The Ultimate 30-Day Content Calendar

This is a YouTube video titled "The Ultimate 30-Day Content Calendar" created in September 2025. The content features a single speaker providing a detailed guide on creating and implementing a 30-day content marketing calendar, including tips on content types, scheduling, and leveraging AI tools. The video is instructional and focused on helping viewers efficiently plan and produce content to grow their brand or business.
Hey everyone and welcome back. So this week I decided I wanted to try something a little bit different. If you don't know, I'm a big nerd when it comes to content marketing. This is because I find that content marketing is one of the most effective ways to grow your brand and business. I also love the fact that it doesn't matter if you have a big budget or fancy equipment or a large team. Literally anyone can succeed with this strategy. So for this week I thought, well, what if I just made everyone's life easier and gave a full 30 day content swipe file? One that not only takes less than a day to implement, but one that you can also reuse every single month. And although I'm going to link to the full swipe file in this post, I figured for this video why don't I just run through it quickly to give some extra content to hopefully make it not only easier for you to implement but but more effective at the end of the day. So let's not waste any time and just dive right into things. Now, before I break down each week, I do just want to run through a few quick tips first. This will hopefully help you as we go along. And the first one is all about stories. So you'll see that in the content calendar. I purposely left out stories from the list and this isn't because I don't think you should be doing them. I just think that it should be done instinctively.
Right?
There's no playbook here. You just want to be mindful each day of what you're doing. Maybe you're at a local coffee shop or working with a client or up upping a skill. While you're doing these kind of activities, just snap a photo or record a quick video, upload it to your stories. That's it. Super easy to do. And for anyone that is wondering, like yes, stories are super important to post every single day because it will affect your visibility and engagement on those platforms. Now the second thing that I want you to be also mindful of is banking content. So as you are going and living your life and doing the things you do, just start to bank content for future posts. So whether you're at a dinner, a family outing, enjoying a weekend hobby, it doesn't matter. Just quickly with whip out your phone, take a photo, record a video and save it for later. It will also save you a ton of time when it comes to scheduling all your posts for the month. Now the third thing is also remember that we live in a world of AI. So everything I'm about to show you AI can help you take a lot of lift off your plate. You can use tools like ChatGPT with my prompt formula, for instance to write write all your drafts for video scripts and blog posts. Or you can use tools like Canva or Buffer to take care of all your posting needs. Again, there's not a lot of brain power that's needed here for some of those day to day kind of tasks. And the final thing that I wanted to make note of is the bottom line. There's no excuses anymore why you can't be winning with content. Aside from AI, you can also hire sell very affordable virtual assistants to take a bunch of lift off your plate or or even co op students, which oftentimes come at a cost of zero. So again, the only thing that's preventing you from succeeding with content is just taking that first step. But that's it for the tips. Now let's start diving into these next four weeks. So when it comes to your content, one thing that you want to make sure you don't do is make it all feel like a sales billboard. Because I promise you, if you do do that, people are just going to tune you out. Instead, your content should focus on providing value first to your audience and also create more ways to connect with them personally. And that's exactly the goal of this content calendar that I'm about to show you. And it all starts with week one, Monday, and a piece of content that not only provides value, but makes it really actionable. And the idea here is Open Houses of the Week. And this is an idea that I actually got from a client that's doing a great job succeeding with it. So I really do love this right here. But this is something that you're going to do every single Monday. I promised before that I was going to make it simple, right? So what you can do is on Mondays, let's say in the mornings, set aside 30 minutes, you're probably already scanning the hot sheets. But go and find three open houses that your audience will love. And then all you have to do is just grab your phone and record a 60 second talking head style video. Doesn't need to be polished or anything like that. Just start talking about each of these open houses, why your audience will love them, and the unique things that you like about each one. Not only can you shout out the open house that's being held by, you know, whoever's representing that property, but you can also invite your audience to take a private tour as well. Now what? You should also make sure you do is inside that post or inside your bio. Include a link to a saved search page on your website with all of your open houses of the week so that they can now you can go view them. But now you can also do things like a newsletter subscribe there where people can opt in and receive these directly in their inbox each week. And that kind of brings me to the next piece of content here, which is an open house newsletter, right? So every Monday you can also send to your buyer database a list of the must attend open houses of the week. Again, a great piece of content that continues to provide value and action, but it doesn't feel overly salesy. Then going into Tuesday, we're going to focus on a long format piece of content first. And this is really important for a reason. I'll get to in a second. But here we're going to do a blog post of a buyer question and here's your topic. What hidden cost you you should expect when buying a home in X area or city.
