Hey, it's Tony, and I'm a little behind on my video diary. I missed yesterday, so I'm a day behind, which puts me 2 days behind. But today I want to talk about being a farmer or a hunter in, in your life and your business. You can approach it from 2 perspectives, either that of a hunter. And a hunter tracks its prey, gets the prey in its sights, and and then kills it. A farmer plans, cultivates, nurtures, and then reaps a harvest and then can go back and repeat what he's doing or what she's doing. Depending on how you want to approach life and your business, you have to decide whether you want to be a hunter or a farmer. Farmers, I think, have greater sustainability than hunters.
