I think the biggest problem that I've seen with a lot of business owners that we work with is they expect us as the agency to come in and to actually care more about their business than them. And ultimately we don't. Understanding, Cliff, that no one's ultimately gonna care more about your business than who? You. You. Yeah. The business owner. Now that doesn't mean we don't get results. Yeah. But I tap into and help educate and support that thesis and that idea so that they are actually helping make strategic decisions with us. If we can educate the business owner and help lay out through pro forma and through data and through accurate reporting and projections of where we need to be with the cost per lead, what the overall strategic direction of the campaigns and business needs to be, then it becomes a much better relationship. And we're talking high-level strategies that everyone is better for. Then it's not a matter of a, oh well, what are we seeing in the market? They're actually, oh, I can tell you exactly what we are doing in the marketing. And now I don't know what my marketing agency is doing. It's a we. Conversation. Yes, we're working together as partners.
