Okay, day 8. So, sitting in my garage right now. I've got to, I get to go in and rush and get ready and go meet my wife somewhere. But today has been pedal to the metal, like nonstop. I had 3 instances today where I had reactions. It started really early. So, I got up, Early this morning I got out, I got the sun and everything, but I didn't get to go walk. I had, um, interesting thing happened. I wish I could show you guys, but, uh, when I was doing my, um, grounding and taking in early morning sun— this must have been, I think, I think it was Wednesday, maybe Wednesday morning, wasn't yesterday morning— but something bit me. And oh my gosh, like last night it started itching so bad, and I've got like these huge bites on my right foot, uh, that just— they kill. I don't know if it was ants, spiders, whatever, but I did not go do the barefoot grounding this morning because I couldn't get to a different area of the neighborhood. And whatever was in the grass that I was in, I guess it was Wednesday, like, forget it, man. Uh, not gonna take that chance again. But anyway, so trained earlier this morning, then I came in and got to work like at— I had actually, I ran to the store. That's not true. I trained, I ran to the store, and I thought that I had a Zoom meeting at 9 o'clock Mountain Standard Time, but it was actually 8 o'clock. So I'm at the store and I get a message from one of my, it's a team of us that get together every other week and kind of keep each other accountable. And I was like, oh my gosh, I thought it was 9 o'clock. Well, there was a time zone change, right? But Arizona never changes. So it was still correct in Arizona time, but it was incorrect for everybody else. And I didn't adjust. So I hopped on the call while I'm at the grocery store. I had to buy stuff for— my wife and I are making something for a Passover dinner tomorrow night, and I needed to get the ingredients. So I'm doing that, trying to focus on getting the items that I need and still be engaged in the conversation. Found myself feeling a little bit frenetic there. You know, drove home on the phone. The call was dropping off and on. I felt the frustration coming up, but I was like, I'm almost home, you guys, you know, so I'm just, I'm going to listen, turn off my video. And I just didn't let it, you know, get the best of me. And then when I got home, like the call started dropping on the Zoom then, and that is when I felt frustration. I was like, ah, geez, right? You know, and it was like, okay, relax, it's cool. Take a deep breath. And then an hour later, I had an issue when I was working. My Outlook program kept freezing. Like, I'd be writing an email and it would just freeze. I'd have to, you know, go into Task Manager and shut down the program. And that continued happening all day long. But the only time that I had a, like, kind of a visceral reaction to it where I was frustrated was the first time in the morning, and that was right after the Zoom call. So, and then I had a bunch of copy that I needed to write. We had a deadline today to get it done. Now, I was trying to get something cooked tonight and the light just went off in my garage. And I was trying to, I had a, I promised some friends who'd, one who just had surgery that I was going to bring them a meal and I had to go pick it up. So, I ran to go do that. And just, oh, what I'm not telling you here is I'm in a hurry right now because I've got to go meet my wife and I still got to shower. So you can feel the energy here. But I, like, I was writing the copy and my wife called me and said, hey, can you come meet me here at the place? All, like, everybody's going out after, you know, all the, like, the staff is coming. I want you to meet them. I was like, I'm working on this piece of copy. And she's like, oh, boo. So, then, when my wife wants me to come join her for something like that, obviously, I want to do it, but I got to finish what I'm doing. So, and I had this commitment to this family that I was going to bring them a meal. So, I had to, like, just work super hard and intense to get all that together. And so, I did. So, I completed that, and I had to complete this video because God only knows what time we're going to get home tonight. What's going to happen tonight. So there you have it. I don't know if this makes any sense. I don't know if I'll post it or not, but there we are. All right, talk to you later.
