Tell us what you've actually learned from the gas engineering community, from being embedded in it rather than being an engineer yourself.
It's a close-knit community. Everybody knows everybody. I found that out quite quickly. Everything is just so— it's professional. It's very professional. Everybody is very good at what they do. And my background is actually the motor industry. And if I'm being honest, it's a close-knit community and a good community. I've been doing it for 2 years now, and I can honestly say it's the best professional decision I've ever made.
