Stop discounting your prices, please. I see so many brands out there discounting their prices because it gives them a little short-term boost, but it's actually the fastest way to kill your business. That's because discounts are for desperate businesses that only want to compete on price. And in a marketplace where you're competing on price, you're acquiring the worst customers that are gonna be more costly for you to service, and you're gonna continue to make less and less and less revenue as you add value. If you do this, you're gonna end up in a dismal race to the bottom with your competitors. So instead of trying to be the cheapest, be the best. Sell the implementation at a premium to justify the value you're actually gonna be providing. The moment you start playing the discount game, you've already lost.