Right.
And we're going to get into at the end of this video on how you can really take all the lift of creating these blog articles. But a couple of things I just want to keep you mindful of right now is when creating these articles, you want to make sure that they feel like really like hyper local. So make sure to include your like local insights and expertise into these articles. Make sure that you're also including key takeaways and FAQs as well. Because not only does that make it more scannable, but it also creates really great clips that you can use. And also AI search engines or a E O really love seeing those as well. The next thing that you want to do with that blog post, and this is why I was saying it's important, is now you get to remix it into a ton of different content. This is like the biggest content hack that you can take from this video here. So you take that blog post, now you can turn it into a YouTube video. Right now you can turn it into an email. Going into Wednesday in that video you created, you can clip out items from there and post it on Instagram and TikTok. So when we focus on a long format piece of content, we get to remix it into things that just fuel your content calendar, make your life so much easier. Then going into Thursday we want to start getting a little bit personal because when you kind of humanize yourself that way, it allows your audience to connect with you in a way that helps to build a better relationship or makes you more relatable so here we're going to do a carousel post of a hobby or interest for Instagram. So share something that you enjoy doing. It could be like an outdoor activity, cooking, music, like whatever it is. Just share carousel of that, include some short captions and try to engage with your audience at the end of the day around that piece of content. Friday, here's another thing that we're going to be doing every single Friday. So you can just turn your brain off and it is the deal of the week week. So again, scan those hot sheets, find the best opportunity for your buyers, create that video talking about it. Include that link on your website to the deals of the week. You can remix it into a newsletter, into emails, all that good stuff. And then going into Saturday again, we want to give people that window into your life. So let's focus on some weekend fun this time of video. So share a 30 to 60 second video of you at a local event, concert, family outing. This is separate from your stories, by the way. These are actual posts that you should be doing. And then on Sunday, and this will be reoccurring for every Sunday. Let's just do no post or rest day. We all need to kind of take a break from technology. So let's just make Sunday that day. Right going into week two. And as you'll start to notice, this is a rinse and repeat process, right? So I promise I was going to make this easier. I know I sound like a broken record, but this is how we do it. So we're again going to kick off Monday with the open houses of the week. Right then into Tuesday, we're going to start focusing on that long format piece of content. This time we're doing a seller question. We have the topic here. One thing that I did want to note about this topic that I think would really set it over the edge is if you can really like hyperlocalize the costs around these home improvements and the ROI that someone would get from it and also include vendor recommendations when appropriate. So let's say you're recommending like painting your kitchen or your garage door or whatever the case is. You could also like maybe have a little kind of ender to that section that says, by the way, if you're looking for someone to help you paint, here is my go to business for that.
Right?
