Build an Entire Funnel With One AI Prompt (ClickFunnels MCP Demo)

Gregory Dakins shows how to build a complete sales funnel with a single AI prompt using ClickFunnels' new MCP integration. The AI generates pages, copy, code, and animations automatically, then the system embeds the SDK and publishes everything to a ClickFunnels domain. Opt-ins, orders, and upsells all track correctly without manual editor work.

What is up everybody? My name is Gregory Dakins. I'm the director of the certification program over here at ClickFunnels, and today I am very excited to teach you all about using AI, the MCP, the SDK, and HTML pages to build funnels. Now that is a lot of acronyms, but essentially what I'm trying to say is I'm going to teach you how to use AI to build funnels inside of your ClickFunnels account without any boundaries, without any limitations, And it is super, super easy to use. But when we describe it, it sounds pretty confusing. So I've prepared some slides to make this easy for everyone to understand. So these are the 4 pieces that are going to allow us to build with AI and run it on ClickFunnels. Once you have this set up, it's going to be as easy as these 3 steps. You're going to describe your funnel, you're going to let AI design it, and you're going to let ClickFunnels run it. Before we dive super deep into this, I wanna describe first what this isn't and then explain some situations where you'll probably wanna use this. So this is not a replacement for the ClickFunnels editor. This is a second gear for when the ClickFunnels editor becomes the thing that is slowing you down. Editor is still gonna win for a lot of situations, especially for those of you that build funnels for clients. When a client needs to be able to make updates quickly on a Thursday afternoon and not get you involved, it's gonna win. And especially if you're using simple proven templates that you're already running, it's still gonna win in those situations. But there are a lot of situations where this is going to accelerate your output like crazy and just be an amazing tool for you to use. So when you need to build something that's super custom, you need to design something that the ClickFunnels editor is just not capable of doing, the setup unlocks basically anything that you can imagine. You need to build at speed. If you're like running a super fast-paced agency or working at a super fast rate with clients or for your own business, one good prompt can outperform 30 minutes of working inside the ClickFunnels editor every time. When you have pages that need to live somewhere else, this is something that can happen a lot when you're working with clients. The SDK, the web SDK, can literally connect any page hosted anywhere on the internet to ClickFunnels and still utilize all the backend of the platform and track conversions and everything like that. And this is a big one. When we set this up, basically AI is building a funnel for us. AI is going to make far fewer mistakes with setting up the funnels than a human ever will. So that is a huge plus here, is it can be doing work for us in the background while we're focused on other things, and it's going to make a lot less mistakes. And then we can just come in and give it that last 1% of love. Let's first talk about the MCP connection. This is another acronym, right? It stands for Model Context Protocol, and you don't even need to understand what that means, but it's basically what gives your AI tool a live authenticated connection to your ClickFunnels account so that it can build the real things for you— funnels, pages, products, order forms, contacts. You can literally connect this to Claude or ChatGPT or any AI agent that allows you to connect to custom MCP connections, and you can just talk to it and it will do stuff for you inside of your ClickFunnels account and can pull data from inside of your ClickFunnels account. This is the most important piece. It's actually super easy to connect. I'm going to show you here shortly. If you can copy and paste, you can connect to the MCP, and the MCP handles everything else that we're gonna talk about. When you connect to the MCP, it will do all of this for you automatically so you don't even need to understand everything we're about to describe. This is the difference between AI telling you what to build and AI actually going in and building it for you. All right, then there's the Web SDK. The Web SDK lets a page you host anywhere behave like a native ClickFunnels page. Forms create real contacts, buttons run real ClickFunnels checkouts, and every opt-in, sale, and conversion still reports inside of your ClickFunnels account. And fires off any automations that you create. Makes an outside page a real funnel step, not just a link. It can still track everything. Then we have something called HTML page. This is a new page type available when you're building a funnel inside of ClickFunnels. And HTML pages let you drop fully custom code straight into a funnel step hosted on your own ClickFunnels domain with no page editor, no template limits. And when you're using custom code, you can actually use this in a bunch of different ways. But one is dropping that code into an HTML page inside of ClickFunnels or host it somewhere else and you can still connected to your ClickFunnels account with the SDK connection. And the last piece of this is artificial intelligence, AI. AI is the builder. You're gonna describe the funnel to it and it's going to write the design, the copy, the code, and everything. And then the MCP is gonna put it in your account, the HTML pages, the web SDK are gonna put it into your funnel, and then ClickFunnels still runs the order forms, tracking, automations, everything. So you're gonna end up with a fully custom funnel. You don't even necessarily have to open the page editor at All. It's crazy. So we have the AI, which is the builder, and the MCP itself. That's what's gonna create the connection, the access, and