Poor formatting traps prospects like an IKEA maze. Space out text, bold key lines, and use sub-heads so readers can skim. Respect their time by showing them where to look.

You're at IKEA just trying to find the couch section. Ready to get lost. But instead of signs or a simple map— where are we? Why is everything in Spanish? You're wandering through a maze of fake living rooms, kitchen setups, and cardboard plants. Everything looks really nice, but you're lost, overwhelmed, and a little hangry. How do we get out of here? You finally bail and head to Target. Not because IKEA didn't have what you needed, they just made it way too hard to find. This is exactly what bad formatting does to your prospects. Have you ever heard the saying, it's not about what you said, it's how you said it? Well, sometimes in marketing, it's not about what you write, it's how your writing is displayed. So here's a crash course on proper formatting. Do this: space out your copy so it's easy to skim and scan. Not this: drop a dense block of text and hope people commit to reading it. Do this: bold key lines and use subheads to guide the eye. Not this: hide your best points in the middle of a paragraph. Do this: respect the reader's time by showing them where to look. Not this: make them work for every sentence. This is another day of Ad School. If you wanna become a baller marketer, then follow along and don't miss tomorrow.
