Hello there! All right, it is the evening of Day 63, and I want to report that today was a good day. I saw measurable progress. Got up this morning, went right into that splits routine. Well, not right into it. After I did my, my morning stuff, woke up a little bit, but you know, I've been resisting that. So, the overthinking started, and I just opened the app and started exercising, got that done. Then immediately I went out and did a 30-minute bike ride. Yesterday was not a lifting day, just cardio. So, and when I came back home, I didn't waste any time, got right into, you know, nutrition, you know, showering, doing all that stuff, right, that you guys don't really care about. And then got right into, you know, doing my tasks, do my work. And then tonight we had— my wife and I got to go see a play. And, you know, which was actually not very good at all. Felt like a waste of 2 hours. But But the rest of the day was successful. So, happy to report that. And also had something else really cool happen today. A friend who's known me for, I don't know, 5 years, maybe 7, hard to remember exactly, colleague in the industry, said something to me. He said, "Man, I've really noticed a change in you." And she goes, your leadership and your, just the way that you show up is so much stronger, so much more intentional. And that was cool. That was cool to see that because like we don't interact a lot. You know, she watches me on social media and, you know, checks out my post and occasionally we, you know, text each other. But for her to see something like that and make a notice for her to see something like that and for it to be noticeable enough to mention it to me was really encouraging. So, I continue on the journey. Tomorrow's a new day, and I hope you're continuing on your journey too. What are you stepping into? You know, what is there? Is there something persistent that you're still wrestling with, trying to overcome? Like, you can do it. I just want to encourage you, you know, keep going for it. Keep Getting up, if you don't hit your goals, you know, one day, that doesn't mean that tomorrow can't be differently. Every moment's a new moment. So think about that. New moment. You know, it's not just a new day. It can be a new moment. You can have lots of new moments throughout the day. And that is the kind of thinking and attitude that is really helpful when things are tough. So thanks so much for watching. I'll see you in the next video.
