Hey everyone, Victoria here from Be Victorious Coaching, and today I'm going to talk to you about my top 5 favorite health and wellness products that I absolutely cannot live without. Hey everyone, so welcome to my table review here. I'm going to be going through some of my favorite health and wellness products that I have found recently that I absolutely love. One of them I'm wearing. You're going to be like, why are you wearing fingerless gloves, Victoria? 'Cause they're awesome. So I'm gonna talk a little bit about all these products that have literally saved me in the past few months or even longer in context of these things. So let's start with these 'cause you're probably thinking these are the weirdest things ever. This is Incrediwear. Incrediwear is amazing. These are the gloves, fingerless gloves obviously. I have Raynaud's, which basically makes my hands turn super fun colors. They turn blue sometimes, they turn white, sometimes they turn red. Basically what it is is a condition with the capillaries in the hands. Um, they kind of spaz out sometimes. So what happens is this actually— these gloves actually help insulate some of the heat coming off my hands and helps, um, relax those capillaries. I got the knee sleeves, yay, because I had knee surgery this year. I had an ACL reconstruction, and, um, these knee sleeves helped me so much control the pain and inflammation. And still to this day, I'm about 7-ish months post-op, and I still have some knee pain, but I wear this one, it's a bigger size, I wear this one to sleep and it helps my knee recover while I'm sleeping. It helps reduce the inflammation, any kind of achiness. And this one I wear, it's a smaller size, I wear this one while I am working out. It's a little bit tighter, so it offers me a little bit more support. And they're honestly a great price point. So I'm going to talk to you a little bit about the science first on these. So Incredible Wear products, this is from their website, again, I didn't want to butcher this, so they increase circulation to reduce inflammation and swelling, relieve pain, restore mobility, and accelerate incorporate recovery. So unlike other compression products out there, Incrediblewear products do not need to compress to work. Instead, the technology incorporates semiconductor elements— this is really the effects that I feel— semiconductor elements, geranium and carbon, within the fabric that releases negative ions when stimulated by body heat. The negative ions then activate cellular vibrations that increase blood flow and speed speed up the recovery process in the affected area. So it increases oxygen circulation, enhances circulation, and brings more nutrients to the target area, which optimizes the body's natural healing process and accelerates post-operative recovery or achiness. So it's honestly— with my hands, it's been great for the Raynaud's. It helps my hands stop being cold. So for any of you women out there that suffer from cold hands, these are amazing to work with throughout the day. And these have been absolutely amazing for my knee surgery and just overall activity. So if you have osteoarthritis or stiff joints or anything, check out Incrediwear. I will post the link in this video for you guys so you can check them out, but they make all sorts of things— hip braces, back sleeves, elbow sleeves if you have tennis elbow. So, and I think they even make workout pants now, so I'm definitely going to be checking those out pretty soon. Let's move on to our next product. This guy, let's start here. So I love this thing. It's a rolly ball. It's been in the freezer, which it actually does stay cold for up to 6 hours, insanely enough, like ice cold for 6 hours. So this has also been something I've used for my surgery and recovery, but it's great for you if you have like any kind of points that you need to get into. For my knee, for example, I can really get into the knee. It's great for the back of the neck. It just rolls along. And you can see on my forearm how the ball just rolls very gently, and it's nice and cold. It's not messy like ice. Yeah, it'll give you a little condensation, but not too much. It's wonderful. So I can bring this from my freezer, throw it in my gym bag. After the gym, right away I can start to ice any joints that are like sore or stiff or achy at all. So this is another amazing one. Got it on Amazon for I think like $8 $8 or $9. So I will post a link to this as well in the comments. Next one, recent new favorite. My husband and I, Chris, we have loved this stuff. So this is a friend of mine's product. It's elderberry syrup. If anybody's tried any of this, it's kind of an old-school remedy for cold and flu, and it's been around forever and ever and ever. They used to use it in Appalachias, and they still use it to this day. But what it's really great for is, um, you know, if you're having any kind of cold or flu symptoms— we're starting to get into that season, right? You can take just a tablespoon of this to 2 tablespoons a day, and it actually— there's certain studies out there that say it cuts down any symptoms by half, so half the duration of symptoms. So if you normally have the flu for, let's say, 2 weeks, you might only have flu symptoms for about a week if you're able to get this stuff in your system. So this is fantastic. Again, it's elderberry syrup. It's made from elderberries. I will tag Lorinda, who is the maker of this stuff, in our video as well, and I'll put her information down below. But she's amazing. You're gonna love this stuff, and it's super reasonably priced. Most of these bottles out there, guys, are about $40. Hers in specific is only $20 to $22 for this large bottle that'll last you a good while. So definitely