How to GET RID OF KNEE PAIN with NO EFFORT AT ALL! | Incrediwear Knee Sleeve Review

In this solo video, health coach Victoria S. Dorsano shares her year‑long experience with the Incrediwear knee sleeve, which she has worn continuously during recovery from ACL reconstruction, a kneecap fracture, and occasional calf injuries. She explains the brand’s core technology—fabric woven with negative‑ion generators that activate with body heat to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate tissue healing. Dorsano describes the sleeve’s physical qualities (thick, flexible, ribbed support) and recounts immediate pain relief within minutes of wearing it post‑surgery, noting that surgeons and her physical therapist remarked on her unusually fast healing. She highlights the sleeve’s versatility: it can be worn 24/7 (including while sleeping), during workouts, for arthritis or general joint pain, and even on the calf. She provides practical sizing advice, noting the product runs small and describing her use of two sizes (medium for activity, large for sleep), and praises responsive customer service that facilitated an exchange. As a health coach, she positions the sleeve as a recommended tool for clients, offers a discount link, and invites viewers to comment on their own experiences. The video concludes with a call to like, share, and subscribe.

What's up everyone? And no, this is not an oven mitt I have on my hand. This is an IncrediWear knee sleeve. Today I wanted to talk a little bit about this because man, you guys, this has been— and if any of my friends are watching this, you guys know I talk about IncrediWear all the time because this has been such a game changer for me. I've talked about this in several other videos, but I've never done an official product review with them. And I totally should have done this a year ago because I've been living in these things basically. And they probably, yeah, they probably need to be washed a little bit more frequently. But man, Incrediwear has been such a crucial, crucial part of my life this past year. If you watched my past video that I posted on my ACL journey, you guys know that I had ACL surgery and had to recover from that and then had a kneecap fracture and then had to recover from that. So I've had a lot going on with my legs. And then on top of that, have also had some calf injuries here and there, you know, along with the ACL stuff going on. So I was in search of, you know, something to help me heal quickly, something to help with the pain, something to help with the tissue healing. And the pain was probably the most significant thing that I was looking to resolve. And the tissue healing and the recovery speed was kind of just an added benefit that ended up coming along with Incrediwear. So let me explain what Incrediwear is. That's probably a good place to start. So Incrediwear, they have a a few different products. They've actually been expanding their line quite a bit recently, but they started with like their knee sleeves, their leg sleeves, their elbow sleeves. They're— they have gloves for circulation. I have several of these things. So I started with the knee sleeve and the leg sleeves first. But today I'm just going to talk about this knee sleeve because this guy again has been with me through it all. This was pretty much a product that I saw that stood out from the rest. And the reason being is because the technology that they incorporate into their material actually releases negative ions as it's activated with your body heat. So, um, your body's giving off heat pretty much most of the time, right? And that activates something in this material that they've woven into the fabric that releases negative ions, which increases circulation and speeds up healing time and decreases pain and so many other wonderful things. And if you haven't heard about the power of negative ions, that's something to look into because You know, even having negative ion generators in the air and things like that can be really great for your health. So this does that and puts those negative ions back into your skin and helps speed up the healing process and reduces pain and inflammation. And at first when I saw that, I was like, is it really going to do that? I don't know. Let's see. It sounds different and kind of like out there, but let's give it a try. And I got the product and I can already tell when I got this knee sleeve, that it's a nice thick fabric. You can tell. It's not flimsy or thin. And the thing I really, really liked about this too is you can tell, man, this is, it really needs to be washed. Please don't judge me for this. There's like little pieces of fabric all over this from me wearing it so much. But there's ribbing, this kind of ribbing on the back on both sides that adds just a little extra support. And it's flexible, you can bend it all the way, but it just adds this nice layer of support behind the knee too. So those were two things I noticed right away. Again, I got this product probably right before I had surgery so I could put it on as soon as I was able to take all my, my material off my leg from the surgery and unbandage my leg. So that was maybe 2 or 3 days after surgery, and I put this on, and I kid you