5 AI Strategies You Should Be Using

This is a YouTube video titled "5 AI Strategies You Should Be Using" created in September 2025. The content is a monologue-style presentation where the speaker shares key takeaways from a recent webinar about AI strategies for agents and teams, focusing on effective AI use, setting up AI environments, and prompting techniques to improve productivity and results. The video is instructional and motivational, aimed at helping viewers integrate AI tools into their workflows.
Hey, everyone, and welcome back. So, this past week, I had the pleasure of hopping on a webinar with the Boss Man, Nelson, CEO of AgentFire, and Tristan, the CEO of Lab Coat Agents. In this webinar, we covered the five AI strategies that every agent and team should be using every single week. So I figured for this video, I'd share my three biggest takeaways from that webinar, including all the prompting for each of those five strategies that we went over. Now, I will post the replay link for the full webinar if you do want to go back and watch it. But for those who are interested in just the TLDR version, let's just dive right into that now. Okay, so the first takeaway I want to hit on is all about your approach to AI. This is something that Nelson and I dived into during this webinar, and it's honestly really, really important. So I wanted to highlight it again here. Lately, there's been a ton of doomsday predictions about AI taking all of our jobs, automating everything, humans, you know, no longer being needed. But the reality is, when you actually look at the tools available right now, and even what's in the foreseeable future, it just doesn't seem like it's going to play out that way at all. I mean, how many times have we used a fully automated chatbot or agent and, you know, we felt nothing but frustration? I know. It happens to me every day. You know, they try to do everything like a human can, but often fail to meet those expectations. And again, from everything we're seeing and from the tone shifts happening in this space, AI isn't here to replace us. It's here to assist us. You're even seeing big names like Zuckerberg talking about this. In a recent meta post that he made, he mentioned how their super intelligence is now going to be focused on helping us reach our personal goals, not replacing us in this process. So this isn't just my opinion. It's definitely a theme that's supported by some big names as well. And that leads me to the next part of this takeaway. When it comes to the quality you get from an AI tool, it's often not about that tool, but instead about the human using that tool. There's a huge difference between someone who lazily tries to automate everything with no effort using AI versus someone who uses AI intelligently. And we talked about this a lot in the webinar as well. Because the truth is, the more you understand how AI thinks and the better you get at using these tools and prompting them effectively, the better the results. So to wrap up this takeaway, again, your approach to AI shouldn't be to replace you, but to assist you. Or as I like to put it, go further, go faster, and do the things you thought were impossible before. So takeaway number two is all about how to better set up your AI environments. And this applies across the board, no matter what AI tool or like LLM you're using at the end of the day. But in the webinar we focused on ChatGPT and specifically how to use projects to get better results. So let's talk about that for a second. So the difference between getting generic lazy outputs versus something that's high quality and actually usable often comes down to the data and insights you feed to the AI you're using. For example, inside ChatGPT projects, you should first organize each project by task. So maybe you have one project for just buyer email trips, another one for content planning, and maybe another project for your newsletters. Then inside each of these projects you want to add things like custom instructions which you can include things about yourself, how you work, details about your audience or your markets, insights into your tone, what you like to see, or how you approach a task. This is what gives the AI real context and will help you to stand out from all that generative noise that everyone else is creating. You could also upload files to each project as well. For example, maybe for email drips, you upload a doc with a few of your best performing past ones so it could reference in future outputs. Or for content planning, maybe you upload a file with all your recent social posts so it can avoid repeating stuff or help you build on what's already working for you. I'm telling you, these types of examples make the biggest difference because now instead of the AI just guessing or using generic data, it's pulling from actual data that's unique from you. Now, outside of ChatGPT projects, you can also add some of these instructions directly to your account settings. If you are using ChatGPT just for work, or if you're into building custom GPTs, you can structure them out in a similar way as well. I actually did a whole other video on GPTs the other week if you want to check that out, definitely go and watch it. It's. It's great. But again, the core idea here is to make sure your AI environment is set up with the context and insights it needs to provide a more unique output, because that's what's going to turn a generic Lackluster output into something you can actually use. Okay, now onto takeaway three which is all about prompting. You can find a link to these five different prompts in the tri post. There's a slide deck there, but let's run through them quick here. The first strategy was all about personalized client communication. So how you can use in this case chatgpt to build out a five part email trip. There's an example prompt in there you can copy and use. Just have to fill it with all your personal information instead. This is also a rinse and repeat process with all the prompts I'm about to show you. Strategy number two though is all about content planning. So use this prompt to fuel you with ideas for blog posts, social posts, YouTube scripts. Strategy number three is how you can take a piece of content and turn it into a video script. This is something that I use AI for every single week. Again, take this prompt to generate 60 second short form video scripts. They're in a talking head style format, very easy to record. You can use them as YouTube shorts, Instagram Reels or for TikToks. Strategy number four is all about newsletter generation. Again a use case that I personally use every single week. Whether you want to do a weekly newsletter, a monthly newsletter, segment it between different audiences, this is a way where you can again build them more effectively and in less time. Take this prompt, generate your newsletters with them. Strategy number five is all about market research and analysis. Again it a use case that I use ChatGPT for every single week. Whether you're doing research on your local market, maybe a particular type of buyer to get some ideas or insights into their pain points. It doesn't matter what it is, ChatGPT is great at doing this. And the other good thing about the market research component of this is it can really help you with all these other strategies above as well. So you can use maybe some of those market insight into your newsletter or your email drips or turn it into a video, right? So again it can help with all those other strategies. Each of these strategies though they do come with full prompts inside those slides. So again go check those out. Just note that they are example prompts so you have to change them with your insights and context. As I mentioned earlier and I do want to stress context here, it is super important to include into your prompts things like your unique insights, goals, what you want to see included or not included. This will have a big impact on what you get back, just like those examples and instructions will offer as well. Now before we wrap up this this takeaway story, one last thing. Don't just copy and paste what the AI gives you and call it a day. That's what most people do, and it's also why most people don't see any results. Your focus should be on iterating these prompts and shaping the outputs to feel more personal. Again, treat AI like an assistant. Add your own voice, expertise, stories, reasoning, et cetera. All right, so I guess the only thing that is left in today's video is to make it all real. And so here's what I want you to do this week. First is just to pick one of those five strategies. Try out that prompt in one of those example slides and complete one task with it. Maybe it's turning a piece of content into a 60 second video that you then record and post on Instagram. Maybe it's generating a drip sequence and getting it set up and assigned in your CRM. Start small, test the process, see how it all helps, and then build from there. Because the more consistent you are at this, the easier it all becomes. But that's it for this week. As always, if you have any questions or topics you want me to cover next, reach out. Otherwise, thanks again for watching and I'll see you on the next one.
