Hey friends, quick check-in as promised. Day 6 of my 90-day stretch. So here's what I'm working on. I spent way too much time over the years focusing on what's not going the way I want to in life. Let's be real, when you've lived a big life, chased big bold dreams, built businesses, overcome some pretty gnarly personal challenges, it can be easy to fall into the habit of measuring everything against where you thought you'd be by, you know, whatever point in life you are. So this stretch is about shifting that lens. I'm, instead of like getting stuck in the what's missing, I've really been practicing staying connected to what's working, what's already good, even if it's small, even when it's quiet. So today, you know, I find myself slipping into that old pattern, you know, where I was complaining internally, even verbally out loud, feeling frustrated, but Instead of getting down that rabbit hole, going down that rabbit hole, I paused and I asked, okay, what's one thing that's working, right? I did that a few times today. And then I found, you know, that by doing that, I wasn't in the same headspace anymore. I could shift out of it. So this stretch isn't about pretending that everything's great, even though my life is pretty blessed. It's about reclaiming my power to choose where I put my focus. And reminding myself that the story I tell myself shapes everything. And the story you tell yourself shapes everything too. So yeah, day 6, I'm still in the ring, still shifting. And thanks for being here with me. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
