OverSkill Games Continues [Part 3]

In this live segment of the Overskill Games hackathon, the hosts (Russell Brunson, Dante, Todd Dickerson, Sarah Grace Allred, and others) walk participants through the final steps of submitting their apps, creating walkthrough videos with Loom, and sharing personal reaction videos via Dropbox. They demonstrate how to use the Overskill Prompt Builder to automatically fix error codes, generate 100% coupon codes for testing purchase flows, and decide whether to enable the Remix button, which can trigger a 20% recurring affiliate commission. The conversation also covers creating a merch store integrated with Printful or custom printers, building backend order‑tracking pages, and the logistics of giveaways (hoodies, Instagram follow raffle). Guidance is given on using the template library, remixing existing apps, and handling submission edits. The segment ends with reminders about upcoming winner announcements and community resources.
Chapters
Buddy, it's 6 AM in Canton, Georgia. We've been streaming now for 18 hours. We've got 6 hours left and there's still tons of you guys that are on this.
I know, like 200 people in this chat.
Yeah, so congratulations. Have you guys have been with us for the full 18 hours? If that's you, type 18 in the chat. Uh, throw a W in the chat for winner because you're a winner for being here this whole time. Uh, we're having so much fun. Um, Yeah, like we have, I don't know, there's like what, 15 people here at the office are still working around, running around, doing stuff for you guys. I think Dante may have passed out, I haven't seen him for like 15 minutes, so hopefully he's still alive somewhere. He's killed himself. Ben's over here still. Anyway, so yeah, the camera's got amazing— anyway, grateful for everyone running the scene with you guys, um, and I hope you're having fun. Uh, we are in the middle of the Overskill Games, at the end of the Overskill Games actually, um, 6 hours left. Yeah, um, do you want to give an update how many app submissions we've had so far?
Yeah, we just passed 500— 563, 566.
I just had to read 566 apps have been done and submitted to, uh, to the, the first ever Overskill Games, which is crazy. That's crazy. Like, I know, I, I don't even know. Like, anyway, it gets me excited. How are you guys feeling? The guy— all y'all who are like here working, doing stuff, like, how are you feeling right now? Are you feeling ecstatic, tired, joyful, gleeful? Like, what's the word? If you had one word to describe how you're feeling right now, would be your word. Todd Dickerson, what's your one word?
Uh, I don't know.
It's more of a noise at this point. It's more of a noise.
I might have catnapped for a minute, and I don't know if it was a good idea or a bad idea.
So fun. Well, some of you guys may just be logging in for the very first time. I know we've been sending emails out before every, uh, session. This is the last of our sessions. We have 6 more hours before we go pass out, which is gonna be fun. But, uh, this is the Overskill Games. If you haven't signed up, you can sign up for free at overskillgames.com. What we're doing right now is everybody who's in this challenge is building an app. They have 24 hours to do it. We got 6 hours left. It means it's not too late. You can still build your app. You can still submit it. You can still win the $10,000. Oh, you can't see the money's over here. You can still win the $10,000. We have $10,000 cash here that's going to one of the winners, uh, from the apps being submitted. And so you've still got time, even if you're starting right now, to jump in there. I'll use overskillgames.com for free. And then we're gonna walk through the process to build some apps, which will be fun. Oh, is Sarah on? Okay, our bottom monitor's not there. So anything else before we—
she—
okay, we're all a little loopy.
Anything else we—
so we got tired, we got fulfilled, excited, awake, I want sleep. And then somebody's saying, I'm confused, I just joined, like, what's going on? But can I still do it?
You can still do it. Come jump in, it's not too late. You're at the finish line. You saved the last 18 hours of your life and now you've got 6 left. Yeah, we'll go live till noon East Coast today, so we got 6 more hours, uh, which will be a lot of fun. And it's been, it's been a party. So thank you guys for playing this game with us and being part of it. I hope it's been fun for you guys too.
Fun experiment.
Yeah, we're not doing this again. This is the one time, the one and only.
So we'll be staying up 24 hours with you next time.
Oh man. All right, so To kick this off, we have a special guest who is 4 AM for her right now. So grateful for showing up. She was the winner of the very first Overskill Games. We didn't have a name for it back then, but the very first time we did this, she won $10,000. And she's come on each session to kind of like motivate you guys, get you excited. And, and she stayed around. She stayed up, woke up early, but she's here with us, I believe. I can't see her yet, but her name is Sarah Grace Allred. Sarah, are you there?
Hey.
Hey Sarah, how are you feeling? Oh, got muted. Hold on, we lost your voice, baby.
It's funny.
Test, test, test.
There we go, now we got you.
Okay, awesome. Yeah, it is 4:00 AM here and all my kids are asleep, so if I'm talking kind of quiet, it's all good.
Have you gone to bed yet or did you wake up?
Uh, I've been to bed because I didn't enter the contest, so I'm feeling pretty good.
Okay, so I can't remember, a month or two months ago when we did this with you, you stayed up till 4 AM doing this. So do you remember the fuzziness, the, the lack of whatever? Like, how did you remember? Do you remember that feeling, how you felt it for him when he finally crashed the last time?
Oh, oh my word. Yeah, I remember just shutting the laptop at 4 AM and I had, I had two thoughts. One is I am too old for this. But man, it was also just kind of, ooh, this is really changing the dynamic of where my business is going and excitement, right? Excitement. And I know you call you guys' crowd the 1% crazy. And I'm like, yeah, now we're like the 1% delusional.
Yeah. Yeah.
Crazy delusional.
Put it on a t-shirt.
When you did it with yourself, were you by yourself in your hotel room working on it? Did you have other people around you or how did you do it the first time?
I was totally by myself. Yeah, and that was just perfect for me. So yeah, hang in there, you guys, you're almost there.
You guys are doing so good. I don't know if you heard, we have almost 600 submissions, which is, which is insane. So we're, we're freaking out. Our goal is get to 1,000. So 6 hours, you get 400 or so more from everybody. So everyone's doing so good. Um, okay, uh, how are your kids doing? Are they, have they tapped out? Have they submitted anything yet? I know they've been working on stuff too.
Yeah, he gave up at about quarter to 2 and I just said, you did your best. So, but he's caught the vision, right? Caught the vision, but easy enough for a teenager to dive in there and create something pretty cool.
So, oh, so amazing.
Awesome. That was definitely one of my early goals. Like I said, like I want it to be easy enough for a high school kid to jump in with no context on business or what they're doing and just kind of go make something cool. Super cool.
It's so cool. All right, well, a couple of questions, then we'll let you go pass back out again. So first off, for those who are just joining us, just kind of jumping in right now, do you want to tell your story about your business, what you do? And then you came to this event. We didn't tell anyone before the event that we're building software, and you showed up like, we're going to be building software. And then you won the contest. I'd love to hear kind of your, your story and then what you actually created.
Oh, absolutely. When I heard the news that $10,000 cash prize. We're going to be building software. To give some context to that, I have never even opened Cloud Code before, right? That sets the stage. So you hear building software and you go, oh my gosh, what is this going to be all about? And so as I dove into the experience, of course I'm like, yeah, we'll give it a shot. We'll do anything Russell and Todd Dickerson tell us to kind of dive into. But I went in there and I really tried to think of, of, of one thing, and that was, okay, what should the actual app do, right? So my business, I am the story girl and my whole business is centered around how do I help entrepreneurs tell their story that surrounds their offers and products so that they are unforgettable and in a category of one. So I knew my app should have something to do with storytelling just so it made sense for the business. But I remember walking out of that big room, there were what, maybe 300 people in attendance and you guys gave us about 12 hours. So yeah, you guys are being so generous with the solid 24 today. So I remember walking out there to go build this alone in my hotel room and walking past those 300 entrepreneurs and that deep fear set in. And like anybody else felt this in business where it's like, how can I even compete? I don't have the tech skills. I like, again, never opened Cloud Code. How am I going to actually stand out? And so as I was walking back, my thought was, I have to be able to do something that is just simply memorable from the very first second someone logs on to the app. That became that. And so I got into my hotel room and that's the conversation that I had with Overskill is I was like, I'm competing, I've got all these people I'm trying to, to compete against and how do I make it really, really memorable? So it's not just a typical marketing app or a typical, you know, maybe for others a weight loss app or finance app or whatever it may be. What's not typical. And I looked at that and that was the conversation that I had. And I looked at this part of my life of business that's been so remarkable for me in this community. But then I thought, gosh, I also have this other weird obsession that it's embarrassing to say out loud, right? And that is true crime. And so I did a mashup, right? I did a mashup and I told Overskill, can we make this true crime theme? Can you make this. So it feels like an interrogation room and someone named Detective Grace goes in there and digs out this entrepreneur's story and can you format it this way? And I just gave it as much vision as I possibly could. And I had this kind of pausing moment where I thought, this is normally the time I'd have to call someone like Todd Dickerson and tell him all those things that I wanted to happen. Or this is where I'd have to go put $10,000, $20,000, $30,000, $100,000 towards someone with those skills to be able to make this a reality. And I literally hit enter. And the first version of what came up of what is now called Exhibit A is my app was mind-blowing. And my thought was, oh, I never thought I could enter the software game. I never thought I could ever compete without investing heavily in a person that was skilled at this. And yet there it was within a matter of what felt like minutes, this app that was going to be functional and useful. And that's really how my journey began. So the game has changed pretty It's so cool.