And I think that would really, really set this content above everything else that's out there, also makes it highly shareable too. Then we get to remix that again into YouTube videos, into emails. Going to week, sorry, Wednesday though. This is where you're going to do a neighborhood Spotlight. And Neighborhood Spotlights are also super easy to record. Just go for a rock around a local neighborhood or go for a drive. Start just taking some short clips of your favorite spot and then just record yourself talking about what you love around the area. The schools, the local shops. Then you can stitch all this together easily on your phone or in different apps that you can get. You of course, can go onto Fiverr and hire someone if you want, but the big thing here is you want to encourage your viewers to leave comments about their favorite spots in the neighborhood as well to kind of spark that conversation. Going into Thursday, we're going to remix that long format article into a carousel post so you can take each of those home improvements and the cost and roi. Going to Canva in a couple of minutes. Just do graphics for each using their templates and then you have the post ready to go. For Friday, we're going back to the deal of the week Saturday again, giving that window into your life a little bit more personal and doing a carousel post again of a hobby or interest. Going into week three, rinse and repeat, right? Open house of the week. We're going to do a long format piece of content. This time we're going to do a neighborhoods listicle, right? We're going to remix that into different content. We're going to clip or record videos from that for Instagram or TikTok. Then we're going to go into Thursday and this is a piece of content that I love. We all know that Thursday is kind of that de facto like social hour for business, right? So why not go and hit up your favorite happy hour, SAP some photos of the food and drinks or mocktails you're having, the people you're enjoying it with. The key thing here is not only to caption like what you're having there because everyone likes a good restaurant recommendation or food recommendation at the end of the day, but but also make sure to tag the business because that's going to help you extend your reach as well. They're going into Friday again. Deal the Week Saturday weekend fun 3060 second video of you doing something in the community that week or with your family that week. Rest day. Now we're on to week four, right? How easy is this? Open houses again, another activity listicle again we're remixing that content. Here's another thing that I absolutely love is a personal growth story. Shed that veil, right? Get real with people. So share a personal growth goal. Could be a hobby that You've been growing over the years. A milestone that you just achieved, doesn't matter what it is, just, just again, it could just be you talking into the, to the phone or to your camera and talking about the journey, the before and after, what it means to you. Keep it authentic, keep it raw, right? And people are going to really connect with that. Then we're going to the deal of the week and then once a month do some client success stories, right? So you can do a longer format one for YouTube and you can always clip that out for your socials if you want to, but focus it on the client, right? So get them to record themselves sharing the experience they had with you, the complete story of their home buying journey or home selling journey, the common pain points that they're facing, et cetera, et cetera, right? You can even hop into a, a Zoom meet or a Google Hangouts and hit record and do it interview style if you want. But the key thing here is again, don't make it feel salesy, just let the trust convert people for you. Even with this carousel post, you can just do like five recent testimonials. Do a nice carousel post of that. But what you can do is just caption it like thank you to my amazing clients. Don't make it sales or anything like that. Let the trust convert. I'm telling you, if someone sees this and resonates with this and wants to work with you, they're going to reach out to you. Okay? And that leads us to Sunday on the week four and we're done.
Right?
That is your four week calendar that you can begin implementing and the way that we can make this all real. Here's what I want you to do, right, you want to first schedule a day in your calendar, even if it's just an afternoon. I do suggest doing it maybe a couple of weeks from now so you can start banking some of that content. But when that day comes, the first thing you're going to want to do is start with your four different blog posts and you can open up a doc or your audio recording app on your phone and for each, just start brain dumping, right, all your insights and expertise on that topic. This should at max take you an hour to do total. Then you can head into a tool like ChatGPT. You can use my prompt formula. You can dump in all that context and write your blog article draft. Then take 20 to 30 minutes on each draft once it's done to polish it into that final blog post to make sure it's in your voice Then you can take that blog post and start remixing it into all those videos. Then finally you can go into Canva and any carousel posts that you do need graphics for, you can take a few minutes to use their templates to build those out. And then finally you can upload all this to your tool like Buffer. You can upload any emails that you can pre schedule to your CRM and you can start to put together your content calendar. And this is also where you want to be mindful of that bank content for your personal posts as well to get them scheduled in Buffer. So as you can see, you can do a lot upfront. Yes, there's in the moment content like your deals of the week and Open House of the week that you'll have to kind of be mindful of on Mondays and Fridays. But other than that, you can get a lot scheduled here and that's it, you know, now you have 4 weeks of content ready to go and even if you fall short and you can't create all this content, that's fine, right? The goal here is just to get started and build some solid content and get that rhythm going. And you'll continue to grow and grow and grow from there. But that's it for this week. If you want to grab the full 30 day content swipe file, I'll link to it in this post. If you have any questions, of course, feel free to reach out to me. Happy to answer all them. Otherwise, thank you for watching and I'll see you on the next one.
