Prime Day is one of my favorite days to take advantage of all the health and wellness related items on Amazon that I've been having my eye on, but maybe weren't super happy about the price at that time. So today I'm gonna talk about some of my favorite known Prime Day deals that are currently happening, as well as some items that would be worth watching and putting on like maybe a watch list for the Prime Day duration to see if they go down in price anytime during that window. As you guys know on this channel, we talk a lot about different health, wellness, fitness, and recovery items. So I would love to start with recovery because that is one of my favorite categories. Right now of different things that I've been checking out, starting off with my 3 favorite recovery and wellness devices from SKG. I've actually done full reviews on each of these, so if you want to check them out, I'll put those links down below in the description. But all of these are on sale during Prime Day, so you're definitely going to want to take a peek. Let's start with the G7 Pro, which has been my daily driver for neck pain relief. Most of us have probably dealt with neck pain at some point in time because, let's be honest, our heads are heavy, and looking down at a certain angle, like on our phone, allows for 60 lbs of pressure to be on our neck at any given point. So So you can only imagine all the tension that builds up. What makes the G7 Pro different than your standard, like, kneading neck massager is that it includes TENS and EMS, the same electrical stimulation that are used in, like, hospitals and physical therapy clinics. SKG calls what the G7 does micro neck traction. The 4 to 6 kHz dual mid-frequency pulses causes the neck muscles to contract and release, which helps restore your natural posture from within rather than just sitting on the surface. Then you have these wonderful titanium massage heads that heat up in 5 seconds. And not only that, but this thing folds the size of like a phone, so you can pack it up with you wherever you want to go, and it weighs less than a pair of headphones. 10 out of 10 recommend that device. It has been such a game changer for my neck pain. All right, so moving into another SKG favorite device of mine that has been so wonderful for recovery from my sport of volleyball, but also just daily pain relief in my back— the W9 Ultra. Most back massagers are incredibly bulky, and I would know because I have some of them. This one weighs about 350 grams and is slim enough to fit under a t-shirt. It is so sleek and so comfortable, and you can walk around while you're wearing it. I've had it on during calls, during driving, during cooking. Incredibly wearable and portable. Under the hood, it's doing a lot. You have 8 targeted titanium nodes with deep electrical kneading happening. You have 3,000 Hz of mid-frequency EMS and TENS pulse stimulation and 42 red light therapy points for near-infrared heat. I personally wear this all the time after I play volleyball and my back is just feeling a little irritated, and it just helps so much with reducing soreness and improving circulation to that area. And finally, another SKG favorite of mine is their PS700 kneading neck and shoulder massager. This one is very different than the G7 Pro because it's not using electrical stimulation, it's using physical kneading as the tension release mechanism. The biomimetic nodes are designed to mimic the lifting and pressing motion of actual hands, targeting the deeper neck muscles beneath the trapezius where chronic stiffness tends to build up. Something that makes this really, really unique, and I've talked about this in my longer form review you can check out down below, is that they have this cool audio system built into the device as well. SKG partnered with a company called EarMersion, which is like this immersive audio system, and they have over 100 different relaxing tracks ranging from, you know, different soundscapes to guided meditations to help you breathe deeper. Or you can just link up your own Bluetooth and you can play audiobooks, podcasts, your own music. Combining the music with the kneading massage with the near-infrared heat that they have in that device, you are in like heaven. It's my go-to for just releasing some tension and just a really nice relaxing device and super, super giftable. Still in the recovery category, but moving to a different brand that I absolutely love, the Kineon Move+. Now this one, at the time of recording, I cannot confirm whether this has a deal going on or not, but it is worth putting a watch list on it to see if price drops at all because this thing has been such a game changer. I absolutely love it. I use it multiple times a day. The Kineon Move+ is a wearable red light and laser therapy device designed to specifically help with joint pain and injury rehab. The little nodes are nice and small, but they're able to be modified so you can fit any joint. And it's been a great part of my daily recovery. You get clinical-grade photobiomodulation technology in a portable wearable format. All right, so moving into another category of current Prime Day deals, I think Prime Day is a great time to take advantage of like kitchen appliances and different things that are gonna make like your meal prep routine a lot better and more efficient in general. So here are some excellent meal prepping resource items that I know are currently on sale. First one is the Ninja Ultra Crush blender. Now, I've had a Ninja blender for so many years and it has not failed me yet. I use it daily for protein shakes, for smoothies, for food processing when I'm meal prepping. The Ultra Crush technology works seamlessly. It just helps crush up any kind of like frozen ice or frozen food really, really well. Doesn't seem to bother the motor whatsoever. It's an absolute powerhouse. So if you don't have a solid blender or food processor yet and you're getting into meal prepping and just getting better