And then you were telling someone the earlier ones that you're using it now to generate leads, right? This kind of lead gen app. And then from there you're sending people into other products and coaching programs and things, right?
Yeah, absolutely. We've, we've put about 100 people through the app so far and have been able to make changes just super, super fast after each one based on feedback. And so now, uh, in order for them to receive their story, their, their case file from Detective Grace, they have to be able to, uh, they put in their email. So we've got lead gen going on there. And then phase 2 is going to be we're actually going to start doing a low-ticket offer on the back end of the app where it's, hey, you've got one story that is selling your offer and product and making you unforgettable. Part of my framework is you actually— there are 7 essential stories. So we've locked the other 6, the other 6 stories that they need within the app. And now we're in the low-ticket space and we're able to generate some revenue. So we're super excited for that next phase.
So cool. Do you have it pulled up? Can we show everybody what it looks like again?
Yeah, do it.
This is so cool. Like one thing is, I don't know how Todd did, but like every app when it gets built looks so good. Like I'm just like, how in the world? Like no designers, no, you know, even copywriter. Oh, like look at that.
Yeah, that's so good.
Isn't that mind-blowing? Like with, with no Todd and no, no cloud code skills, right?
Yeah.
Exhibit A. Yeah.
So they click on open the case. And this is the interrogation room. Look, it's even like—
oh, look at this, that's so cool, that's so cool.
Yep. And then they enter and these are all the questions that they're asked, and, and by the end it gives them their final story and they have to give email to actually get access to it.
Yep, that is too cool. Exhibit A, I love it. That is the coolest thing ever. Um, dang. Well, thanks for, uh, thanks for showing that off. And, uh, what do you guys think? If you guys think that's cool, type Exhibit A in the chat or type in Sarah's the coolest or any version of that so we can, we can kind of see.
This is awesome. Love the color scheme.
Yeah, that's so cool.
Very few things I'd wake up at 4 AM for, but this is way too exciting.
Oh man, so cool. Well, thanks so much for jumping in again and jumping in 4 times today, coming back again at 4 AM and share with everybody and Our goal was to have you come in and like, honestly, to give people belief that this is real. It can work. It can work for them. You know, I think it's one of the hardest things. People see this, like, I can't build an app or I can't do this or whatever that is. And like, I love your story because it's like, oh, anybody can. If you just will try it, like, it's, it's, it's pretty magical what can happen.
It's cool.
Yeah. Amen. You've done amazing things. Thanks for the wild ride, you guys. It's been awesome.
Okay, well, you get back to bed. I appreciate you. You're amazing. And by the way, guys, if you don't know, Sarah's going to be speaking at this year's Funnel Hacking Live. Teaching story, talking about these kind of things. So if you don't have your tickets yet, you should go to funnelhackinglive.com. There's a link. It appeared magically down below and have a chance to come here, Sarah, and hang out. And the Funnel Hacking Live this year is all going to be about like, how do you, how do you launch your software through AI and how do you scale your software through AI? So, you know, after this challenge, then you guys have now software, you got to come to the next. That's where we show you how to sell it and scale it and all that kind of stuff. So, Sarah, I'm pumped to have you speak in there. It's going to be, it's going to be amazing.
So I'm thrilled. Thanks, Todd. Thanks, Russell. It's been amazing.
Yeah, thank you so much.
Thank you. Have a good sleep and I'll see you in the morning. We'll do it.
A good nap. It feels like at this point it's just a nap.
Oh man, so fun, so cool. So, um, all right, you guys, so that's what the Overskill Games is. The cash prize— you can't see the camera right now. If you kill the bottom thing, can they see the cash? I just want to see like what you guys are competing for. Do you see Todd Dickerson had to pull all his cash out of the bank.
Yeah, there it is.
It's here, I promise. We thought we got robbed earlier because it was gone, but because everyone was hiding it so we wouldn't get robbed. Anyway, so there you go. That's the cash prize. Somebody's gonna be winning here. Uh, we're getting done at noon today, and then noon to the next day we're gonna announce the big winner. So you guys all get on and be part of it and see who, who the big winner winner chicken dinner is gonna be. So, um, okay, we're gonna walk you guys through how to play this game for those who just jumped on, who are just getting started. That's gonna be the game plan. And, uh Uh, are we good to— okay, cool. All right, let's pull screen up then. This monitor must be dead down here. Yeah, anyway, okay, welcome to the Overskill Games. Or can't— okay, Overskill Games. Uh, again, you just met Sarah Grace Allred. There's the cast you wanted. This event we did with everybody the first time we kind of tested this whole thing, and, uh, it was such a fun— anyway, so much fun. Uh, okay, how do you play the game? Step number 1, you go to overskillgames.com and create a free account. Most of us have done that, probably. If not, go to overskillgames.com, get a free account. After creating free account, it's going to take you into the members area. In fact, I'm going to go out of my slides. I'll show you how this works. So overskillgames.com, you go to this page right here. Okay. You can watch this video. It tells about the challenge. You see the video of Sarah winning it. You see her kids in there after she won the money and they're like, Mom, did you rob a bank? It's really funny. But this is kind of the gist of the things of what's happening. And you sign up for free. And after you sign up for free, it'll take you to members area.. And this is where the members are, where you're gonna submit the app, where you're gonna get training on the app. Like all this stuff will be happening here. So just keep this members area open. And if you lose it some, for some reason, go back to overskillgames.com, relog in, and then you're there. And then down here, if you're like, how do I build apps? You come down here and you just follow the process. So step number 1 in the process, you have to have an Overskill account. Todd, what's Overskill?
Overskill's this thing, uh, that builds apps.
It's software that builds software. It's an app software with words. It's really cool. So it's the tool we're using. We'll show you how to use it. But basically you just talk to it and then it builds whatever you ask it to build.
It's—
it still doesn't make sense, but it's amazing. So you gotta go create your account. You create account. Todd set it up so like you can get started for just $25 and then we give an additional $100 in credits, right?
Yeah. Yeah. So basically you've got a full $99 a month paid plan for $25.
Yeah.
Like, yeah. And we give you all the credits you need, which was 12,000+ credits. So that's enough that you should be able to have multiple prompts, multiple iterations of your app, and, yeah, enter the contest with it.
So cool. That way you can build stuff. There is upsells and stuff. We say more credits, a huge discount if you're able to buy those, because the more credits you have, the more and more stuff you can build. And we wish we could just let you guys use it for free, but we get charged by the AI companies, and then we're just passing the, the, the cost of that along. So Um, but it's, uh, it's, it's pretty amazing. So there you get your account. So you have to have an account, go to an account down here. These are some tools you can use to make it easier. Um, and there's some training. Okay, that's number 1. Number 2, then click here on 24-hour hackathon. This is where I click on this. And then you're like, well, Russell, I don't even know what to build. And you're like, oh, well, you probably should watch video number 1, which is what should I build? And there's like a 3 or 5 minute video of me explaining what you can build. And you're like, okay, well then how do I actually do it? And you click this video and it's like, oh, you just tell it and it tells you exactly how to tell it. And then you're like, but then how do I publish my software? And you click this button. It's like, here's how you do it. So there's like 3 5-minute demo videos and that's all you need to be able to use Overskill. It's that easy. But if you get stuck, like the training's all in there. Then when your app is done, you come right here, you click on submit your app. Boom. You submit your app right here. And after you submit it, you'll be entered into the contest. You know it's submitted because you click up here on showcase and, uh, it'll actually show you your app. So if I come here to showcase. Boom, you'll see here's all the 588 apps have been submitted in the last 20+ apps that have been submitted in the past 20 minutes. Yeah, that's crazy. So these are all the apps coming in here that you guys are creating. Uh, this is insane. These are— each of these could be its own software company.
Yeah.
And you guys created these in the last 20— this is, uh, it's magic. So there you go. This is what— this is what we've been doing for the last 18 hours, in case you guys were wondering. We're literally changing the world one app at a time. And these— God, look at the Evangelical Biblical Skull. Or like, you seem like there's business, there's religion, there's health, there's, uh, like niche stuff. Like, it's just like even coming here and just looking should inspire you about— yeah, Escape the Red. I don't know what that means, that looks amazing. Um, anyway, these are all that have been built last 18 hours, you guys. Like Lucid Dream Gym, that's cool. Like, what is that?
Chomp Shot? No, it's a video game.
Video game.
You can build games on it as well. Um, 30-day goal blitz app for your focus. This is beautiful. This is so cool to see. So yeah, that's what you guys have been doing over the last little bit. So that's, uh, when you go up there to the, uh, the showcase, you can see what's been submitted. Okay. Um, and so when you're done with your app, click submit app, boom, there. And then it goes to showcase. And then now we can start. Now you're in the contest, you start winning some money. Okay. Other button here is cool. It's called check-ins. This is where every hour, just to check in how you're feeling. So you come here, say how you feel, and you say, I am I am sleepy, or I am so excited.
Fresh and awake if you're just now joining us.
Yeah.
