New to OMNI? Here’s How ClickFunnels’ AI Assistant Can Help!

All right, looks like we are live. Welcome in everyone. Happy to have you with me today. So it looks like just double checking here, my mic is working. That was. I was having an issue right before we went live, so I wanted to double check that. And the biggest issue with my mic right now is actually it is blocking our brand new 1 comma away challenge. It is the beginning of 2026 and we all know the AI is fully out in the world and being utilized. So many people are using it for speed, the pace of workflow, just to get things done faster and more efficiently, right? So here at ClickFunnels we are fully embracing AI as well. And I'm excited to dive into the updated Help button in clickfunnels. If you've ever been exploring the platform and you found yourself stuck, maybe you've clicked that Help button in the top right corner and you've asked the chat some questions. Previously it was pretty simple, right? It would just pop up a guide in the corner, it would give you some direction or connect you to support. But it did have its limitations. Well, I am excited to introduce Omni, our new AI assistant tool. So what it is, it is a built in AI assistant inside of ClickFunnels, meaning you don't have to download any external tools. You don't even have to download an app within ClickFunnels. It's already in your workspace when you get started. Now it's designed to help you navigate around clickfunnels, understand some content, also generate some concepts and content itself and get pointed in the right direction faster. But I want to clarify, this thing does not directly build funnels for you. Now we do have an AI funnel builder coming out soon, but this Omni does not help you do that. It can help you learn click funnels though it is not a one stop shop. So think of Omni as a knowledgeable guide inside of ClickFunnels and and it's really helpful companion while you're building out your funnels, your storefront and your site. Now with that established, let me go ahead and jump into the platform and show you some practical uses of Omni. Here we go. So I am sharing my screen. Here we are in a clickfunnels workspace. And right here in the top right, you can see our help button. So that's where I've always gone for support. If I tap that right, I can see I was currently in a chat. So I'm going to just click this plus button and here we go. This is Omni. It pops up like this for the very first time. Now when you open it for the very first time, it might give you a quick tour. So there's just a few steps to jump through to familiarize yourself with how to utilize it. Now first off, let me go ahead and play a hypothetical here. Let's say I just started clickfunnels and I watched the onboarding video where Dante shows how to build a simple funnel. I, I followed those steps. I have a two step opt in funnel. Now I'm ready to build a funnel for a product, but I don't know where to create my product in the platform. So let's just preface it with that. I'm brand new, I have my funnel, I'm ready to add a product. How do I do that? So let's go ahead and ask Omni how do I add a product in? Click Funnels and you're going to see it's just going to load here and right off the bat it gives me all of this detail, right? So I can see the exact steps on how to do this. This is awesome because it gives me the exact steps, how to add a product and all of the requirements that is involved. But it also additionally tells me here at the bottom, the customizable details that I can add that are not required. So it's going to first tell me navigate to products over here, then click Create new product when I'm on that page, then choose the product type, whether it's a physical or digital product. Then enter all the information so the product name, the description, then you can set your pricing, which is also required. Then it's going to tell you to confirm your pricing and at that point you've created your product. But you can access additional information like your product variants, your shipping methods, your tags and availability. So it's just really cool because it tells you, hey, this is what's required to get what you're trying to accomplish finished. But here's some extra details that you can also do to achieve success even further. And then if I scroll down here, I'm going to see more resources, obviously a familiar face here. If you prefer to digest video on education, we have that. But it's also giving me some help docs that I can take a look at if I just prefer to read all of this information. So really cool and way more helpful than if I asked the assistant previously. Because if I asked that, it would just basically give me this help doc and say, here's how to do it. Go to this document. So I'm already seeing Omni significantly more improved here. Now, moving on, I want to show another example. So let's say I'm in the process of adding a product. I've already created it, everything's great. I set my funnel live and I'm not making any sales. I'm not getting any leads. It's just completely crickets. So let me go ahead and just X out of here or sorry to click the plus. There we go. For some reason I think I clicked a hot button to mute my mic there, but we're back. All right, so there's the two examples I want to show with Omni. Now let's go ahead and move on to a third example. Well, I'm going to click the plus button again to restart here. And now let's go ahead and say, you know, I'm generating leads, I'm making sales, I want to make an offer. I have an ebook that I want to create an email campaign around it, right? So let me have Omni write some email copy for us. Let me go ahead and just copy this prompt I have here and say, omni, please write an email copy for my ebook offer. This is very generic, right? I'm not telling it what my ebook is about. I'm not giving it really any details. I'm just giving it a general prompt. And here you go. It is asking me some subsequent questions, right? So what's your ebook about? What's your target audience? What problems does your ebook solve, so on and so forth. So once you give this, what it's going to do is it's going to give you several different prompts. The first prompt, it might give you some generic copy and just overall, this is how you can create the email. But it also is going to give you some other context. It's going to give you maybe a more directive email, different voices per se. So it's going to just give you that variety and then you can choose from the variety of emails that it's giving you. So those are really just three examples of how I'm using Omni and how I find it incredibly helpful. But I want to recall right here, if I go back to my plus button, I'm restarting I'm back here. Now, I can always recall the chats that I'm going through, right? So I can see if I want to go back to how to add a product in clickfunnels. If I want to go back to that conversation, I can do that. Or just in general, right? The email copy, you can always recall conversations you're having with Omni. So that's maybe you're building a comp or comprehensive funnel and you're doing it in more than one session. If you're utilizing Omni for that, go ahead and recall the conversation you were previously utilizing in your second session so you can have a continuation of that conversation. Now, best practices for Omni, make sure that you ask it specific questions. You can see I gave it a very generic prompt and it gave me a response asking me a lot of questions. So the more specific you are, the the better the Omni's direction is going to be. Also, Omni is great for clarity, drafting and just giving you the direction. So Omni can definitely help you move faster in clickfunnels. Use it for support, Use it for trainings like this to build confidence. Now, usually I have my co host, Dante here.
