In this solo vlog, the speaker reflects on missing his daily video commitment and identifies perfectionism as the primary obstacle. He discusses his 90‑day consistency challenge, noting that he is just past the halfway mark but sees limited progress in positioning and marketing his business. He highlights a positive shift in how he helps others achieve results, and reviews his health routines—grounding during sleep and seeking morning sunlight—while acknowledging recent lapses. The speaker emphasizes the need to move past the fear of imperfect output, to plan routines (especially training) the night before, and to simply start actions rather than waiting for ideal conditions. The video ends with an apology for the informal setting and a brief encouragement to act despite imperfections.

All right, good morning. It is almost 9 o'clock in the morning on Friday. I haven't done a video for a couple days, so I'm out of integrity with my agreement to that. And I've been thinking about, you know, what is the deal? Why does that happen? Because a couple weeks ago when I fell off track, I like recommitted and I was doing good every day. And then, you know, here I am again, haven't made a video for what, 3 days maybe? Why is that? Well, I've fallen into this trap of perfectionism where I want to do the video, you know, like the right time, make sure that I have something important to say. Like, do I have any kind of value that I can add? Which is obviously important, you know, anybody watching this, your time is valuable. So I don't want you to be wasting it listening to me just go on about nothing. And at the same point, you know, part of adding adding value is just being authentic, talking, integrous. So I'll catch you up on where I've been the last few days. I've had to assess how much progress I'm making. I'm more than halfway through this 90-day stretch. And, you know, like, one of the things I really wanted to see a shift in, which was the way that I am positioning and marketing my business, You know, I don't see a lot of progress there. Now, I am completing things, so perhaps it's just a matter of being patient-holly, and I like to see results relatively quickly. But here's what I will say. I've noticed one major shift, and that is the way that I am encouraging and helping others, like getting amazing results there. So that is actually quite exciting. The— I had this week, I have lost some of my consistency in the grounding, but again, you know, we have a grounding sheet on our bed, so I'm grounding all night long while we're sleeping. I'm still getting the morning sunlight. I've switched to coming out and looking at the sunrise. I missed this morning, but, you know, we're pressing on. So what's my message for today? I guess this one's gonna be about perfectionism, right? Sometimes the fear of not doing something good enough stops us from doing anything. And, you know, God, good is the enemy of great, but Perfect is the enemy of getting started. So let's just get up and do it. One of the things I have also noticed this week is really having to step into the intention of like doing what part of my, what my routine is. It's been, there's been a lot of resistance to getting up and training this week. Now, I've still done it, but I know that I've wasted, you know, 20, 30 minutes at times that I didn't really need to waste. If I just, you know, make a decision the night before about what I'm going to do and when I'm going to do it, and then get up and do it. That's it. So, all right, there's my report for today. I'm sorry, this is a little awkward video. Probably shouldn't be doing it while I'm driving, but Ah, perfection, right? Okay, God bless. Thanks for watching.