Whatever it is. And then what I recommend doing is document the journey as you're doing this. Post on Facebook or Instagram. I'm building an app. Then I just got my first version of my app. Check this out. And like share this process. And each hour come back here and then show a link to where you did it. It's been really fun for us. We've seen you guys posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook. And we've been on the team here, like pulling them up and watching them. So this is fun for us to see you guys like documenting your journey, going through this process. You guys are up till 2 in the morning, like, uh, 6 in the morning, like, dog, if you make videos of you telling your story, like, I'm so tired, but look what I'm building, and document and share here. And, uh, it's just fun for us because we can see what you're doing. And, um, you know, we maybe show your stuff off. Yeah, you know, absolutely. And the more we get to know you, the more likely, more shots you get winning, because we'll know who you are. Like, we saw that person, they posted every single hour, they're so cool. Then you click check in and boom, you checked in. And so just every hour on the hour, check in and keep dropping links, which is kind of fun.. So that's what's happening. So overskillgames.com, you log in here and then it, and then, uh, again, the first step though is it's gonna help you is you go and you create your Overskill, uh, account. Okay. Let me get back to the slides. Okay. So step 1, Overskill Games. Step 2, log in the members area and go through the process.
Okay.
Boom. Um, all right. So how Overskill works, you'll see is when you log in, it looks just like this and it's like, describe the app you wanna build. And you just describe, you're like, I wanna build an app that is really awesome. It does. And you just tell it or type it, whatever it is you wanna build, and then you click submit and it starts building it. So that's the easiest way to do it. Uh, so that's one way.
Okay.
Second way, there's this little lightning bolt you see right here. This is called the Prompt Builder. This is like as if you hired somebody for $100,000 to help coach you through how to write the perfect prompt, do all the keyword research and all the target customer research and everything, right? And it's built in here. So you click on the lightning bolt, And when you do that, it's gonna open up the prompt builder and then it's gonna ask you some questions about your app. And then it goes out and does all this research for you to find out all the competitors. You find out, finds out what, like what features it has.
Uh, it'll pull in and it'll give suggestions. These are things that like other apps that are kind of similar in the space might have or other feature ideas that are kind of cool that you should consider. And you can uncheck 'em, check 'em, decide the things that you think fit for what you're going for. Dial in your business model, right? So you can just say like, is it a free app? Is it a recurring app? A one-time fee? Like you can kind of dial those in.
So the designs was cool.
The designs are cool too. Like, they're, they're inspiration too. It's not gonna be exact, right? It's not gonna go out there and copy Notion, right? But it can be inspired by Notion, right? So you can pick the ones that, the direction you wanna go with different designs. So that's super cool too. And then also you can have it do even more deep research and it'll do another round of additional research for you too. So it's just gonna come out and pull in all these different things.
And it takes all that and it submits the prompt for you. And so then, like, Overskull's got this, all this data of, like, here's who the customer's for. We're making a freemium app. This is the design. So if you can, if you want, if you want a really good app right out of the gate, use the Prompt Builder. It'll save you money and time and everything. So it's just that little lightning bolt thing. You click on that, pops up the Prompt Builder, and you start playing with it.
Okay.
And then last thing you can do to shortcut your success is Overskill templates. And Todd and his Ninja AI have been building— I think you say 250 templates are in there currently.
250.
Yeah.
Unless it made some overnight.
It was cool. These templates, these are full-blown software products. Like, that's what's crazy. Eazy is a software product, so you can take it in the template, you click a button, it'll remix it, which means it copies it into your account. And then what's in your account, you have it. And what it means is like, we may have spent $1,000 building that app, and you click a button and you didn't pay $1,000. It shows up in your account. And then from there you can like, oh, change the branding or add this feature or do it. And like, you just start building on top of this. You saved all the money ahead of time because we spent all the money, uh, in all the, the token credits. Building it initially. And so I'd recommend going in the marketplace, look at all this stuff, find something that's already done that's close to what you want, and then copy it into your account. And then from there, build. Like I said, you save tons of money and, and sometimes you can just like change the branding and start selling it.
Exactly. If you find something that's already either the app you want, like the angle of actual product direction, user experience you're going for, you can start with that and change the style of it and change the logo, change the formatting. Or you go the other way around, right? You find something that's the style you're like, oh, that looks amazing. Like this neon style. And you can drop that, remix it into your account and then just tell it, all right, instead of being this type of ad, we're gonna convert this app to be this type of app.
Yeah.
And you can just start like that.
Or you find someone, it's a health tracker. You're like, I want the same app, but I want it to be a reading tracker. And then, you know, like, yeah, just re-niche it for your thing. Or like we did this before, we, we, we built a habit tracker and then we just made, we turned into a wrestling habit tracker and then like a scripture study habit tracker. Like you can just take it and re-niche it. Anyway, so that's the template. So those are the core things, you guys, is Prompt Builder, pick a template, and we'll show you guys how that works here in a minute. Okay? And then again, I showed you guys check-ins, check-in every hour, let's know what you're doing. And here's the big question I was asking. Russell Todd, how do I win the stacks of cash? Okay, so my question for you guys in the comments is how many of you guys want to win the $10,000 cash? We know there's a lot of people because we have 600 almost apps submitted. Our goal is to get 1,000. So if you want to win the app, let us know in the chat. Say, I want to win the app or cash or $10K. Let us know so we know. But here's how you win the $10K. Okay. Step number 1, you got to create the app. When the app's done, you submit it like we just showed you. After you submit it, it's going to put it on the— what's that thing on Marketplace? Showcase.
On the Showcase.
You can go find the Showcase and you can share it with your friends, your family members. You can post it on social, whatever, and get people to go and vote on it.
And you can get votes.
Now we're not basing the winner off who gets the most votes because if you— someone's got a list of a million people, they're going to win and that's not fair. I want everyone. But this is one of the criteria points is are people voting it up? They like it, they don't like it. So submit it, go get people to promote it. And again, that's where the showcase— you go to games.overskill.app/showcase. That's the showcase of all the apps are at. You can go look at, you know, vote on people's apps. You're like, oh, that one's cool, that one's cool. And then from there, these are the other 5. There's 5 components. So obviously the voting and then these are other 5 things that we pick the winner from. So originality, like, is this idea fresh? Did you find an angle? No, it's took— is it fit a real problem? Okay. Number 2 is craftsmanship. Like, does the app actually work? If you go through the process, did you test it? Does it actually work? Did someone sign up? Does it create an account? Does it— want to make sure it actually works. Number 3 is— or number whatever— yeah, real-world impact. Like, someone actually use this. Is it useful? And then number 4 is like, show your work. Like, I'd recommend making a video, like, make a Loom video or something, like, showing this is what I built, this is why I built it. And then as we're looking at all these things, that's— those are things we're gonna take into account as we pick our finalists and then our winner for tomorrow. So that's how you can win the money. Next question, can I submit multiple apps? The answer is yes, you can. In fact, we highly recommend it. We know— I know a lot of people. In fact, I was watching someone on Instagram, I commented on it. They had submitted the second one. They're like, I submitted my second app. So you can submit more than one. In fact, I would recommend building more than one. In fact, I'm going to give you guys ideas of just some quick apps you can build. So number one is you can build a simple app for lead generation. Okay. And these are basically like single feature app. The app does one thing. They're simple. Like, it might cost you, you know, $50 or $100 in credits to build it, and then you have something you can go generate leads for. So this is the case that I showed earlier. This dude is killing it on Instagram. He's in the SEO space. And the way he builds his list is he gives away free AI apps. And I watch him all the time. He's one of my favorite people to watch because he's like, hey, I found this new app. It's sick. You guys should go get it. And he shows it. And then people go over there and they create an account. And when they create an account, it adds an email to email us. So This screenshot from 3 or 4 months ago, he generated 57,000 leads by giving away free AI, single feature software.
Okay?
And this way he does it, he just makes these little videos and they're not complicated. He's just like, hey, what's up everybody? I can't get the audio to work, but it says there's this free site that helps you rank on AI. Just go to AIreadiestchecker.com and you're going to put your website URL in here and then your email address in here. And it's going to tell you, right? And he tells people that they go get the free software, they add his list, and then through email he sells, puts gets them on their webinar and he sells them their coaching and everything else happens on the backend of him giving away free AI software. So lead gen apps are amazing and you could build a dozen of them and get tons and tons of leads. I've built, I think, 4 or 5 tonight since we started. Maybe 12. Maybe 12.
Yeah.
Just lead gen apps alone though. So they're awesome. So lead gen apps, you can build affiliate apps. I did a training like 12 hours ago on that, but an app to promote products as an affiliate. You can do like niche down any of these apps we've talked about. You can build a full membership site, you can build coaching apps. Like, there's so many— like, you can build, like, honestly, anything you can think of.
Yeah, you just go to the showcase alone and you're just like, wow, that's a lot of different cool ideas. Like, very different.
