This demonstration is creating and promoting your single property websites using Listing Concierge. Here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area with your local broker, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call a person if they've recently given you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC list regularly if you haven't spoken to that person or contacted the lead in a while. You'll also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have express permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should not be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. Here's how to navigate and use the Do Not Contact system located on my CBdesk. First sign in to DESC, then click on the Do Not Contact Apply. Type in a phone number to be checked and the results will show records for Federal, State and Anywhere Advisors Company Do Not Call Lists. As a real estate agent, you can tap into AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, our recommended tool to create reports, presentations, emails and marketing materials. It can help streamline tasks and boost efficiency. Remember, AI isn't always spot on, so it's essential that you proofread and ensure information is accurate because ultimately you're responsible for the content. When using AI generated content, consider adding a disclosure also to stay compliant with copyright laws, ethical standards and fair housing regulations. Lastly, exercise good judgment, protect confidential information and review AI generated content thoughtfully. Listing Concierge is an innovative yet simple to use. You can tailor packages according to your needs, there are lead generation opportunities and you can use a targeted approach through digital advertising to reach the right audience. In this demonstration, we will cover the creating the single property website offered in Listing Concierge, highlighting the customizable features, how to add video and edit photography, adding a domain name and how to share to your sphere and social media audience. Let's get started you can find Listing Concierge on Desk the first step is to log into desk@mycvdesk.com Once you've logged into Desktop, search for the Listing Concierge Tile. You can do so by scrolling through Dusk or searching Listing Concierge in the Search box at the top of your screen. I do want to point out a couple of helpful links included on your Listing Concierge tile. If you have questions before you place your order, or about how long the products will take or what's included in the packages, you can find the Help center located here with lots of helpful information about the packages and frequently asked questions. And the other resource included in the Tile menu is Timelines. This tool will allow you to determine how long it will take to receive your proofs after your photography has been completed and your property description has been added. Before we go through the Listing Concierge Dashboard, I want to point out that this class is about efficiently proofing and managing your order after you've placed it. When you start using Listing Concierge for the first time, make sure that you set up your Listing Concierge profile before you place your first order. Or if you have any changes in your profile information, make sure to make those changes before placing your order. Here you can see the Order Management screen, which gives you a quick glance at the status of each of the products in your package shown in the Product Tracking section located here. Today we're going to focus on the Single Property website so that you can familiarize yourself with how to access it and learn how to quickly review, make changes and publish to the public. The Single Property website is a partial service product mostly available to you immediately after ordering. However, if you do not have immediate access, look for a proof from your Listing Concierge Coordinator. Let's talk a little bit about the Order Status bar located at the top of the screen. Starting with Immediately after placing your order and before photos or property description have been uploaded, the status will appear as new. After you've successfully uploaded photos and the property description, the status will move to Ready and this status lets your Listing Concierge coordinator know that they can get started on the order. Once the Listing Concierge coordinator has picked up your order and began working on the proofs that the status will move to in progress. Scroll down. You can see that we can manage our listing details by clicking the Manage Details button. These details were added when you first placed the order, but we can add in the MLS ID once the listing is live and update the price and other listing information if you didn't complete this information when you placed the order, the same section can be accessed on the left side menu. Under Listing Details you can see there's a section for keywords that can be used to create listing marketing text using the AI functionality. Just below the Manage Details tile on your main dashboard you'll see the property description and you can manage and edit your property description and headline by clicking on the Manage Description button. I recommend adding as much detail as you can here, focusing on the major selling points of the property. Then your Listing concierge coordinator will review the description for compliance and grammatical errors. Or you can utilize the AI component of Listing Concierge here as well. The text will appear on your flyer, website and mailers. Remember that this section should be completed as soon as possible as you won't begin to receive any proofs if this description is missing. You have the option to change marketing text during the proofing process on every asset in your order. The same section can be accessed on the left side menu under Property Description. If we scroll all the way down to the bottom of our listing home screen, we'll see Photos and Multimedia. This menu is also available on the left. This is where you'll see Your photos appear 24 hours after the listing concierge photographer has completed shooting the property. If you're uploading your own photos, this is where you'll add your photos either by dragging or dropping them into this box here, or by clicking