In this video, Victoria S. Dorsano introduces a comprehensive ACL recovery course she created for athletes and active individuals dealing with ACL injuries. She shares her personal experience of rupturing her ACL in early 2020 while playing volleyball, describing the fear, uncertainty, and myriad questions she faced about surgery, graft choice, and timeline for returning to sport. Leveraging her bachelor's degree in biology and certification as a health coach, Victoria scoured the internet and compiled resources that address not only the physical rehabilitation but also the often‑overlooked mental, emotional, and nutritional aspects of recovery. The course bundles her learned nutrition strategies, mental‑emotional support tools, curated product recommendations (e.g., Amazon items), and answers to the most common ACL‑related questions she’s received from her audience. She positions the course as a “bestie” that guides users through every stage of the healing process, aiming to accelerate recovery and provide holistic support. The video ends with a call to action to join the course and a reminder to subscribe and like the channel.

What's up everyone, Victoria S. Dorsano here. And today I'm going to be talking to you guys about something very exciting that I've created for you. So those of you guys that have followed with my ACL journey, you know that I've been sharing a lot about that, my experiences, different resources that have helped me, but there's a lot I haven't shared yet. So I've actually created an ACL course, especially for those of you who've been following along with me in that journey and want to learn more about how to heal your knee faster, how to get through that injury, both from a physical perspective, an emotional perspective, a mental perspective, active. All of that I've included in that course, so I'm going to talk about that in a second. But before I do, if you go ahead and subscribe to this channel and give this video a thumbs up, I would greatly appreciate it. Experiencing an ACL injury as an athlete or an active individual can be absolutely devastating, and trust me, I know I went through my own ACL rupture at the beginning of 2020 while I was playing volleyball, and boy, did my world come crashing down. I just remember feeling so lost and scared and in pain and not knowing what was the right decision for me. Did I want to get surgery? Did I not want to get surgery? If so, what graft was I going to have? How long was it going to be till I get to play the sport that I love again? So many questions, and As somebody who has a bachelor's in biology and is a certified health coach, I took to the internet as fast as I could, trying to find all the answers and trying to gather as many resources to help me heal through my ACL process as fast as possible. Because hey, if you're an athlete, you want to get back out there, you want to get back to your sport. But there's a lot of the things that are on the internet that they don't tell you about, like the mental aspect of the journey and processing the emotions around being inactive for a while, especially if you're a really highly active individual. And a lot of these things I've learned through my personal experience that I want to share directly with you guys. So I've gathered everything that I've learned, from nutrition strategies to help heal your ACL faster, to mental and emotional resources to help you process through this emotional side of having the injury, to even just tools and tips and resources and different items that you can get on Amazon really easily that can help you with your recovery journey so much more. All things that I found out along the way that I, you know, couldn't even find on the internet sometimes, that I learned through my own experience. And I wanted to share that with you collectively, put it together, and that's why I created this course. So think of this course as having an ACL bestie by you throughout this entire process and having somebody to guide you along through every question that you have. I've gone ahead and picked out the most questions I've gotten about ACL-related injuries, not only from my own experience but from people that have reached out for my YouTube videos. I've gathered all of the top questions and accumulated the answers into this course just for you. So I hope to see you in the course, and even more so, I hope that this course greatly helps you get through this time of having an injured knee, because I know what it's like from personal experience, and I wish something like this existed for me. So I wanted to create that for you. So I hope to see you guys there. Bye!