You guys come up with— anyway, you guys are creative, you'll figure it out. And if not, just go to the template marketplace, find one from there, and iterate on it. So, um, and then we want you to think about— this is a concern, you know, people always worry about because credits, like, you know, back in the day is like ClickFunnels, like $97 a month, you build unlimited funnels. But the world we live in now, the world we live in today with AI, it's not that way, right? Like, if we could just give you a $97 a month account, you build anything, that'd be amazing. We would do it in a heartbeat. But we can't because the AI backend that we use for everything charges credits. And so, so you gotta cover the credit costs. But I think a lot of times we, we're like nervous, like, oh, it's expensive. And what's fascinating this, and I, we want a couple reframes and mindset shifts, right? Like, Um, if you were to go hire a programmer to build you an app, like I say, the, the app, I don't know how much the average programmer makes, but it's probably $100 to $200 an hour. Yeah, absolutely. So if you have an idea for an app, you tell a person, go build the app. Like let's say it takes them 30 days to build an app, you're looking at $10 grand if they takes them a month to do something, right? And so it's like, and then you come back to Overskill and you're like, you can prompt something, you can pay $100 maybe, and it builds something as good, if not better. In 15 minutes. And you're like, it's expensive, these credits. Like, you spend $100 to build an app that would have cost you $10,000 a month ago, right? Like, it's not— it's, it's very inexpensive when you look at it from that, that, that standpoint. The, the equivalent of you hiring a full-time programmer and a designer and a copywriter to build it, and it does it all for you.
You'd have to, you'd have to pay for hosting and servers and everything else anyway. You're still going to pay hundreds of dollars a month in hosting costs too on top of the— like, so it's not like you're— you don't still have ongoing fees to run an app once you build it, right? So there's still all this.
It's really inexpensive.
Yeah.
So that's the first thing. Second thing, in that screenshot I showed you guys, it's a picture of me and Robert Kiyosaki. He wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad. And in that book, he taught me— I read this when I first started my entrepreneur career. He talked about assets versus liabilities. And this changed my life. I don't understand this. I always thought, like, your house is an asset. Like, I have an asset, it's my house. But he's like, no, asset— your house is a liability because you buy it and then you have to pay for it every single month and you're losing money. And then he's like, an asset is you buy like a rental home and you put somebody in it and then they pay you every single month to live in it. That's the difference between asset and liability. I remember reading that and I didn't get into real estate, but at the time I was kind of starting these little businesses. And, um, I remember there was some software I wanted to buy. It was $97 a month, which I didn't have. I couldn't afford it. Um, but I had one employee at the time. His name was Dorolf. He lived in Romania. I was paying him $250 a month and I was like literally selling stuff on eBay to pay his salary. I was like, we're going to build something and I'll make money with it. And, um, I remember I showed him like, I want to sign for the software, but I can't afford it yet. And he's like, well, I could just build it for you. I'm like, what are you talking about? He's like, yeah, I— it's software. I can build it. And I'm like, are you serious? And so he spent a month building it. Cost me $250 to build it, which is more than $97 I would have paid if I would have done it. But what's crazy is after I— after I built it, it was done. I didn't have to pay monthly for it. I had it. You had the software. It's like it was done and I had no more monthly payments, number one. But number two is now I had an asset, okay? I could sell it. I owned it. I could start selling it. So I put up a sales page. But an order form. I started selling it. I think if I remember right, that first one I made like $10,000 to $15,000 in sales. So it became an asset for me that actually made me money. So if you guys think about the same thing, like you can just build software to replace something you're already using in your business. Like build this thing. Like let's say there's a tool you're using, you're paying $300 a month for it. Build software to replace it. Maybe it costs you $1,000 to rebuild it, but now you never pay that $300 a month fee again. And now you can sell it for $300 a month. You get 3 or 4 customers. Like now it's an asset that makes you tons and tons of money. So We're going to start rethinking, like reframing just kind of how you, how you think about these credits and things like that. Like it's the most inexpensive way to build software on the planet. And when it's done, you have this asset that can then generate money over and over and over again. Do you want to add anything to that?
No, it's amazing. I mean, like, and we were talking about like, uh, people are asking all kinds of questions. I'm just watching it, but like one of them was like, does it also have a website? Is it also a website? It's like, yeah, it is the way we build apps. They're web-based apps, right? So you can, you can launch it and you can install it on your iPhone. You can do the thing., but it's also a website. It's also your sales page. It's your signup form, your checkout. It's all of that.
So merchandising, your members area.
Yeah.
You don't, yeah.
You don't just have that. That's actually a good point too. Like maybe you want to expand the app and add a members area that goes along with whatever your other app is, or maybe your app isn't, you know, like you can combine all these different concepts.
Yeah.
It's just so easy. Yeah. Yeah.
It's, you guys are gonna love this. Uh, if you haven't played with it yet, it's gonna change your life. It's so fun. And it does other things too, which we haven't talked about, but we're not going to talk about today. We just want you guys building your first software. But all my— like, I build a software, I'm like, okay, based on all the features we made, make a sales page, uh, as if you're Russell Brunson, and write the copy and get screenshots of the software and build the sales page. And 5 minutes later, the sales page is done. And then, uh, they're like, all right, uh, I want to charge $37 a month for this thing, hook up all the payments. And then it just does it. And like, then you're off to the races.
Now you got a business.
So cool. So, um, anyway, we want to kind of reframe that for you because, um, We've heard a few times people over the last 18 hours like, oh, these credits get expensive. And it's like, you guys, if you understand like how inexpensive this is, it is, it's, it's pretty crazy. So, okay. Phase 1 of the game is right now is building your app again. We're 18, 19 hours in now to our 24-hour game. And so our goal is to get us to build the app. When the app's done though, you have this asset, but it's not making money. So phase 2, we're going to be moving into after this is, uh, is about helping you to build MRR. That stands for monthly recurring revenue. You guys know what MRR is? Do you like MRR? If you do, type in MRR because having an app is great, but having an app that's paying you monthly for people using it is even better. So if you want some MRR, type MRR in the chat because that's my phase 2. So Overskill Games is not just a 24-hour thing. It is, uh, it's a process. Step 1 is the sprint to get your app built, and then step 2 is like, uh, what's the challenge we have to get you to build MRR? So phase number 2 is all about MRR. So we're going to be doing a 90-day challenge. During the 10-day challenge, we're going to focus on the copy, the funnels, the traffic, everything you need to sell and get people into your continuity.
Right.
Let's say your app, you're selling it for $50 a month, right? You get 10 people sign up. That's $500 a month recurring cash flows coming into your business. Right. Which is crazy. We talked about this in one of the sessions, like my first house I bought, I bought a duplex. I spent like $250,000 on it and then it was cash flowing like $150 a month or something.
Yeah.
And I had all this risk for $150 a month. Like here it's like You spend $300, build an app, you launch it, $50 a month, you get 10 people sign up, you're making $500, you're making $10, $10 members. And what if you get 100 members or 1,000 or— yeah, it's— it changes the game. So, so this was going to— when this is done, we're going to be launching this 90-day coaching program. And the reality is we're going to be selling it in the future for $4,997. But I want a whole bunch of case studies so in the future I can sell things like, hey, here's 30 people we took through that launched SaaS and now doing six figures, right? So I want people to come through. How many guys want to do this MRR 90-day challenge with me? If that's you, you're like, I want in, type in MRR, I'm in, let's go in the chat. And then we're going to do the end 90 days. We're going to have a private mastermind with, with me for whoever the winners are. You come to Boise, we hang out and we help you to scale to the next level and beyond. It's going to be insanely fun. So that's phase number 2. Again, the plan is in the future, sell for $4,997, but we had an idea and the idea came from the fact that our big live event, Funnel Hacking Live, is coming soon. And so— oh, sorry. How many of you guys want it for free? I forgot the slide. How many of you guys want it for free? I messed up my setup. You want it for free? You want to take free MRR? If you want free MRR.
There we go. MRR.
All right, so you want it for free? Oh, it's early, you guys. Yeah, you want it for free? This is what we're going to do. Okay, uh, Funnel Hacking Live is coming up September 21st to 23rd in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the entire FHL— we're calling this one FHL AI, right? Like how to use AI in your business. And the first part of the event is about getting your software built with AI and getting it out there, right? So you guys are kind of cheating and getting ahead of it right now. And then the rest of the event is all like, how do we now drive traffic, free traffic, paid traffic, everything into into our app and really blow it up. Like, look at these speakers here. These speakers, all of them are driving insane amounts of traffic in different unique ways. Some are doing all through organic Instagram Reels, right? This dude right here, one of the best dudes I've ever seen on Instagram, doesn't pay for ads, drives it all through Reels. He's going to show you exactly how to do it to drive thousands of people into your software. Okay, this dude right here, XCI Agent, he's got on every single podcast. He's been on like all the biggest podcasts, drives insane amounts of traffic for free. Like, Uh, yeah, so we're gonna show you guys like this right here is my favorite email marketers and we're like, we're all gonna be coming in and showing us how to scale these apps so you can have monthly recurring revenue. So that's what Funnel Hacking Live is all about this time. And so we want you guys there. So this is the bribe. You come to Funnel Hacking Live, you get your ticket. What we're gonna do is, um, oh, I couldn't remember my next slide was. What we're gonna do when you come is, uh, we're gonna, uh, we're gonna give you access to the 90-day challenge for free. So what that means is, um, This is about 24-hour sprint. And then the, the next 9 days is Funnel Hacking Live, which is going to show you how to scale the app. And then after FHL, we're going to do a 90-day sprint, all focusing on selling your app, getting people in there, building up your MRR, which is going to be amazing. So, and if you already come to FHL, congratulations, you get the 90-day challenge for free. You don't have to pay $5,000. And if you're not coming to FHL yet, that is the call to action. Go get a ticket at funnelhackinglive.com. Get your ticket, come hang out, and then you'll get the 90-day challenge for free. Um, for being there. So that's kind of— there's the bribe.