on the Upload Photos button and browsing your computer. This is also where you can download the photography for entering the listing into the mls. To do so, you'll click on the select all button and then select either low res or high res photos to save to your computer for any other marketing you might be doing, like social media posts or website features on this page. You can also rearrange and favorite your photos here. Earlier I mentioned that if you make your selections before your listing concierge coordinator begins your order, your proofing process will move much more quickly because she or he already has an idea of what photos to place on your marketing items. To favorite a photo, simply click the heart and it will turn blue and to rearrange you can simply click and drag and drop to move the photos around. The Multimedia tab located at the top will contain any of the additional photography services you ordered, like a Matterport 3D tour or a video tour. They will be placed here by the photography company. However, you also have the ability to upload your own links if you already have Matterport tour for showcasing on your website as well as YouTube or Vimeo links. Be sure to give the product a name in this field here and add the link in this field here. Then click on Add Link to save that product into the Multimedia folder. Okay, let's go back to the Products and Services section to focus on today's highlighted product. The Listing Concierge Single Property Website. We'll find and select the single property website that comes with your package, which is marked as Website shown here. You'll see that we have four categories for customization on this Details, Description, Photos and Multimedia. Details allow you to make changes to listing details and will also update the information under the main Listing Details menu. Description. You can edit the text if needed and the text edits will only display for the Single property website. The Text Editing Toolbar allows you to do light text formatting and add links. An AI text generation tool is also built in if you'd like assistance modifying your marketing copy. If you'd like to test out the AI generate, just click on the Regenerate blue button at the bottom of the box located here. On the website Product I would recommend spending a little time updating the photos. For example, you'll want to make sure that the photos shown in the scrolling section here are the top which we call the carousel photos are the five best photos as these are the five photos that will be used as the scrolling banner at top of your website. Then you'll want to review the gallery photos as these photos will also appear on your single property website by default. Unless you choose to hide a photo by clicking on the eye icon located here, this will only hide the photo on the website. Under Multimedia you can select the video matterport or slideshow links you'd like to feature on the website. Adding the YouTube video ad or slideshow videos to your agent website is a great way to add movement and to catch people's eye. You can embed the videos so you can keep people on your website longer. Please note if you're not seeing any links appearing in this section of your multimedia, it's most likely because you didn't add on a service through the partnered photography vendor or or you haven't loaded it properly into your order, you'll want to go back into the Photos and Multimedia section and then into Multimedia to make sure that you've added those links properly so that they appear in the multimedia section of your single property website. Once you're happy with your website, you can click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. You'll also want to find the Publish button to make it live. Don't worry, you can come back to this product in the future and make any additional changes at any time. Just be sure to hit the Publish button after making any changes. If you want to update the price or the headline, or even switch up the photos, you can do that at any time. If you want to view your website from a consumer standpoint, find the View Website button located in the top right hand corner. Once you're ready to share the website on your social media or upload it to the mls, click on the Copy link drop down menu and choose the appropriate link. You'll want to choose the unbranded website if you're adding to your listing profile in the MLS and choose Branded Website if you're sharing on social media as a link. Here's an example of what the single property website looks like. One item I want you to be aware of are vanity domains. These are offered through Listing Concierge and can be forwarded to any valid URL. If you've purchased a custom domain for your website as part of your listing concierge package, let your listing concierge coordinator know what you'd like your custom vanity domain to be and they'll check on availability for you. As long as it's available, they will purchase the domain and connect it to your listing concierge single property website or or website of your choice. If it's not available, your listing concierge coordinator will work with you to choose another domain name. Once your custom vanity domain is ordered, your chosen website should be connected to it within one hour. Although it can sometimes take up to 48 hours, the vanity domain will be live for 12 months. Effective marketing can make all the difference when it comes to selling a property. Single property websites are a fantastic tool for showcasing individual listings in a compelling and focused way. Let's dive into the benefits and best practices for using and driving traffic to your single property website. Remember, the goal is to create buzz, generate interest, and ultimately find the right buyer for that special property. Here are some practical examples. When your print marketing materials are sent to production, they can include a QR code directed to a website of your choosing. By default, the single property website, but you can request your listing concierge coordinator to change that to a different website. Like your Agent Moxie website. You can also add the text of the URL. Shortened or custom URLs are usually best to all of your print marketing materials. Then you can distribute these materials however you see fit. As an