All right, I got a report. So the last video I did, I said I was going to attach a second video to it, but I did not do that. And that was yesterday morning prior to going to the gym. I was talking about how much of a struggle it was for me, and I want to report that I had one of the best workouts of my life in there yesterday. Um, hit a bunch of personal records. On leg day, and it was absolutely amazing how things shifted once I was in there. Very interesting. And also, I even PR'd on like the StairMaster— well, actually not PR'd. I used to do an hour on the StairMaster, but I went 10 minutes longer than I normally do. So just interesting. And then had a pretty solid day for the rest of the day. Today, got up again, went to that men's group. It was really solid, intense, great discussion. Unfortunately, I had a difficult time going to sleep last night, so I was not up in time for the sunrise this morning. I had to get up and basically just really scramble to get out the door on time. And spent the— caught up on phone calls with people, spent most of the day with a friend, and then now I'm sitting with my lovely wife, hopefully going to finish a movie. And so this has been an up and down kind of day. Right now it feels like a down because I'm not ending on a really positive note. So, but there's still an hour and a half left in the day. There's hope. Maybe I can shift that. So, see what I could do to pull that off. And I don't have any major revelations for you today. Just what did I learn? I've learned that my tolerance for things really gets stretched when I choose to do something that I don't want to do, where I feel obligated to do something. And that's what I did this afternoon. Took a lot longer than I expected, and I didn't have a lot of gratitude around it. So there's opportunity for me to improve there, to be less selfish or to be stronger with my boundaries. One of the two. I haven't figured out what it is yet, but I get to go do that. So that's that. Thanks for watching.
