel hub, as we're lovingly calling it, is like a regular website, but with funnels in mind. Okay. It's like the center of your wheel. Okay. On Funnel Hubs, one of the most clicked on pages is the Contact Me or the Work With Me page. So if you have a website, that's great for all of the organic traffic and just make sure that you have a Contact Me or like a Work With Me page. Okay. You can send them there and that's basically a funnel. All right. There's going to be a landing page there that says, you know, what's your name and email, phone number, and then extra text box for, do you have any questions? What's your message? And then a submit button, and we'll get back with you in a couple of days. That's one. Number two is ManyChat. Have some kind of an autoresponder, like on your different social medias. So ManyChat can actually autorespond on Facebook and Instagram. So you can tell them, you can actually set it up over there with a keyword, like work with me, and it will trigger an automation. So With that in mind, you can just say, oh, just simply reply here, say, you know, work with me. Or on your stories, you can say, hey, if you want to work with me, you know, closer, just type work with me in the comments and we'll get started. And then that whole automation will trigger and it will qualify them before you even have to type anything.
That's if anybody's ever wondered that, you know, I'm sure you've been on Facebook or LinkedIn or social media somewhere and seen put a book in the comment or demo in the comment. That's exactly what's happening. They have, they have ManyChat looking for those words to trigger the automation to send them a link to the funnel where they can work with them. Yeah, or send them assets or whatever it is.
And just in case, if you have never heard of it before and are not sure of the word that we're speaking, this is, this is what it looks like, manychat.com. What is this word?
Honestly, a lot of creators are using it. I've seen it In another context, it also creates engagement, which is another whole topic on its own. But, um, you're just— you're, you're showing that you respond to each person, so more people see the post. And then like, yeah, anyways, anyways, but it, it's sending them to the designated location to move forward with you when they are asking these questions, right?
It even has the capability— sorry, let me get this part out— it even has the capability of auto-responding to them on a comment. Like, oh, if you make a comment over on Instagram and say in the comments, type work with me. It can actually auto-respond on the comments. It can reply there and also send them a direct message at the same time. And that'll trigger the workflow. How cool is that?
Sounds like we need to talk about ManyChat in the future. I don't know.
Yeah, it's a good one.
You know what's cool? I've been working with a strategy client who's putting together a financial course for his customers and he wants people to text into a number that they're interested. And within ClickFunnels and Message Hub, you can read the content of the messages that are coming through and then send them through a workflow based on that, that content. So if you want to do this within ClickFunnels, we can't respond back onto the social media, but you can send them different assets, opt them into different courses, have them, you know, uh, added to reminders or whatever it is. So that's one thing we're doing, and we're doing it to test different, um different mediums. So like if people are coming from LinkedIn or Twitter or YouTube, like we want to know where they're coming from based on the, the, um, the text they're sending in to MessageUp. So based on the content we're sending them, we're going to give them different tags to know which, which source works the best. Okay, that's one thing that we're doing that I'm really excited about. We're about to launch that I think next week. So That should be really cool. Not launching like a new product in ClickFunnels, we're launching this with a client. So it's already available. That's probably the beans live.
No, honestly, that's pretty exciting. You can just do it all internally. That Messenger in general has a lot of, a lot of functionality that can be tapped into. So I'm curious to see how that actually goes for you.
So yeah, if anyone is using Messenger, let us know in the chat. Just say, uh, I don't know.
Yeah, yeah, I've only ever done it for SMS and, um, a page. That's about it. So if you can do it all in one— I haven't done anything else. I've just— I got it. I don't know, I didn't enter that wormhole yet.
But I think Twilio was the hardest part about using MessageHub because you have to set it up.
I thought that was so easy. It was straightforward. I liked it.
People get I guess they, uh, they failed the review process where they have to like let people opt in and, you know, opt out. Yeah, so that's— I think that's the part that scares people. All right, let's go on to sign number 3.
Sign number 3, guys, uh, you're sending everyone to your homepage.