example, I'll Go into the Flyer product that's available in every listing concierge order. From here you'll want to click Make Edits and scroll down to the Text box area. From here you can make adjustments to the Flyer text. Maybe I want to include my single property website. Once you've made changes, be sure to click Save. In this example I'm using a mock domain, but you would want to enter your custom vanity domain here in this section. Another option is to create a QR code for your property website to post at open houses and use the new lead capture form as a digital open house sign in sheet. Here's how to do that. Go back to your website product, Find the Copy link button in the top right corner and click on Branded Website. This will copy that URL to your clipboard. Then to create the QR code, go back to mycbdesk.com, click on marketing on the left side of your screen and scroll down the page until you see the Generate QR Code tool. From here you'll want to paste in the URL copied from Listing Concierge and then you can click Download located here in the right corner. You can download the graphic and save it to your phone, tablet, laptop, or just have it handy for people to scan as they walk into the open house. You can even copy and paste it into a Word document and create a Please sign in Flyer to print and post at your open house. All of the information captured by the form on your single property website will be sent to your preferred CRM set up through your my CBdesk agent profile and you'll receive a text or an email from Leads Engine. The phone number from Leads engine is 903-294-4442. I'll show you how to share your single property website on social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn. Starting in the Website product in your Listing Concierge order, find the Copy Link button in the top right corner and again select the Branded Website option. This will save the URL to your clipboard. In another tab, navigate to your Facebook account and click on the Create a Post section. From here you'll be able to paste in the website URL copied from your single property website item in your Listing concierge order. Once you see the link has populated here into your post, you can remove the URL and then begin to type in your own copy. Remember to keep your posts captivating and personalized. Use things like emojis and hashtags as you see fit. And remember, if you need any help generating ideas for Content or how to create content For a post like this, you can always lean into AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to help you generate a fun, engaging and captivating social media caption for your Single Property website post. Once you're done, go ahead and click Post located here. Now, since the Single Property website URL is still saved to my clipboard in another tab, I can navigate to my LinkedIn profile and again click on Creating a post from this platform as well. From here I will paste in the Single Property website URL and wait for that preview to load. Here is my Single property website linked to my post and now I have the ability to again remove the URL that was copied and pasted and I can add in any caption of my choice. Again, I'd recommend using the same caption or a variation of what was used for your Facebook post. And you do still have the ability to utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to help you come up with some content or some ideas as to what you want to say before you finish your post. When you're done, click on Post located here. Other options for sharing out your single property website include the options available within email marketing. First, you'll want to copy the link from within the website product of your listing Concierge order. Find the Copy Link button within the red Website product. Click Branded Website. With that link copied, you have the ability to share out a property email blast either through Prospect Square, Moxie Engage E Blast, or Moxi Impress E Card. I'll show you each of those. Starting with Prospect Square, you'll want to access Prospect Square from MyCVdesk.com, log into the Property email section, and follow the process for creating a property email. Once you have your email developed, you'll go ahead and click on Edit and continue from here. Within the property email settings. You can change the property link from the pre populated link into the Single Property website link from your listing concierge order. Next, you may want to send out a just listed or property email through Moxie Engage. From here you'll go into the Campaign section, follow the instructions for creating a property email blast, and while you're in the editor, you have the ability to to add in content to any of the templates provided in this scenario. I'm going to show you how you can add a button into the design. Make edits to the button. Simply click on it and then use the field on the right side of your screen to adjust as needed. You'll want to scroll all the way down to the bottom until you see the URL section here. This is where we'll paste in the single Property website URL from your Listing Concierge order. Don't forget to actually edit the button by double clicking to change the text appearing on the button itself. You may want to consider segmenting your email list based on buyer preferences, for example Luxury buyers or first time home buyers for a very specific targeted messaging. And last but certainly not least, another option for you to send out a property email blast is through Moxi and press Once inside of moxiampress, locate the E Card section here and follow the steps to create your property email blast. From within the editing section of that email blast. You'll see there's an option here to enter in a property URL where again we can paste in the URL supplied from your listing Concierge order. As you're making these edits in any of the platforms, make sure that you're always clicking the Save and Continue button. Here's a preview of what the E Card looks like from within moxiompress. If you use a different CRM or means of sending out property emails, it likely has a linking feature you can use to accomplish this goal. This completes our tutorial on edits and ideas for how you can utilize the Single Property website asset in your Listing Concierge Order.