not, I immediately felt pain relief, like within the first few minutes of putting it on, it was wild. Like there was this, before putting it on, I had this dull, throbby kind of aching pain going on in my knee from it being fresh out of surgery. And obviously the area where the stitches was, they were still healing, the skin was still healing. As soon as I put this on, it was like a nice hug around my knee without it cutting off circulation. And I found it so great because you're actually not supposed supposed to put on compression right after you get surgery because you want blood flow. So since this isn't compression material, it was safe to put on. It helped with the pain. And again, since it's not compression, you can sleep on, sleep with it on pretty much 24/7. You can have this thing on except in the shower because that would be weird and gross. But who am I to say? Because I clearly still need to wash this thing. So it's just, I mean, I can't say enough about how the pain relief was. It was incredible. And to be able to sleep with it on and be able to have so much great mobility in my knee right away. Even my surgeon and my, my physical therapist, when I was going in after wearing this day and night, they were like, what are you doing? You're healing so fast. I kid you not. The skin was healing so fast and scarring over so well. And the actual knee was starting to heal so well. And because I was able to be mobile, So I kept hearing that throughout my whole recovery journey. Wow, what are you doing? This is so amazing. How are you healing so fast? And I was like, I have to say it's partially due to this. Other things I'll note about it is it's great to work out in. Again, since you can wear it 24/7, it also provides pain relief when you are somebody who's having, again, postoperatively having some pain working out and getting back to the gym, or if you're somebody that suffers with arthritis or just kind of joint pain in general, knee pain in general, Again, great, great for that too. So I've been thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly impressed by this knee sleeve. I will never ever go without it in my life. I actually have two of them, and this is what I'll say on the sizing component of things. I have one that's a little tighter and one that's a little looser. They do run small, so like I'd say size up than what you'd probably be expecting to get. So I ordered a size medium thinking I'd be a size small, but Got a size medium for when I'm more active and maybe moving around in it more, 'cause I was expecting the material to stretch out a little bit, which it did a little bit. And then I ordered a size large for sleeping, so it could be a little bit looser and not quite as tight on the skin. Again, neither of them are gonna be compression-like, but still, I still wanted to make sure that there was no compression when I was sleeping and that it was nice and comfortable. On my knee while I was sleeping. Crediwear also has their sizing chart and you can measure, I believe it's a few inches up from the top of your kneecap. You wanna measure around the circumference of your leg to be able to find what a good size is for you. Their customer service team was even great to work with. The first time I did actually order a small on, you know, and it was too small for my leg and they were really great. I was able to get a really quick response, exchange it out very easily. I would get a full bodysuit of Incrediwear if I could. So I wanted to make this video really because I believe in the product, number one, and as a health coach, I'm constantly recommending things to my clients and now I can just send this video out when anybody asks me, "What do you use for this?" Because I talk about it 24/7, like I should be a spokesperson for them. But like I said, I have other of their products, so if you guys are interested in any of their other products, let me know. I'm more than happy to do a review. I'd be more than happy for another excuse to order more Incrediwear for my collection because I already have the gloves, I already have the full leg sleeve, I have the knee sleeves, and I actually use this as a calf sleeve too when I've had my calf injury. So what I like about the knee sleeve is that you can use it on— like, you can't necessarily use it on your arm per se because it's a little too big for that, but I've used it on my calf too and put that on my calf for when I've had calf injuries. To also decrease pain and speed healing in that arena of things. So if you want to order your very own knee sleeve or any other Incrediwear product, I can drop a link down below where you can order it and get 10% off your first order. Highly recommend it. So if you have anybody in your life that you need to get gifts for too, that's like an avid athlete or that maybe has some joint stiffness or pain, this makes a great gift. Anyways, guys, I hope this review provided you with some good information that you can go off of. Let me know if you end up trying this product down below in the comments. I'd love to hear how went for you. And don't forget to like, share, and subscribe so I can keep providing you with more awesome content like this. And until then, see you guys later.