Don't do it.
Don't do that. That's, that's a no-no. Yeah, people are getting confused when people go to these— to your homepage. They're not gonna know what to do. They're not gonna know what steps you want them to take unless you have it like explicitly marked out and they can't do anything else on that page, then, uh, I feel like you're, you're leaving leads on the table unless your homepage is the top of your funnel.
That's true, true. Yeah, the only time you should send people to your homepage.
Yeah, that's true.
But like, I think of— they have— you have like 5 different links at the top of the page. As you scroll down, you have call to actions almost every other section. But all these call to actions could be different and they're not, it's not like one central action you want them to take, right?
Right. Which ergo, therein lies the power of a funnel. And so if you're doing, you know, a lot of content and you're actually trying to sell something, or even if you're just trying to get more leads and opt-ins, then send them to a funnel. Like even if you're selling a shirt on that funnel, have one, maybe two or three different designs, but not Many more than that. 3 might be crazy. The point is, is send them to a funnel that's telling them 1 or 2 things. And that way they're like, okay, here's all I have to do. Yeah, it's easy. Reduce confusion as much, uh, reduce it in as many ways as possible.
Yeah, I was chatting with somebody today where, who is, uh, launching an e-commerce store, right? They pulled in one of our frameworks and I asked them, have you ever done this before? Have you ever sold something online? Have you ever? Have you ran a store? Have you made a dollar online yet? And they said no. I'm like, okay, here's my honest advice. Don't start with a store. That's my personal advice. I think other people can be really successful with it. Go start a store, do whatever you want. But my advice, and what I've seen people have success with, is funnel first, store second. Yeah, send them to a funnel where on your TikTok ad or on your Instagram ad you have like one product. Send them to that exact product. Send them to that one product. Don't show them like all your different offerings and all the different categories and things that you have and whatever. Send them to one thing. Let them buy that one thing from you. And then once they're a customer, it's so much easier to sell them other things in your store. Don't confuse it with all the different options you have.
Yeah.
And hey, most stores— now, great tip on that part. Um, on the front end of the funnel, sell them one product. And then you can sell them the next thing on the next page and then the next thing on the next page. Those are called upsells or one-time offers. Or one of the other cool things that you can do too is just sell them like, you know, one up, one OTO. Then on the thank you page, that's where you can have more than one product. You can say, hey, thanks for your purchase. You know, we'll, we'll get you your order shipped out here soon. In the meantime, here are some other products that you may love. We call that an offer wall.
Yeah, but like each page has its own specific purpose, so you're just, you're reducing confusion every step. If they have nothing but that one thing that you want them to do on that page, they're probably only going to do that one thing, right? That's the, the main goal, not, not click on 10 other links that leads them to this confusing spiral of not knowing what to do next, right?
Right.
If I saw an ad of someone wearing this really cool sweater that I wanted and then clicked on the ad and it brought me to the store and I had to go find sweater. Like, imagine my experience there. I just be like, I can't find this thing, forget it. Like, my attention span is gone after 5 seconds.
100%. Yeah, same concept with the homepage. Either way, you just don't confuse people. That's, that's all we're trying to say. Yeah, focus on one thing, and that one thing is just usually a single-page funnel or like your landing page. Uh, sign number 4 is you're personally involved in every sale. I like this one. Man, oh man. Um, I feel like this process, like, you have to be manually involved every time, at least when you're getting started. And then as you go forward and you've like had a few sales, you're like, okay, wait, uh, how can we make this a little bit more efficient? How can I— don't have to have the same conversation over again. How can I make it so people can get the same answers, the same result, all from like just going to get a landing page, a funnel. Uh, I don't know what—
no, absolutely. Like, if, uh, add like a VSL to your landing page, add a demo to your funnel page, add whatever it is that can sell the thing that you're selling. Just start to notice if you are new and you do want to still get on the phone with your customers and help make the sale, just keep notes of the questions that you're asked, the answers that you're giving, and what people are focusing on so you can put that on your funnel. So when people do show up on that page, they answers right away instead of waiting for you to jump on a call with them. Right. So, and that's what this is all about. You're personally involved in every sale means we want to take you out of the equation. That page should sell for you. That's the idea of the sales page. But whatever it is that whatever information the customer needs to, it's almost like convincing themselves that they want the thing that you're selling. Right? And they don't need you to handhold them through the sale. That's, that's the whole idea of a funnel, right? It should be automatic when it's at its prime. When you have your funnel just dialed in, it should be automatic and it should sell itself.