into your nutrition routine overall, then this is going to be a device that will be with you for a lifetime. Well, maybe at least 10 years. Secondly is the Ninja Double Stack Air Fryer. Now I personally do not have an air fryer. It is on my watch list. I probably will end up getting this on Prime Day, but I have used my parents' Double Stack Air Fryer and I've used other friends and family's single Ninja air fryer before, and it works so well, you guys. It is so cool to have the two tiers where you can air fry things at different temperatures and be able to meal prep more efficiently that way. So again, Ninja is just a really trusted brand. I've had a lot of different Ninja appliances myself over my lifetime, and they make just really quality things. So this would be a Prime Day deal that I would definitely take advantage of and probably will myself. Now, speaking of meal prepping, you have to have good meal prep containers. I, back in the day, was using plastic, and now we know, know plastic leaching into meals is just not good. We wanna avoid that. So getting something like glass meal prep containers that are really durable and will last you a while, and that the lids are BPA-free is going to be a great purchase. Purchase. So Prime Day has something from Humber King, which are the ones that I personally bought maybe about 5 years ago and still have a lot of them. I bought maybe 20 and they have been so great to meal prep with, to freeze, to reheat food with and not have to worry about plastic leaching into my food. So highly recommend investing in some of that during Prime Day as well. Now this next category of items are things that are currently not on Prime Day sale as I'm recording this video. However, that's not to say that they wouldn't drop in price at some time during the Prime Day sale. So I'm gonna say these are gonna be the category of things to put an alert for on your Amazon Prime account to see if the price drops. If they do go on sale, they're gonna be worth purchasing. First item I wanna list here would be the Ninja Creami. I got mine last year, I believe during Prime Day, and it was like 10 or 15% off its normal price. One of the best purchases I made last year. I use it all the time. Pretty much protein ice cream is in my rotation of like things I'm having a couple times a week. So it's been phenomenal. Absolutely love it. Next is if you are in the market for a quality rice cooker that will last you decades, I highly recommend splurging on the Zojirushi rice cooker. It makes incredibly perfectly fluffy rice every single time. I am floored. And it doesn't stick. It is just so well made. It does a great job. And I know that sounds silly that I'm raving about rice, but again, if you're somebody who is trying to get into meal prepping or meal preps often, like we make a ton of rice, it is just saved us so much time and it's been such a great, great device. And I read a ton of reviews. People have had these Zojirushi rice cookers for, again, like many years without issues. So I'm hoping that'll be the same case for me. Another health and wellness item that has been in my rotation for the past year and a half that has made a huge difference in the winter for me is the Very Luxe Happy Light. This one I also got on sale maybe 2 years ago during Prime Day. Um, so I wouldn't be surprised if this one again goes on sale again this Prime Day. But it is a light that helps you basically just survive the winter. So if you're somebody who struggles with like seasonal affective disorder or just feels really fatigued and slow and sluggish in the wintertime, this is something that you can turn on for a few minutes in the morning when you first wake up, get your circadian rhythm set. It mimics the same kind of sunlight behavior that you get from viewing the sun. So your body knows like, hey, it's time to wake up now. And I found that it really just gave me a lot more energy during the day. So not super expensive and definitely like a worthwhile purchase even if it's not on sale, but hopefully it does go on Prime Day sale. Worth setting your alert for. Okay, these next ones, the Soundcore P20i earbuds. Again, got these last year on Prime Day sale, hoping they'll go on sale again this year because they are a great pair of wireless earbuds. 30 hours of battery life. Some of the best sound quality from Bluetooth earbuds that I have ever had. The noise canceling is phenomenal, and even not on sale, they're maybe like $20. So on sale, they'll probably come down to maybe $15. Definitely worth a purchase. Maybe even having just as a backup pair in case like your primary pair goes bad. And lastly, the Egofit Under Desk Treadmill that I have now. Egofit is the brand that I prefer because A, they have a slight incline, which is great, and B, They are one of the shortest, most compact treadmills, so it is very easy to slide underneath my desk and have it not take up a lot of space. But there are a ton of other walking pads and under-desk treadmills that you can get during Prime Day. So I recommend like looking around. I personally just love Egofit and they've been a great treadmill to have the past 2 years. So definitely worth setting an alert for to see if the price drops. All the links for these items are down below in the description. So if you're looking to level up your health and wellness this year and take advantage of Prime Day deals and or watch for future Prime Day deals, then you're going to want to add these links to your cart or add them to your watch list. And let me know down in the comments what caught your eye the most, or if there's something I didn't mention that you wanna share with other people. I love to hear what's interesting you guys on Prime Day too. And as always, guys, if you like this video and thought it was helpful, please give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel. I greatly appreciate each and every one of you guys, and I'll catch you on the next one. Bye.
