Tony Stark Policci shares his Day 38 routine on Mother's Day: bed at 10 p.m., up at 5 a.m., gym, then celebrating his wife. He credits the night before planning his schedule with making Sunday productive, replacing his old habit of staying up late trying to catch up on free time.

Okay, so today is day 38, I think, and it's Sunday, Mother's Day. It's gonna be a busy day, so my intention this morning was to get up and manage my time well. I had to get to the gym, get my workout in because we have a schedule to keep to celebrate my wife this morning. So I'm looking forward to an excellent day. And here's the thing, I woke up very intentional this morning and it started last night, right? We had a busy day yesterday as you saw in the video and it, there was things that I wanted to like accomplish but I forgo those things to go spend time with friends and though I, you know, so like whenever I start to feel like I maybe I'm cheated a little bit from my free time, I want to try and make it up. And the way that I make that up sometimes is I stay up late and kind of like indulge myself in something, maybe watching a TV show or whatnot. But last night I was like, you know, got a very specific schedule I want to keep tomorrow morning. So no quarter, no, you know, I didn't allow myself to— what's the word? Not be very discriminatory with my time, right? It's like, nope, going to bed at 10 o'clock, want to get up at 5. And so that's what I did. So sometimes, you know, the way that you set up your day the night before really impacts the kind of day that you're gonna have. And it doesn't necessarily have to be rigorous, you know, 15-minute planning. Although that's a great thing, and when I do that, that works very well for me. That's not a habit that I'm into though. I really have to work at that. But I just want to share this because this is simple. Setting my intention last night helped me step into that intention and take action this morning and do the things that are important to me. Like right now, I'm making this video and Then I'm going to go get showered and get ready for the day. And I'm on track. So it's exciting and I'm looking forward to it. So use your moments well and set your intention the night before so that you can accomplish the things you want to as soon as you get up. All right. Hope you enjoyed that and I'll talk to you soon.
