In this solo vlog, Tony Stark Policci gives a candid day‑21 check‑in. He woke at 3 am, struggled to fall back asleep, and began his day with an early gym session followed by his usual sunlight exposure, prayer, meditation, and nutrition routine. A delayed coffee and a series of technical issues—two computers needing updates and programs malfunctioning—created a cascade of frustrations that hampered his productivity. Amid the challenges, he celebrates his 10‑year wedding anniversary, noting the joy of the occasion but also feeling ungrounded and distracted, which his wife sensed. He reflects that the primary trigger appears to be the disrupted sleep, influencing his ability to manage interruptions and maintain mindset. Though he didn’t accomplish all his goals, he acknowledges the effort to stay centered and plans to share more insights in future updates.

Okay, hey there. So, today is day 21, and not gonna lie, it was a difficult day today. And, of course, difficult is relative. Let me just give you some context. Woke up at 3 o'clock this morning, not sure why, but was wide awake, couldn't go back to sleep. Got out of bed, went to the gym at 3:48. Spent a little over an hour there, came back, did all the things that I normally do, was out in the sunlight, did the prayer, the meditation, the declaration, all of that stuff, right? Had some great nutrition first thing. Well, when I got back from the gym, not first thing in the morning. I waited over 90 minutes to have any— my cup of coffee. Heard that that was supposed to be a cool thing. Not quite sure what that does, I guess. I'll have to look more into that and give you some information on it. But I was just out of sorts the whole day. Everything was a struggle. Computer wasn't working, programs weren't doing what I expected them to do. Kept 2 computers running, both of them kept needing to be updated. It was like one obstacle after another. I'm not going to lie, I had 2 moments today where I was just frustrated because I kept getting blocked. I kept getting stopped. So, the great thing about today is that my— it's my wife and I's anniversary. So, 10 years together, joyful day, really happy about that. And on top of that, had a lot of emotions going on today. The only thing I can really attribute it to is the sleep. That's the only thing that's changed. But, you know, it's interesting how that impacts everything else, right? My ability to manage interruptions, my ability to manage obstacles with technology, things like that. So I'm not quite sure what the lesson is yet for today except that I got a chance to put forth more effort in managing my mindset and continuing to just accomplish things. Sadly, I did not accomplish everything that I wanted to accomplish today, and actually was, by the time I was leaving to go meet my wife for this wonderful dinner that we had tonight, I was just not grounded, not centered. And probably the first 15, 20 minutes in the restaurant, just could feel it. And she sensed it too. She's like, just be normal. So amazing. Anyway, so that's my report for today. No earth-shattering revelations, no great tips for you. Just an honest update and check-in. So I'll talk to you next time.
