Hey, you need to touch your customers more. Not like that. What I'm referring to is something called the law or the rule of 7. And simply put, the rule of 7 states that on average it takes 7— 7 unique and different touchpoints with your customer or potential prospect before they're ready and able to make a buying decision. Think about ways where in your marketing, whether it's top of funnel, middle of funnel, or bottom of funnel, whether you have an existing email and you can actually continue to send them email correspondence or maybe SMS messages. Maybe you can upload your existing customer data or potential prospect data into a lookalike audience and retarget those individuals, how are you going to increase your touchpoints? How can you shorten that gap and get 7 touchpoints, 14 touchpoints, maybe even 21 touchpoints faster than your competitors? Doing so is going to give you speed and velocity to create a conversion.
