In this introductory segment of the "How to Retire a Millionaire with Real Estate" course, the hosts (Charlie and Speaker B) outline who the program is designed for and why it matters. They describe a target audience that feels insecure about their financial future due to stock‑market volatility, the disappearance of employer‑provided pensions, and the precarious nature of self‑employment. They highlight the broader problem of retirees relying on insufficient Social Security benefits and uncertain pension funds. The speakers then present the core promise of the course: using real estate investments funded with other people’s money (OPM) to create controllable, diversified revenue streams that can replace traditional retirement plans. Finally, they invite viewers to watch the next video where the detailed strategy will be taught.
All right, we are talking about how to retire a millionaire using real estate and other people's money. And who's this for, Tony?
So I'm, if this is in your head, I'm not feeling secure in my financial future given the volatility of the stock market and the lack of employer-provided pensions. That'd be perfect for you. Maybe you feel like you're at the mercy of the job market. And that you don't have a guarantee about long-term employment or financial stability. You can also be like us, Charlie. You and I are both self-employed independent business owners and we don't have a retirement plan unless we create it, right? I've had other people that are out there that want to create a dependable financial future and they're worried about their family and they're trying to find investments they can control. And that goes back to volatility of the stock market, right?
Yeah.
I think the other folks that, if you have to face the reality, for example, of a traditional career path that might not provide any type of security, we've seen that a lot now. A lot of employers are not giving pensions or giving their employees even any security or job, the feeling that they will stay with the job. Cause some Employers now have a rotation attitude. Let them go in 5 to, you know, 5 years or 10 years and get new blood in there with new ideas. So that really, that's gotta cause angst for anybody in that position. If you feel like you wish you had a reliable investment strategy that offers stability and the potential for growth with different revenue streams, different from an independent traditional job and pension plans, and maybe you feel the fear of being left out with no support in your later years. There's a lot of people who get to retirement and they have no money and they have, they're relying on that little bit of Social Security that to, to support them. And maybe they had a little pension fund or something, but they don't have enough to live. And that's a very scary place to be because we don't even know that Social Security will be around. The government constantly says it will, but how do we even know that will be around when we get to retirement? So I think it's for if you have any of these feelings and this is any of the worries that you live with, this is definitely the video for you.
Yeah. And so watch the next video and we're going to jump into this course on actually how to do it.
Yeah. So our goal, Charlie, is we're going to, we have a lot of people right now we're working with and our, And we're making millionaires. That's our, that's our goal. And no matter how young or old you are, it, this is for you if you want to retire a millionaire. And that's very easily obtainable if once you see what we're talking about, it's, there's no magic here. There's no, it's basic numbers. It's stuff they should have taught everyone in high school. This is easy stuff. You just have to go through the process of learning. The steps, and we're here to help you do that.