I mean, it's walking them through the same process that you would. That's the whole point, is you're kind of— you're bundling up the sales process that you've already created and that you're already doing for your customer, put it in a, in a curated experience or sequence of pages, and they're still going through the same process. It's the same thing, except you can— now you can go to Disneyland for a day with your family and not have to worry about, oh man, I missed a sales call. Oh no. Well, sales calls still play a role later on for high ticket, but like, you know, it's just part of the process you can take out of your day, and then you can focus on other things.
That's the biggest thing, I think, uh I think as you start to collect leads and, you know, get emails and support emails, you can fill out a frequently asked questions somewhere on the page and also start to build out the sales letter on the page to hopefully answer those questions before they even have it. That's the whole goal. And you don't, you don't have to wait for those support questions to come in. You can actually chat with an AI and say, hey, what do you think are going to be the most frequently asked questions for this product? And they'll give you a list of frequently asked questions. Just put those on the page somewhere.
True.
And that will increase your sales right before you—
right below an order form.
Yeah. Yeah.
You people see your offer and they go down a little bit low. If they keep exploring, it's because they have questions usually, right?
Hey, I have a good example of one to show, but maybe let's get through the next point and then we can show that example.
Sure.
Okay, sign number 5, final, final sign that we're going to be covering here today is that your results, uh, they all feel like luck. And, um, I think we all just— we discussed this before the call started here, uh, luck equals yuck, guys. Come on, guys. No, look, you don't want to— you can't just depend on luck every time. Uh, if we can make it so we have some sort of like some smooth process that we go through every time we get a new lead to then getting a new customer, or like the paying clients, to then, uh, get them into high ticket. This process that we create is gonna make your life so much easier if you can make it so you can kind of, again, step out and you can kind of pull things around, and you're kind of like puppeteering a little bit the way that the flow is created and like where the automations come into play. Like you're just the one overseeing the, the flow of it, and you're orchestrating everything that you see or that people see.
Yeah, and be sure and track everything. You want to get so good with your tracking that you can have a predictable income. You want to be able to say that if I could— if I put in this amount of ad dollars, I'll get about this amount out on the other side.
Can I plug something just on that? Yeah, of course, for tracking here. Okay, my favorite tool at this moment in time— it's been for a while at this point— it Used to be Hotjar.
I know what you're gonna say.
It's been replaced, and now my favorite tool is Microsoft Clarity.
Clarity.
Or not using Microsoft Clarity, please start using Microsoft Clarity.
What are you doing? It's free.
It's free. It's literally free.
It can track your customer's experience. It can— you can literally watch the recordings of a session, like, not— well, actually, yes, you can see live session recordings, but you can also go back and see past session recordings, see where people are getting caught up in the process, see what buttons they're not clicking on. See what happens if they opt in and they get to a landing page or a sales page and don't buy. Like, what happened there? How far did they scroll? Yeah, it's amazing. It's free.
It'll even give you, it'll even give you AI recommendations and summaries of what's going on with all of your reportings, and it'll give you recommendations of what to change. It's super cool.
So good.
Yeah. Okay, so don't—
I just want to throw it out there.
There you go. So Yeah, moral of that story is—
go ahead, go ahead.
I was gonna say, don't launch a funnel without installing some kind of tracking.
