Get ready with me to power up for an upper body workout today. Now, I don't know about you guys, but my body functions best when I have a little bit of something in my stomach to help boost my energy, and I have found this peanut butter that I am obsessed with, you guys. I mean, clearly. Thankfully, I have a second jar though to hold me over because honestly no other peanut butter compares. Okay, so now that I'm all fueled up, I'm gonna head to the gym and— oh wait, it's a blizzard outside. So that took me a while, but hey, I got here and that's what counts. After really working my mobility with the ATG program for a good while, I now feel like my body is able to lift heavier and still still stay injury-free, which has been awesome. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed getting ready with me this morning, and I hope you have a great day. Okay, bye!