actually do work inside of your account for you. We have the HTML page, which is gonna be the hosting, and then the web SDK is gonna be the connection between the hosting and ClickFunnels itself. So it's awesome. It's all these crazy acronyms, everything we just talked about. You don't need to understand this. You just need to connect to the MCP. MCP does all of the work. You connect it, And then you literally just tell it what you want. You describe it, AI is gonna design the whole funnel for you, and then it's gonna connect it to ClickFunnels for you through the MCP. And ClickFunnels is just gonna run for you like it always does. It's a lot of acronyms for sure. A lot of you're probably like me, you're probably more visual and you just need to see this. So let's jump in. I'm gonna show you how to connect the MCP and we're gonna build a funnel with AI in a couple minutes. So here we are inside of my ClickFunnels account. All I'm going to do is go over to Add Apps. And then if you go to Integrations and Tools, you'll find the MCP server. When you open this up, you'll see there's all kinds of instructions on how to do this. It's literally copy this and paste it into whatever AI tool you're using. So in my example, I'm gonna use Claude. Can do this with ChatGPT as well, and you can do with any other platform that allows the connection to MCP servers. So in Claude, all I'm gonna do is go into my settings, and in Claude they call them connectors, and I'm just gonna search for ClickFunnels in here. Now in my account, I'm on a team account, it shows up automatically 'cause it's approved by my team admin. But for some of you, there might be like 3 dots you have to click on in the top, or there's an add connector button in the top. And if you search for ClickFunnels and don't find it, just click add custom. And then you're just gonna paste in into the 2 fields for name and URL, you're just gonna paste those in. Sometimes there's a few other optional options, just leave those blank. In my case, I can just click here on ClickFunnels and click connect. You need to be logged into your ClickFunnels account, and then it's gonna pull through all the workspaces that you have available in your account. You can control the access level here. I usually just leave it set to full access and we'll allow that authorization. And so then it's gonna take a second to connect. And then once it's connected, if you just click on it, you'll see there's all kinds of permissions you can set here. I like to turn everything on mine, but that is up to you. But now I am connected. And a fun test with this is if you just open a new conversation and just say something like, hey, are you connected and what can you do? So I like to use an app called WhisperFlow. It lets me just talk To my computer and it'll dictate it for me. Can you verify if the new connection to the ClickFunnels MCP worked? If so, tell me some of the things that you are now able to do for me inside of my ClickFunnels account. Hit enter and just wait for it to verify. And so here you can see the connection is live and working and it's telling me all the different things it can do. It could do so much, it's crazy. And so now what I'm gonna do is say, great, you're connected. You already know about SDK, it's built in. So I'm gonna put this prompt in that I wrote earlier. I'm just saying build me a VSL funnel in my specific workspace. I'm naming the funnel. I'm saying these are all the pages and the products that we're selling. I want there to be fun animations and stuff as they scroll through. I'm even telling you like, hey, I already have branding and everything. Just pull that from funnelbuilder.com. I want this funnel to have all those fonts and colors and everything. But specifically in here, I am saying build the steps in a funnel using HTML pages, design all the HTML here inside of Claude, and then add the code to the pages and connect it via the SDK. So it went through, it built everything out for me. It pulled the style guide from my page and it's just telling me what all the pages are here and what they do. So here's the funnel right here. And what's really cool is you can see it built it on HTML pages for me. And if I go into the settings of my HTML page, we can see all the code that it designed for me. So this is the entire code for the design and these are the pieces that make the SDK work. It already added that into the code for me. So I don't even have to do any manual steps here. It's already done everything for me. So now it's running on my domain. It even added in the products I asked it to add at the correct prices on the order form and the upsell page. And let's check it out. Now, if I go to this page, it has a placeholder video. So I'd have to go back and be like, hey, here's the URL to the video I want to be on this page, but it's in test mode. So I can test everything right now. It's got fun animations as we go through everything. I could fill this out and Submit it. That takes me straight to my order form after opting in. It remembers my information. I can come down here and submit the order. It's going to process for me. I'd probably get this to be centered up on the overlay, but then we get our one-time offer. We're going to say yes. And then our order is completed. We got confetti. So literally one little prompt. I wasn't even that specific. Created this awesome design, holds all my branding and everything. And looks great. Now inside of the funnel, the opt-ins will get collected. I opt in on the opt-in page and the order form. And in the orders, you can see all the orders that have come through. Everything gets tracked inside of my funnel steps too. And my analytics, you can see those going up as we've gone through and tested this. So it is that easy. Now any updates I need to make, I just talk to my AI and it makes the updates for me. You can build at super fast rates, super fast speed with this. And we hope you enjoy it. Bye, everybody.