That's the bribe.
Okay, all right, you guys, we're about to start our last, uh, sprint.
Where—
what time we at? Yeah, we basically got 5 hours left, right? 5 hours and 15 minutes.
Final stretch.
Don't forget, every hour now, check in. In fact, right now, go check in again. Tell us how you're feeling.
Tell—
I'm pumped, I'm excited, I'm ready to take over the world. I want to— I'm, uh, I'm gonna submit 3 apps the next 4 hours.
It's gonna be amazing.
So come check in, let us know. And then, um And then Dante is going to be here the next 5, I think. Is Dante still alive? Is he still alive?
Oh, he's awake.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or I'm gonna keep going, right? So Dante's been, uh, our, our master of energy and ceremonies for the last 18 hours, and he's still awake, which is amazing. Um, and so he's gonna be coming in and out. We're gonna bounce around. We did a whole session in the tent the last however many hours. We'll do more fun stuff. So the game plan is like is for you actually like to be building. And when you build something over here, you start building it and then it'll be working. So you sit back for a minute and you like, you can like tune into what we're talking about and sharing ideas and tips and motivation and secrets and all sorts of stuff we'll be doing. So just keep building, ask questions. Ben and Dante did like 3 hours of Q&A the last session. So if you have questions, ask them. Like we're here kind of going back and forth, but focus on your app and then while it's building, listen in, communicate. Go back to the app, go back and forth and back and forth and have some fun for the last stretch here of the challenge. So anything else I'm forgetting?
Oh, man, we're good. Like, you've answered all the questions. Okay, I'm trying to stay awake.
Sorry. Can we throw my slides up one last time? I'll show one last thing real quick. So if I go to overskill.com, 3 things to remember. This is what it looks like. Boom, right here. Tell the app, right? If you want help, click right here on the lightning bolt. It's going to pop up the slide builder. Or if you're like, and I just want templates, click on templates right there.
Boom.
It takes you to the template library. That's basically it. And then you start going in, find something and start building. Here's all ones I've been building down here. We got salesfunnels.com, YouTube Sidekick, Overskill Games, Conspiracy Secrets, To Do Secrets, Follow Up Funnels, Brain Dump, Life Timeline, Body. Yeah, these are what I've been building this whole challenge. And so I want to see you guys going to be building.
All right. Uh, you can see the published apps at overskillgames.com. You can click on the showcase. And yeah, you can, uh, you have until noon, right? Noon Eastern time today, right?
Yeah. So keep working, get them submitted. I know everyone's like, got time, keep on working. 18 hours. A lot of people are just waiting to get it perfect before they submit it.
But yeah, so I'm sure we'll get a flood coming in.
Our goal is to get 1,000 people, um, submitted. Let me see how many.
Right, halfway. Let's see.
Yeah, yeah. So guys, I need you—
make us look— oh, almost 600.
One away. Okay, 599 apps built, so, uh, 401 more apps, you guys. We got, we got 7, 6, 7 hours to do it. Uh, let's get to work, have some fun. All right, we're gonna pass it over to Dante. Appreciate you guys. Let's have some fun in the Overskilled Games. Let's go, Dante! How are you feeling?
How are you still alive?
Yeah, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know how I'm feeling. I don't know if I'm alive.
He's taking the rest of the week off.
I think, I think I'm here with you right now.
Yeah, you don't have any kids coming right now, right?
Everything's good.
Chat, do I have a kid coming?
You know, uh, Dante's wife's about to have a baby, so like we had chat set up if that happens. He's letting you know he's running out of here. So as of right now, we're good.
You guys tell me, I don't know. I literally, I told my wife, I said if you text me, I'm not coming to see our child get born. Literally, I have to know from the chat.
Oh man, we appreciate you.
Okay.
Thanks, you guys. I'll see you here in a little bit, in a few minutes.
Sounds good.
Or hour, I don't even know.
Sometime.
Sometime.
I will see you sometime on some day. This is awesome.
Thanks, Chad.
All right, what's up, chat? What's cracking? Yeah, sun, sun is coming up here in Canton. Literally, I just watched it come up. I have not watched the sunrise since I was in college. But it's been crazy. It's been crazy. We did not do the things that I did in college when I was watching the sun come up here today. We did things that actually matter. We did things that actually have an impact on the world and your life. It's been wild. This is one of the cooler experiences, I think, of my entire life. Really glad we did this. And really awesome opportunity for me to be able to do it with you guys and share it all with you guys. Let me get everything caught up and set up here. All right, lovely. Okay, I got you guys, I got you. Oh, let me get this caught up here. Okay, sorry, I got to get my YouTube caught up. It's a little back. There we go.
There we go.
Tim, what's up, man? Good morning, good morning, good morning. All right, now we're there. Let me pop out the chat. Just in case you guys didn't know, I probably should have told you earlier on, um, but you can— oh, you can pop out the chat if you guys are like on your desktop. There's a little—
I don't know how—
a pop-out button in the top right of the chat. There's two little boxes. It's a pop-out icon. Feel free to click that. It'll pop out your chat, and then you can make it bigger, uh, if you just, you know, want to have it like I have it popped out right now so I can see the video and I can see the chat. Just a little bit easier for me to see the chat.
Oh, thank you, Lena.
Thank you. It's our third. It's our third, and it's our first girl. Super excited.
I—
pretty soon we'll just have a shoe in the woods, and I'm very much about that. Oh, nice, Jay! Did you stay up all night with us?
Who—
I know a lot of you guys have been here like pretty much the whole time. Who stayed up all night? Did anybody stay up for 20 hours with a 24-hour Wow, Brookie did all night. Let go, let's go! Tiffany the whole time. Leah whole time. John said, oh yeah. Oh, come on, let me see how many of you guys— this is sick. Anne slept 45 minutes. You guys rock, huh?
Hardcore.
Absolutely, John. Success, Mom. Absolutely, Doug. Wow, Duen did, Aaron did, Rob did, Hanson did, Rod did. Wow, Iron got a little nap. Laura's with us. You guys are wild. Fazor, Leah, John, April. Oh wow, everybody, look at you guys, look at you. This is wild.
This is amazing.
All right, so what are you guys feeling? All right, what do you guys feeling? You just stayed up for 24 hours with us. We shared something totally new with you. I think some of you've played with vibe coding. I think some of you have not. But like, 24 hours is going strong. I thought I was going to be the only one. You guys are, you guys are right here with it. This is so cool. Rod said sleep is for suckers, we getting that MRR. Yeah baby, absolutely. Tired but buzzing, amazing. That's like how I felt first time I found Overskill. Mary Lee is like, I am exhaustion. Yeah, I feel you on that. I feel you on that. Lean is like, my neck is killing me, I can't wait to lay down. And's on her fourth app. Tiffany is happy and euphoric. Yeah, we are a wild bunch, eh, Holly? We are, we're a wild bunch. Uh, Leah, I'm gonna try and look into apps. I'm gonna try and look into apps in, uh, on the store. I can definitely try and look into that. Nice, Angelique, nice!
Who said that?
Mary Lee, I can sleep when I'm dead. Come on with it. And, and personally, like, watching you guys in the chat, I don't, I don't think, I don't think you guys are joking. I think you honestly feel empowered right now. I think you honestly feel strong. And also, like, we just did something really hard. It's not easy to stay up for 24 hours. It's especially not easy to stay up for 24 hours doing work. You guys did that. I, I think you got to feel super powerful. I think everybody here has got to be looking at themselves like, even if you didn't do the 24 hours, even if you did like 16 hours of work, 18 hours of work, 20 hours of conscious, dedicated work, that's, that's hard to do. That's hard to do. Oh, what, what'd you guys think of that FHL documentary? Did you like that? Was it your first time seeing it for anybody? Angelique, 30 days to MRR. She's got a trial going. I love this. Wow, affiliate in Bulgaria, amazing. Oh, Tiffany, see, that's what gets you fired up. Tiffany said, I've been building this one app all day. It's been living in my head for 3 years. Brain cells are regrowing by the minute. It's banging, Tiffany. So good. I'm glad I was able to help a little. That's great. Awesome, Lawrence. Awesome. It was really cool to get to bring you guys— kind of bring you into our house for a little while, host you just a little bit. Loved it. Nice, Lorenzo is about to publish. Make sure, guys, make sure when you publish you are submitting your apps, and that's going to be overskillgames.com. No, no, it's overskill—
It's—
no, what is that link? Um, sorry, let me see if I can find it. My brain is just— I'm like, how do I navigate Google Chrome? It's wild. Oh, where— what is that link? It was Overskill Games.
Slash—
one of you has already probably put it in the chat for me. Okay, thank you, Leah. I knew it. Let me check this. Oh, that's gonna have me on the wrong thing too. Let me try it this way. Oh man, that's tough. That, that is just Tough. I don't have, uh, I've reset my computer. Yes, Leah, I think that it— yeah, it's wild how tired I got. I saw the sun come up and whoop, my whole brain turned off. Okay, that might be it confirmed. Let me check this, let me check this. There it is. Thank you. Okay, got it. It's the confirmed URL. I'm gonna put this in the chat for you all right now. Okay, bingo. Uh, Point Dexter, thank you for that. That was the right link. It's slash confirmed. I just put it in the chat for you guys. So submit your app, right? Submit your app. Even if you came in here like just a couple hours ago, you have a lot of time. OverSkill builds really fast. You don't need to know anything. You are not out of the race by any means, shape, or stretch. So submit that app. Uh, make sure you publish your app and then you have tons of time right now. How submitting works in case it wasn't gone over so far. When you submit your app, you submit to us the app's live URL. Uh, so that live URL, when you update the app, you're just, it goes right to that live URL. So just. Go submit your app and then you go back, keep working, keep doing the thing, make sure that you publish. You'll be rocking and rolling. You'll be rocking and rolling. Jason said, I'm trying to get 2 more apps live tonight. It's awesome. Absolute fire.
