When Phoenix acquired AndyGas, many customers didn't know about the change and panicked, switching to competitors. The team lost some customers to confusion alone, but won several back through direct outreach and word-of-mouth from satisfied former AndyGas users.
I'd say we may have lost a few customers along the way.
We've got AndyGas customers that were actually used to dealing with AndyGas, and now they've been told it's Phoenix. How did you kind of manage that, um, the customer kind of change there?
It was difficult because not all of the customers that were like existing AndyGas customers were aware of what was happening, because all of a sudden we're trying to tell them we're going to come and do their service. They're not really aware of So the transition was pretty tricky. I'd say we may have lost a few customers along the way, just purely because people sort of panic. They don't know anything about us, so they go to the next person that they do know. But I think what we have done is worked really hard to sort of get those customers back, and we found quite a few customers have come back to us just through word of mouth, really. They probably know someone that's— that used to use Andy Gas that's now using us.
