Good morning! All right, so I am literally pushing through the morning right now. I struggled to get up and get started this morning, and I did waste about 5 minutes second-guessing what I was going to do first, whether I was going to do the splits routine, go to the gym. So I feel like I've taken 2 giant steps back this morning. I didn't even want to like get up and get going. I'm literally wearing the same shirt that I wore to sleep last night just to get my ass up and go to the gym. It's so stupid. I don't know why I like— I didn't even just want to change shirts. I felt like that was an obstacle to get going. I had so much resistance this morning. I mean, I went out and I got the morning sunlight while I was having a cup of coffee. So, I was only up for 30 minutes this morning before I had the coffee. So, like I was, I've been delaying my caffeine for like 90 minutes in the morning. Didn't do that this morning. Did get the sunlight, but man, the wrestling with the mind, it's just silly the way that my brain works sometimes. So, you know, today is leg day and I'm second-guessing like, which gym am I going to go to? Because I go to 2 different gyms. I'm like halfway between 2 of them. And one of them has machines that I prefer, that they're where they're located in the gym. I prefer to use them for leg day because it's easier for me to superset. And but I'm still like going, well, I could go to the other gym. It's closer and I can still get the like, just everything. The whole brain is just wrestling with me today. So, I'm gonna likely add another section to this video today to just kind of update you guys and see how the rest of the day goes, but man, it's just the morning has been get a real exercise in. Come on, man, let's go. And it's funny too, because, you know, I've made really great progress this week, and this morning, just like fighting all the way, second-guessing all the way. But, you know, I'm doing it. Here I am doing it, pulling into the gym. Oh, here's another thing. It was like, I was even back and forth with— let's see, the sunlight's coming in, putting a big ray in this freaking video. I'm not gonna be able to do anything about it. But I was like, ride your bike. You can ride your bike to the gym. That way you like get your cardio on the way there. And I was like, No, I mean, I can do the StairMaster like that same amount of time and just— the brain is insane this morning. So, goodness gracious, I hope I'm not the only one that goes through this kind of nonsense where just fighting the indecision, you know, If, if at the end of the 90 days I can get to the point where I can shut that crap down really quickly, all the time, consistently, I will be a very happy man. So, into the gym I go. I will talk to you later.