Yeah.
So Lorenzo's like, man, my brain is mush. Remind me how to publish. When you're in your app, top right, little green button. It says publish on it. Click that. When that popup shows up, uh, uh, if you see a publish now at the top, an actual button you can click, then go ahead and publish. That means you have changes, things you've worked on that are not live yet. Um, so that's, that's it. It's, it's literally that simple. Just hop up to the top right, click publish. And then if you have a button at the top of your popup that says publish, then go ahead and publish it. That means you have changes you need to add. Eric's been grinding with us. I think that's it. So on that link I just put in, if I go to submit your app— yeah, yeah. Yeah, this URL should work for you as well. If you guys wanna submit your apps, I just put another URL in the chat. It's /submit. Uh, when you submit your app, that's also where you can put that Loom video. It's like your app walkthrough showing us your app, how it works, what you did, why you did it, all the stuff. Um, so that's our submit link. That should be everything you guys need for sure. Nice. Aslan's building multiple. He's got multiple tabs going. This is so good. Uh, buy and sell. I see it published but I cannot find it. What do you mean? I'm not fully understanding. Yeah, Doug, you and me both. You and me both. Once that clock hits noon, I don't know, hopefully at that point I got a second wind. I feel like if I get through the next hour, we're gonna be a-okay.
Nice.
Okay, I'm pretty much caught up on chat. Pretty much caught up on chat. This was so cool. This was— this has been awesome. Uh, yeah, so I'm gonna, I'm gonna try and hop into my Overskill account and build some apps with you guys, just show you how to do stuff. And also ask questions. But every time I've been showing Overskill lately, YouTube wants to shut down our stream and it's just stopping it for some reason. So we're definitely going to try— I'm definitely going to try and go in and build. But if you guys are having questions, uh, uh, who asked that? Goodness gracious, that was Inez. Uh, Inez, if you have any questions, feel free to ask those questions. I'll be happy to help if you're stuck on anything. Yeah, I think we're all tired, Gabby. Uh, Gavin, definitely do your walkthroughs. We would love your walkthroughs. That'd be fantastic. Penny, let's go!
So cool.
Nice job, Penny. Really nice job. Uh, the video submission link, that is when you're submitting your app. There's a form that you fill out. It's when you submit your app. So I put that link in the chat. Let me put it back in here. Ends with /submit. When you submit your app, you give us the app URL and you give us your name and your email. So just go to that link I put in the chat. And then fill out— there's a button right in the middle of the page, green button, submit your app. Uh, there's one up top. You don't have to click that. Just go click the button in the middle of the page, submit my app. That submits your app. Once you do that, you'll see the entire form, and in there is a place in that form. That's where you put your Loom video. Oh, okay, Maldano. Um, I am not 100% sure. Okay, for adding your screenshot URL, could, could somebody go try and submit using that URL I put in the chat? I just put it again. I'm pretty sure that's the link you guys need. That's going to take you to a page. There's going to be a button right there on the page to submit your app. You click that button, it should open up your form, and then everything that you need should be right on that form. You can upload your thumbnail image, you can upload your Looms. If you guys don't mind, somebody go give that a try for me. Yeah, nice, Holly.
Nice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that, that submit URL, correct. Uh, you have members submit? Uh, if you can use members submit, that's cool, that's awesome, that's totally cool. If that doesn't work for anybody, just use the link that I put in there. And that should let everybody submit, no problems. Nice, Fazur, you're submitted. Great, great, great, great. Nice, Lorenzo's deploying. Great. Yes, the bottom is where you can submit other apps. That's exactly right. Yep, that's the right place. That's where we should be. Yes, that's correct. Success Mom, just right below you'll see the button right down there. It's a button, I think it says submit your app or it just says submit on it. Yeah, cool. So that link Tim just put in, that's, uh, members/submissions. The one I put in is games/submit. I think both of them should work just fine. Feel free to click either link. Uh, feel free to click either link. Whatever works for you is totally fine by me. Uh, Buy and Sell said, I submitted but no form. I wonder if you could try that again for me. Try any of the two links that are up above your comment there. They're really recent in the chat. Scroll up just a little bit. Try those two links. Uh, I saw a bunch of people say, yeah, that works, that works. Oh, that's it. Everybody should be able to submit on one of those two links. Christian said if you submit your app via the members area under the submit tab, that's where you need to do it for all the options. Full disclosure, I'm not in the members area. I'm not even registered for the games, otherwise I'd be way too tempted and I'd play in the games. Uh, so I actually don't even have access to that members area. Um, but you can definitely go in through the way that Christian said as well if you guys want to give that a try to set up your, your thumbnails. I'm gonna paste this back in the chat so everybody can see it, just the most recent comment. The submit button on the page I posted did nothing.
Interesting.
No, Marcus, it does not have to be Loom. Uh, however you wanna— however you wanna record your screen and talk over it, totally cool. You can do it anyway. We just like Loom. It's simple. We use it every day. Uh, but if you want to use Zoom, that's totally cool. Yes, Maldonado, uh, under the members/submit you can edit the listing. That is where you add the URL screenshot so it shows up. Yes, yes, thank you, Alicia. That, that sounds absolutely right. Oh yeah, yeah, and I think some of you guys might have gone through the same thing Holly went through. She said, last night I hadn't realized there was an additional form. I'd only submitted in the button at the top of the screen and wondered why I couldn't find my app in the showcase. A couple hours later, I got it. So when you upload your apps, they should— you should see those in the showcase when it's uploaded and submitted successfully. There's a search bar right there on the showcase. You should be able to search for the name of your app and you'll find it. Uh, the video part, I think you're talking about making a Loom. The Loom is totally free, guys. You can download Loom completely for free on your computer, and then Loom just records your screen and you can have your video going so we can see what's on your screen. If you want, you can turn on your video and we can watch you like be animated as you explain your app and do the thing. Oh, Jennifer, what's the data browser? No entities yet. Create entities in the tables panel to browse their data here. So basically what, what Overskill is telling you there is like, hey, the thing you're trying to do hasn't been wired up and created. In the code. We haven't connected these tables. We haven't connected these databases. So what you should do, Jennifer, whenever Overskill gives me an error code like that, like you probably saw that pop up in the bottom right when you were trying to do the thing. I always just copy that text, put it in Overskill, put it in the prompter on the left. That's it. I don't even say fix this. I just say I received this error. I paste the error that I got, it goes and fixes, and then it'll go and wire up your tables and your databases and make sure everything's connected and communicating. We, we, we showed that a lot over these past 24 hours. You know, Todd was building something and we were in multiple apps with Todd and he was just copy and paste, copy and paste, copy and paste. It's, it's, it's as simple as that. It really is. Yeah, Marcus, we just put the link to the video. It's exactly right. Loom, when you make a video, Loom gives you a URL for that video and now you can share it over the internet. Uh, so yeah, it's all you have to do. Oh, Linda.
Cool.
Nice, Linda.
Okay.
Linda said, can you tell me how to review the app? Mine has a join and a payment page, and I'm not sure how to get past that to review it. Uh, so Linda, what I would do, what I would do is I would go to Overskill in the chat on the left-hand side where you put your prompts. And I would say, I want to test my order form on my funnel. I wanna test my purchase functionality. Can you make me a 100% coupon code so I can test this product without having to spend money? And it will. So what Overskill's gonna do, we have full coupon codes inside of Overskill. You don't have to set them up or do anything. You just tell Overskill, like if you wanna run, for instance, Uh, if you wanna run a 20% off discount on that product or on that funnel for a certain date and time, you just tell Overskill and it sets that up and it does that.
Super fun.
It's, it's, that's how we wanna do it. But Linda, uh, Linda, tell it I wanna test my purchasing and it'll make you a 100% coupon. So you put that coupon in, your $100 product turns to $0 product. But you still get to test with a test, a real credit card. So you get to like test the live purchase functionality without actually having to give any money out of your bank account. I know it's all your money and everything, but that's how I test. I just go to the prompt, I say, hey, make me— I want to test my order form, I want to test the purchase functionality, make me 100% coupon, and you're rocking. Yeah, yeah, Tim nailed it. Uh, once you guys have submitted your app in the members area, then go back in and edit the app. And when you do that, then you can make your thumbnail URL. Uh, Elvis, yes, you can. 100%, you can. John, I recommend talking in your video. I think you're talking about just the Loom video. That's an app walkthrough. We would definitely like to hear, like, in your words I built this app to do this thing and here's how it works. You can go to this page and do this stuff. You can go to this page and do this stuff. And I think Ben has a bunch of walkthroughs and like templates on how you should be making those videos. But, uh, yes, I definitely recommend that you speak.
Ah.
