You ever have a morning where you feel like this? Foggy in here, or maybe in here? You know, I don't like feeling foggy, but what I felt this morning was not foggy. I woke up this morning and I felt Heartbreak. I feel it right now. And I made the decision to be intentionally stress-free and joyful. So what do you do? What do I do with these feelings? I am feeling the weight of Being heartbroken. It's real. So what am I going to do with it? I'm going to feel it. I'm going to feel it and then I'm going to let it go away on its own. I'm going to walk through it. I'm not going to pretend it's not there. I'm not going to lie to myself and tell myself bullshit positive stuff. I don't have to bullshit myself. There is a lot of stuff to be joyful and grateful for, and I am. And I also feel a tremendous amount of sadness over the loss of a marriage. My wife is— there's nothing I could do to help her. To reach her. And the only thing I could do is protect myself and my kids. And it hurts. It hurts to lose that. So I'm going to feel it. How am I going to walk like a warrior today? I'm going to feel the heartbreak so that I can heal from it. I'm not going to wallow in it. I'm not going to make it more than it is. I'm just going to feel it and let it go. And then hopefully, the fog inside my head and my heart will dissipate. I'm sure that it will. That's it for today.
