From here, scroll down the main window to find the Generate QR Code widget. Paste the link into the URL field. Select the Copy to Clipboard if you want to paste it directly into a document, or select Download to save the QR code as an image to your desktop. Next, let's discuss how to add the QR code to print materials such as Property Flyers inside a Marketing Center. First, you'll need to navigate back to your desk homepage and scroll or use the Search bar to locate the Marketing center app. To create Property Marketing Flyers from within a template inside of Marketing center, you'll want to locate the Templates button located on the left side menu of your page. From here, you can use the Filter section to narrow down the assets by type and select Flyer under Category. Then select Property Promotion. From here, you'll be able to see all the flyers that can be used to assist you in property promotion. You'll want to select the NAT Agent listing Flyers one sided vertical located here. These templates include two agent info, so we'll replace the second agent picture with a QR code. Once you click on the template, a pop up will display and you can see on the right side of the popup that there are several design and layout options contained in this template. Click on Use Template. You can rename your project and save it to a particular folder you previously created, or just keep the name as is and save it to the default My Projects. Click on Create Document and the template opens to the editor from the library. To reiterate, this template file includes multiple layout options for you to choose from within the project. By clicking on New Page in the upper left hand corner, you can see the different layouts available. Each flyer template includes a place for a description, listing details, a headline, and a certain number of property photos. When choosing a layout, pay attention to the names underneath each layout. It provides additional information about that layout such as where where the headline is located, how many properties that layout can feature, and how many photos it can feature. For example, 1p 1pmeans the layout can feature one property with one picture, 1p 4pmeans it can feature one property with four pictures, and so on. These flyer templates are one sided vertical flyers that allow you to fully customize the Copy Head header and images. Select your desired layout for the Property. Marketing center contains a feed that brings in your listing information. If you want to auto populate the listing information in the template you choose, you can click on the Property Listings tab on the far left side menu to pull your active listings from the MLS located here. You'll then see a list of your listings pop up, select the desired property and then click Apply to Document located at the bottom. The MLS photos will then immediately start populating onto the template into the photo placeholders. You can click on the Images tab at the top of the listing info next to Property data and drag and drop the photos into the appropriate placeholders. If you would like to choose different photos than what is auto populated. If you want to make adjustments or edit the text, you can go into each section and make changes just like in a Word document. The headline area is a field that can't be populated from the mls, so you can just click and edit as you wish. For example, if this is for an open house, you may want to add the open house information here. We will then add the QR code to your flyer, navigate to the left hand side and look for the My Images section. Next, click on Upload Images. Once you see the QR code in your template, you can drag and drop it to your liking and resize as needed. If you want to add a call to action such as Scan for more information, you can add a text box near the QR code we uploaded. To add a text box, click on the insert at the top of the page below the title line and select Text Box. Any section or information you don't need you can easily edit or remove. If your agent information does not auto populate, you should see a pop up saying Update Smart fields. Click this and fill out the corresponding information, then click Apply. You can also manually edit the Contact Information area by double clicking into the field and adding or removing any fields that are unnecessary. Once your flyer is correct and everything looks good now we can proceed to download Let me show you how you can download the PDF of your flyer. Before I do that, I want to take you over to the Pages section. It's important to note which flyer you're going to be downloading, so as you scroll through the options here, take special note of the number located in the lower right corner of the asset that you wish to download. Because this template offers multiple pages, we only need to download the one that you made edits to. For flyers that we want to print in house or that we want to send to an outside printer, you'll want to select the PDF Print option. First we need to go up to the top right corner and click on Share. From here you'll see the various options available to you. Under format, we'll want to be sure to select the PDF Print option. Then in the Page range, select Page range and enter in the page number of the template you wish to download. Then we'll go ahead and click Next. From here we can click Download in addition to the Download option, which you would use if you plan on printing or sharing it on your own, you can also order professional prints via the Order Prints under the Print option in the upper right hand corner of the screen shown here. Next, let's discuss reviewing your YouTube ad analytics. From the same screen where you found the link to the YouTube video, you'll be able to view the analytics of your YouTube ad. This will show you the number of clicks, impressions and views. Depending on the package, you will get 1,000 to 3,000 estimated views. If a viewer skips the ad or doesn't watch the full 30 seconds, it does not count toward your views from the order management screen of your listing concierge account. Click YouTube advertising. Scroll down until you see the metrics area located below your video. Clicks are the number of times someone has clicked on the ad. Impressions are the number of times the video is served to a viewer or how often it's being seen. This doesn't mean the viewer watched the entire video views. This is the number of times the video is watched for at least 30 seconds or the entire video, whichever is shorter. Finally, let's talk about sharing and promoting video ads on social media. The video your YouTube ad will be hosted on the Coldwanker YouTube channel and can be shared with your seller on social media, used in future listing presentations, or shared any other way you choose. You can do this by copying and pasting the link, or by downloading the video and uploading it to social media. Here's how you Copy the video link to your clipboard and paste where you choose from the order management screen. We've clicked into YouTube advertising and from here we'll want to locate the Copy Link dropdown button in the top right hand corner of your page. Click on Branded YouTube Advertising. This will save the URL to your clipboard and allow you to paste in the link into a text message, email or post. On social media. If you're looking to download the video and upload it to various social media platforms again, you'll want to locate in your order management screen the YouTube advertising asset. Then click on the Download button in the top right corner of your page. From here you'll see branded YouTube advertising. The download file will likely be in your download folder on your computer. Now you can upload the video to social media. The video is in landscape or horizontal format or which may not format as nicely on some platforms. So keep in mind for Facebook you can upload the video or share the link, and for Instagram you'll want to upload the video. It will be shared as a reel. Instagram doesn't allow links in posts or captions, but you may be able to add a link sticker when you share that reel as a story.