Lorenzo, do we have to leave this on or off? Allow others to remix this app? That's really your call, Lorenzo, and it's a case-by-case situation. You may have an app that you do not want people to remix, like that's your app. Um, maybe you're a counselor who wrote a book and you took one chapter of your book, one framework that you have, and you made that one chapter its own standalone app so people can start using that chapter or using that app to get that result. That's like your proprietary information. That's your framework. So in that case, you would want to turn that off. Do not allow others to remix because remix is like share into their account. If you keep that on, that means somebody could go to your specific page and they could click the button bottom left and they'd be able to start their own Overskill account.
Excuse me.
They'd be able to start their own Overskill account where they get your app. Like, it's just like sharing funnels in ClickFunnels. If somebody remixes your, uh, uh, uh, if somebody remixes your app, your template, your whatever the thing is, if they remix it, they get to go start an Overskill account and then your app gets added to their account. For the case of like, I'm a counselor and I made an app that is on my specific training or frameworks or methodology, you wouldn't wanna remix that. That's your thing. But like, If I'm gonna make— let's say I wanna rebuild Russell's affiliate software. Uh, excuse me. Just not breathing anymore. Uh, let's say I wanna rebuild Russell's affiliate software and I'm gonna do that as a play to get customers in there. Well, I'm gonna rebuild the app and then I'm gonna go to my socials and I'm gonna go everywhere and I'm gonna post this app. And hey, if you are an affiliate and you wanna have this app completely for free, You can have it. It's the only app you really need to run your entire business. If you need an email app, shoot me an email. I can send you that too. But if you're an affiliate, this will change the way you run your game every single day. And now they can remix that app. They can start an Overskill account and they can have that in there. And I want that, that like in that case, that's my whole purpose. I want you to see this app. I want you to use it. I want you to love it. And I want you to love it so much that you want it in your own account. And I'm— that, that app is my bait in this sense. Take my app, remix it for yourself, make it what you need for it to be. Well, now you're my affiliate. Because people don't know this about the remix button, but anybody who remixes an app through your remix button gets added to your affiliate program. They are your affiliate. You are the referring affiliate to them. So that means you get 20% commissions on their account. Every single time, every single month, every single time they pay, you get 20% commissions on that account. So it's, it's totally case by case, Lorenzo. It just depends on your case and what you're trying to do. Um, it's a really good question. I hope, I hope I gave you enough there so you understand. Uh, I think I just butchered that. I'm sorry. Uh, you're not even sure what we want in the video?
We—
in the video, we just want you— well, there's two videos that we'd like from you. Number one is the Loom video. That's your submission video. Just give us an app walkthrough, right? So we can just watch your video. It's a quick 60-second video, nothing crazy, but you just walk us through your app. This page does this, this page does this, this page does this. Uh, just a really, really simple walkthrough. There's another video that we'd love for you to shoot, and that's just your feelings, your experience, your emotions after you build an app, after you submit the app, or maybe after the first time you see the app, whenever you want to really. Uh, we'd love to see how you're feeling. So Literally pick up your phone, gang, and just shoot a quick video. We, we like to lift our phones up cuz that stops the double chin. Just in case you didn't know, you lift your phone up. Hey guys, my name's Dante and I just wanna tell you about this crazy experience I just went through. I clicked the link 24 hours ago. Some guy was talking about something and I didn't really understand it, but it sounded cool and it was free. So I hopped in here and 15 hours later, I couldn't believe it. I had my first app. Right, whatever your feelings are, whatever your emotions are, we want to see all those. And that is a Dropbox link. I'm going to put that in— well, where did that link go? I got it handy here. There it is, there it is. I'm going to put this Dropbox link in the chat for everybody. Bingo. So that is a second video, a different video, but it's just, what are you feeling? What are you feeling? Pick up your phone, document it. Let us know what you, what you're feeling in the moment. Are you happy? Are you upset? Whatever thing you're feeling right then in the moment, that's what we want to see. Uh, you might not want to shoot a video. Maybe you've been up 24 hours and you're like, Dante, I'm exhausted. I look like a zombie. I smell like one too. I don't want to shoot a video right now. I hear you. I'm not going to force you to do that. You can also just take an image. If you're going to take an image, like just a picture, I'd love for you to have your app in it. That'd be amazing. So if you could take an image like this— absolutely not, no way. Uh, if you could shoot— if you could take an image like this where it's just like you know, yourself, uh, your computer or tablet or wherever you have it on, and then you can point to it or, you know, whatever you want to do. But shoot us a quick image, that will work as well. By the by, everybody who gives us a video or an image to that Dropbox link, that's going to enter you into a giveaway. We have a ton of hoodies. I think you guys all know we have more swag than we know what to do with, so we're going to start giving some of that away as well. Um, so no, Angelique, we don't put both videos. We don't put both videos in Dropbox. Dropbox is for like the you video. Here's how I'm feeling. Here's what I experienced. I'm glad I did it. I'm not glad I did it. Whatever you're feeling, that goes in the Dropbox. We'd really love to see like how you're feeling about your app. It was pretty cool to do it. You feel powerful. Do you feel strong? Do you feel exhausted after all the work it took to get there? Um, that's the Dropbox video, Angelique. The Loom, that is an app walkthrough, and that's you walking us through your app itself. Totally different videos, totally different purposes. Good question there.
Nice.
Yeah, you got it, Jennifer, you got it. Oh, thank you. Um, where do we find the apps? Those are at the bottom. Oh, there's another giveaway you guys have opportunities to though. Uh, if you want to follow us on Instagram, we just made a brand new channel like very, very recently. And everybody who follows us on Instagram is also going to get entered into a raffle to get another hoodie, or a different hoodie if you've won the first one. That'd be kind of crazy if somebody won both. Um, but yeah, go follow us on Instagram. It's a really small account right now. We literally just started it. And if you want a hoodie, it's a great way to make sure that you get that.
Oh yes, yes!
You want to come show them? What did he say that URL was? I don't remember. He'll get the link. So Robertson built a super cool— Robertson built a super cool store. To get rid of some of this merch at the end of the day too. We're gonna give away a bunch, but if you guys want to make sure you get one, you can just buy it. Uh, so he's going to come in here and show you guys, but he literally built this over the last 24 hours. Realistically, that's not true. Realistically, he built this over the last 6 hours. Um, but it's a cool, cool store. And then, and then I'll let, I'll let him tell you how he hooked it into a printer because we obviously have integrations with Printful. And if you want, you can totally hook up to Printful. They can print and ship your shirts for you. Yes, you can also hook up with like a local printer if you have somewhere local in town and you'd rather just use them. Maybe you can form a better relationship with them. Uh, wait, wait, wait until you guys see what Robertson made. It was— it's really, really impressive. All right, nice.
Here he is.
Come show.
All right, what's the best way to do this?
Well, can we just do it here?
Yeah, wherever you want.
What's, what's the URL?
So it's supply.overskill.app.
Cool, it's up, Chad. If you want to share it, walk them through what you do here, man.
Yeah, so, um, basically took all of the, the designs that we made. Um, we kind of joked about ordering too many. It was kind of a joke, kind of not a, not a joke, but we did want to actually give everybody an opportunity to buy some. So we actually made an entire store for it, and you can literally see we've put everything in here. You can come and see everything that we bought— or not everything we bought, everything that we have. You can come in here and order, um, really from anything, from any size, small all the way to 3XL. So you've got shipping, all that stuff. All the shipping will actually only be in the US, um, but literally called the same company that we use to, um, do it for us, and they're going to handle all the fulfillment and all that stuff. And I don't know how to do any of this, and I literally just asked Overskill what to do at every single step. Um, so when it came to setting up the fulfillment, setting up the payments, doing all the products in WAP, all of that sort of stuff. I literally just asked Overskill like, what in the world do I do? So, um, yeah, that's basically it. But you can literally do all this. You can buy, you can track your orders, all of that stuff. And all that stuff will be handled on the back end too. We created an entire back end for the fulfillment company to come in.
And what do you mean, what's, what's that? What's a back end?
What's that even?
So yeah, so when you guys actually submit an order, that actually has to get tracked. And so that will be sent over to them every single day when you guys create an order. And so they need a place to actually track all of that sort of stuff. So, um, we built all of that out so they can literally just come in, track all of the orders that have come in, um, track the shipping, track whether or not they've made it yet, send notifications out. And so, so yeah, we built all of that out since the beginning of the live stream. So probably in the past, like 10 hours or so.
So, so you basically built like an order history page for the actual printer and shipper where they can go in and see what purchases have been made, what they've fulfilled on, what they still need to fulfill.
So like, yeah, yeah, you literally set everything up for them.
So, so with that, now you can use any printer that you want.
Yeah, we— you could use— you could do this exact same thing and do something like Printful if you wanted to do something like that. Um, we just decided to go with the, the guys who did our shirts just now, but you could literally set this up, um, in Printful. Like we showed several hours ago, Jason Sitch, who made, um, the POG Arena app, he did something really similar, but with, uh, he did it all through Printful. Um, and so they do all the fulfillment and all that stuff for you. So you can do this stuff. And I, trust me, I have no idea how to do any of it. And so, um, I was able to And so if I can, you can, for real.
It's crazy. Good stuff, man.
It looks awesome.
Yeah, thanks, brother.
It's cool.
