Tony Stark Policci swapped his half-hour walk for a 30-minute run on day 5 of his 90-day challenge. He skipped posting a video because he wasn't intentional, and felt anxiety when projects stalled but resisted reacting impulsively. Tomorrow he plans to film by dinner to beat procrastination.

Okay, so day 5. Yesterday was day 5 and I did not make the video. And the reason I did not make the video was I was just not intentional about it, pure and simple. I had a very busy day and I allowed things to get away from me. So, uh, I will say that I up-leveled my morning yesterday by instead of just walking for half an hour, keep taking in the morning sun and grounding, I actually ran for 30 minutes. So, that was an up-level. I noticed a couple times during the day where things were not going smoothly with some of my projects, and I felt this anxiety come up. I did not have a, like, a knee-jerk reaction, which was good, but that anxiety is still there, like, "Ah, this is not working. This is taking too long. There's a block." So, I get to keep stepping into that and working on that. So right now it's the morning, actual day 6, taking in the morning sun, doing this video. I'm going to do another video today, and I will do that by dinnertime so that I'm not waiting until the end of the day. And I'd love to hear your comments if anybody is, you know, kind of taking this process with me over 90 days. Let me know, what are you doing? What is part of your routine? If you're shifting, trying to shift the way that you're being, the way that you're showing up, and the way that you're feeling, what's working for you? Tonight I will do a more thorough video and give you some more details, but that's it. This is yesterday's video, or video for yesterday, day 5, and I'll talk to you again later on. Have a blessed day.