Bingo. I mean, everybody that I, I speak to, I always ask them, do you have tracking on your website? Do you have Clarity installed? Because like you said, it's— it uses AI now to tell you exactly where people fall off, how much— like, why they're spending so little time on your website. Where they're coming from. Also, you might not— you might see page views on ClickFunnels, but Clarity gives you a little bit more in-depth information of— and we're just being honest here, right? Like, you get a lot more information over there. Uh, maybe you think you're attracting people in the States, and maybe you're trying to target a certain state in, in the U.S., but people are coming from Mexico or Panama or, you know, Canada, right? But, and then you'll start then you'll know that you have to either change your campaign, maybe you're not like targeting the right locations, but there's just so much valuable information that should take any luck out of how people are getting to your site and how you're making a sale. Right.
Remember, you can't— if you can't measure it, or if you don't measure it, then you can't improve it.
100%.
Use data.
That's it.
You gotta use data. If you don't know what you're doing, you don't know how to improve at all. Uh, David, you had an example.
We got a minute and a half left. Here we go. Have you been seeing, uh, this is Bearskin Hoodies and Cargo Pants. Have you been seeing this on your ads? Cause it's been all over mine.
No, I haven't seen it.
So they're doing— oh, they're— I'm actually wearing these right now. I got these for Black Friday last winter. They're great.
I love them.
I was like, I got to capture this while I'm going through the funnel. Cause you know, it's great. So they're doing a lot of the things that we're talking about here. Okay. They've got the bullet points, the features on, you know, that's clearly highlighted in this bullet point element right here. They've got an urgency type of factor here. Get 60% off, select your size now. That's urgency. It's also a Black Friday sale. Okay. They're continuing on. What they're doing here by showing all these features is they're answering the questions that you're already having in your mind. Okay, it's 2-in-1, you know, does it zip off? What kind of pants does it have? Is it built for brave? You know, is it waterproof? Is it, you know, going to tear easily? Okay, what's the sizes? If they didn't have the size chart, I probably wouldn't have bought, right? So that's answering a question. Now at the bottom of the page, here's the frequently asked questions. Very smart. Put those frequently asked questions somewhere towards the bottom of your page. Okay, testimonials are also always a good idea. And here's the order page. So this first page is a sales page, click the button, it goes to the order page, very sleek and simple, just have this one option to buy the product. Okay, or go ahead and add a couple of extra optionals. So buy 2, buy 3. And you see here they did extra 5%, extra 10% off. Okay, OTO 1 is more of the same. Why not buy another better pair of pants? All right. They got a timer on here. They've also got a discount right there. Select your size, add another pair to your order. And then OTO 2, next logical product that might make sense. Go ahead and add the jacket or the hoodie. And then that's confirmation page on the last one. And then here they're saying, just like what we said, the offer wall. Hey, thanks for buying from us. Your order is going to be on its way in the next couple of days. In the meantime, claim during the Christmas sale. Don't miss out. Here's some other products you might love. At the bottom is all the confirmation.
I love it.
It's a whole process.
He just laid out a whole process in like literally a minute and a half, 2 minutes. Uh, if you're curious how he did this, by the way, this is Barnum PT. I put a link in the chat if you— oh yeah, for yourself. Yeah, uh, it's free. Enjoy it. But anyways, map out your customer journeys like this. Go see what other people are doing and try to map it out yourself. Funnel hacking is kind of like the MO here, right? Everyone is— you're trying to see what is already working so you can go and try to implement it for your own, your own business, your own, your own organization. Everything that you have right now is probably out there somewhere. Not everything you have. So what you want to do is probably already happening somewhere else for another business. Go check it out, do your homework. You'll find something cool and, uh, document it along the way like this so you can rebuild it.
If you don't know how to find an offer like yours, just talk into your phone. It's always listening.
Okay, personally, I go to Facebook Ads Library. I love it over there. It's all transparent as far as like what people are advertising. It's free to check out. Go enjoy. Yeah, a little plug, another plug for you before we leave. Um, I'd say we covered a lot in a little bit of time, but hopefully this was helpful. Yeah, hopefully this was fun.