It's really cool. Thanks for sharing that.
See you guys.
I'll put this link in the chat for you all. We're definitely going to be giving away hoodies, but if you want to make sure you get one, this is foolproof. Awesome, Kim, awesome. Oh, Eric, I see you. Yes, I see you, Eric. How do I How do I take a template and add it to my app? I think we just have our steps a little backwards. What you do is you actually start with a template. You would go to our template library, choose a template that's kind of close to what you're looking for, uh, and then you start building your app on top of that template. So I think we went backwards. I think you built an app and then you're trying to apply a template to it. You instead want to take a template and build an app on top of it. So again, just go to your Overskill, just go to overskill.com. That'll take you right to your homepage for Overskill. And then right at the top, you have apps, templates, integrations. Middle one is templates. Click on that, choose a template that works for you and build an app on top of that. Angelique used a template and it worked great. Love that. Angelique, we find out who wins on Friday. I think Friday at 12. Yeah, did they say that? Sweet. Friday at 12, we're going to be announcing the winner, so that'll be tomorrow at 12. Oh, Doug is saying— guys, I'm sorry, I'm seeing so many different reports about submitting and I, I didn't build it, so I just don't know. But Doug is saying the edit listing is gone now. If you guys are seeing that, that the edit button is gone, you cannot edit an existing listing, just make a new submission, please. Make a new listing. You guys can do as many submissions as you want. You could have submitted 100 apps in this if you wanted to. So, so just make the— make a new one, Todd. Just make a new submission. Delete the old one if you would like. It's not super important. We look at all of them. So feel free to just make another submission, uh, uh, with your new app or with— so you can add the Loom or your thumbnail image. Matt, good to see you, man. Welcome back, welcome back. We're all right, we're alive. I think I'm alive. If this is all real, then, then we're all right. We did it, we're doing things. Oh, Erica, you want a remix for that store app? Let me, let me, let me, let me set that up. 2 seconds. All right, Robertson stepped away for a second. He'll be right back. Uh, that was Robertson who was just in here, in case you guys don't know. He works here in the Canton office. But yeah, I'll get with him in just a second. I'll get you that remix link, Erica. Remind me if I don't give it to you in like 10 minutes or see him in like 10 minutes. Minutes. Cool, thanks. Yeah, if you guys are having any issues submitting whatsoever or editing an existing submission, just make a new one. It's not a problem, we'll find it. A-okay, time for a shower and a nap. How good does that sound? Okay, uh, sorry, Brandon. Brandon's saying it doesn't look like there's a way to delete old submissions. If that's the case, just leave it. It's totally fine, totally fine. That's the least of my concerns. Nice, David! David just used the Prompt Builder app. And he said it was a much better process versus me just trying to figure it out myself. Uh, Todd built that for you guys beginning of this stream, 23 hours ago or 18 hours ago, whatever it may be. Uh, 19 hours ago. Yeah, Todd built that for that exact reason, David. I'm glad it worked. So many times we have so many ideas in our brain and it's like, even just on this one idea, we have so many things that we think about, and it can be really hard to, like, turn that into a productive prompt to actually, like, make it make sense for an AI. So that's why Todd built that app. If you guys want those apps, we've already given away a ton. You can see below the video. Hopefully you're on desktop. If you're mobile, if you're moving and grooving and you have to be on your phone, I get it. I hear you. If you're on your phone, you're gonna have to scroll down a little bit. On your phone, you see video, chat, then widgets, tools, buttons, so on. Uh, so I— that's where I need you to go, to the widgets area. If you're on your phone, scroll past the video, scroll past the chat, then you'll see buttons. If you're on your desktop, scroll just below the video, you'll see those buttons right there. On the left, Body Evo Remix, that's Russell's Body Evolution app. On the right, Remix, the prompt builder app. That's Todd's Prompt Builder app. Uh, nice. We have an FHL announcement down there too. If you guys don't have your tickets, make sure to grab those. Make sure to come say hi to me when you're there as well. Love to get to meet and see you in real life. So, so if you guys want to get the apps, Body Evo and the Remix Prompt Builder, those should be just below your video on desktop, just below your chat on mobile. Just click the buttons below. It says Remix It right below there in the green box. Just click that, it'll remix it right into your account. Good stuff, David. Good stuff. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. We, we streamed all this into YouTube, so we're going to leave those up. You guys can watch all of the previous segments, you can see everything. Yep, 100%. Oh, Heather, don't give me a pillow. That'd be so dangerous right now. I thought I was tightening this and I'm loosening it. Yeah, I don't need a pillow. I do not need one.
You're sweet though.
Thank you. Elizabeth is exploring Overskill. She submitted her first app. Let me know if you have questions, Elizabeth. Uh, Prompt Builder app is right below the video. Keep going down. Uh, PWA— PWA means progressive web app. Basically, it's how you take a website and turn it into an app on your phone, like a tile on your phone that you can just click. So you can do it using Chrome or Safari. Just do it on your phone, go visit the site, and then you can click the three dots in your Chrome browser on your phone and then click Add to Home Screen, and that'll make it like its own tile, its own clickable tile on your phone, just like if you were to download from the App Store. But it's not in the App Store.
Nice.
Awesome. Buy and sell. Great. Great. Uh, yeah, Morgan. Yes. If you build an app that has really good functionality, really good wiring, you know, really good tech behind it. Yes, that increases your scores 100%. Chessa is wired. I love that. Oh, Inez, when I remix, what's it doing and what do I do with it? So when you remix an app, you're just re— you're adding that app to your account. That's all you're really doing. When you remix, you're adding that app into your Overskill account. It doesn't cost you credits to add it to your account. You just get to take that app and put it in your account. We have a huge template library. Yes. But if you wanna remix like specific apps that are not in the library, like Russell's Body Evolution or Todd's Prompt Builder, um, then you definitely you definitely want to get those out of your account. If you want to tweak them for yourself and your own needs, totally cool. Tweak them. If you don't need to and they're perfect just how they are, great, great. Just use it as the tool that it is. Exactly like a ShareFunnel. Inez, exactly like a ShareFunnel. Same thing, same thing. And affiliate commissions too. It's same thing as a ShareFunnel. If somebody remixes an app that you made and they start an Overskill account, you get 20% of their account. So if they're on the $99 plan, you get 20% of that every single month. Morgan's been here since noon with us. So good to have you, Morgan. It was my pleasure. This was a blast. 5B, my app took up nearly 40,000 credits and still need to polish and fix bugs.
Awesome.
That sounds like you have a really cool app. It's common. Like, this is part of building. This is part of coding, let alone vibe coding. You build, you test, you build, you test, you build, you test, you tweak, you iterate, tweak and iterate. This is a constant process until at the end you're like, ah, perfect. So that's awesome. It sounds like you're actually on your way to building a really cool app. Uh, Jason, you might be right. I'm not even 100% sure. Let me see if I can find out the answer to that really quick. What's up, Robey?
So we'll be able to make it a remix for everybody just yet, but what we're going— because there's a lot of things on the back end that I have to remove.
I was worried about that.
So what we'll do instead is I'm actually just going to turn it into an entire template that we're just going to add to the template gallery. So be on the lookout for that in the next couple days.
Premium. Premium. So, uh, we already hooked everything up into Robertson's, uh, Robertson's Merch app. So we're gonna clone that app, we're gonna remake it, and then we're gonna add it to the template library. So you guys will have it there. It'll be called Supply or Store or something like that. So keep an eye out. It's not gonna take long. I imagine it'll be up on Friday, and I imagine we'll have some updates for you guys on Friday as well on a bunch of the resources that we put together here and how you can make sure you get those resources. Okay, that is correct.
Yes.
Okay, you're absolutely right. Uh, uh, It is a 12-month commission on the person, so you get it for 12 months. Yes, Jason, you nailed it. It's exactly right. It's— it looks like Jason was in the question mark and then chat. You, you got it absolutely perfect, Jason. You rock. I appreciate you. Yeah, and we are going to have a place for you guys to be a part of. Yes, uh, we have been building a community. I think we're gonna share that with you on Friday. Honestly, just exhausted. Just exult. And, and for the rest of the day, I don't think I'm gonna be in there. Like actually working with you guys and answering questions and helping or anything. Um, so make sure we show up on Friday where we announce the winner because that is definitely going to be given to you guys on Friday. Definitely is. Jason waiting on that third half. Good stuff. Mary Lee is working on creating an idea for an app she's had for about 7 years. That's amazing. That is amazing. Um, let me see. I think we're pretty much through. Yeah, and if you're in Telegram, yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And even my responses in there are going to be pretty lacking for the rest of the day, gotta be honest. Okay, where'd that remix question just go? There it is. Okay, Corinne. Oh, Corinne, what's up, Corinne?
Good to see you.
Corinne said, remix question, when I added Body Evo remix, where can I see that, like, if I want to use it later? Okay, so if you want to see that, Corinne, you're going to click the remix button, then a new page is going to pop up And in the middle of that page is going to be a button that says like, remix to my account or edit in my account, something like that. When you click that button, it's going to add that app to your Overskill account. So if you want to see those apps, just go to overskill.com. At the very top of the page, you'll see my apps, click my apps, and then you'll see it there under your apps. When you remix, it's in your account. It's now an app that you own. So to find it, You just go to your apps. Okay, cool.