worth checking that out. It's something that you can just take on an everyday basis too to improve your immune system. So you don't have to be sick to take it necessarily. It's something that you can just have to make sure you're maintaining your immune mouth. So second to last, the FitPulse massager. So a lot of you guys have seen maybe the Theraguns out there. I was looking for something that was a little bit more my price point, so this was something that my stepbrother got us for our wedding gift. And I'm so excited because I've used this, I don't know, maybe at least 3 to 4 times a week since consistently. It's not one of those things where I was like, oh, new toy, I get to play around with it for a little bit and then forget about it. This has been like a godsend. I use it during that time of the month. I'll use it on my low back. I use it for my injured knee. I'll kind of go around the tissue to kind of get some blood circulation going. I use it before I work out. So I'm going to show you guys what this is. There's all these different attachments that come along with this. This is a really great price point. I think at its most expensive on Amazon, it's been about $99, but they usually have a $20 coupon on there, so you can get it for like close to $80, which is amazing because other ones out there about I mean, they range from $250 to $300 to sometimes $400. So this has stood the test, I can tell you, for about 3 months now with a lot of use. So it hasn't— like, you know, a lot of people worry when they get the cheaper version that it's going to kind of poop out on them. This has been great. Like, the battery life has been at least 6 hours of continuous use, I'm saying. But you can— I mean, we've only charged this thing maybe like twice. And what it does is you turn it on at the bottom. You can see there's a bottom switch. You see this, how it kind of sets the program here. And then to start, hit the little start button and it goes up to— so this is 1 speed, it goes all the way up to 30. And it's so amazing. I love this thing. So this ball attachment, you can kind of use it pretty much anywhere on the body. And like I said, there's different settings. So like right now I'm at setting 10, which is great for increasing blood flow if I'm about to like let's say go work out, and I want to make sure, like, if I have stiff joints or anything, I can go over those areas. If I really want to recover from a tough workout, if I'm feeling like really sore, I'll probably bring this up to about a 20 speed to really get into the muscle tissue. So it helps, you know, really the, the muscles prepare for activity and recover from activity, and it helps just with general achiness too. Like I said, for like that time of month, really fantastic on the low back. So I'm going to turn that off. You can see there's all these different attachments in here. So we got the ball attachment, super easy to get off too. You just literally twist and pull that off, place it back. This is one of my favorites too. You can use it to go along the hamstrings, the quads, the calves, and it has those little ridges in there. Um, this is really great for the hamstrings, back of hamstrings, anywhere you really need to kind of scrape along. We have these two, and then that are pretty similar, and there's so many attachments. This is such a great deal, guys, for what comes along with it. You have the tinier adjustment knobs for when you need to get like more trigger therapy to certain parts of your muscles. We have this little scrapey tool, which is one of my favorites. I love this guy. This is so great for getting in between like parts of your shoulder blade or kind of getting underneath different pieces of muscle tissue. And yeah, just kind of different various sizes of these knobs. So I love this thing. This is probably one of my favorite like health and wellness things of 2020 that has been absolutely amazing. And I hope it never ever breaks on me because it's incredible. All right. And lastly, I saved the best for last. I'm going to do a little unboxing with you guys with components of it that are like about your emotional well-being too, which I really appreciate. Being a health and wellness coach, I think, um, I'm a huge fan of talking about your emotional regulations and, um, that component of emotional mental well-being and how it factors into your overall health. So, um, this is super cool. 30 Days of Intentions. It says pause, share, inspire, and it says 30 days of questions to live your life with intention, asking you to stop and think, am I headed in the right direction? So very cute. Truffle Therapy Cleansing Oil. So instead of using something like, like your traditional makeup remover, this looks like it removes makeup, helps get anything off the face, and also moisturizes it at the same time. This looks super nice. I don't know what this is, but This is interesting. Um, is it an ornament with a tiny little happy— oh yeah. Oh wait, you can open it. Okay, hold up. More plastic here. Um, let's see. So makeup sponge. Oh my gosh. So if you look closely, this little guy is actually a makeup sponge ornament. How adorable! He's like one of those little guys that you can apply makeup with, like foundation and concealer with. This is a hydrating serum, which is super important. It looks like it has hyaluronic acid in it, which is great for maintaining moisture in the face, especially during winter months if you're up in the northern hemisphere. It looks actually very, very simple and like simple ingredients, which I'm a fan of. There's only 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ingredients on this whole thing, which is nearly unheard of for skincare products. So I'm really excited to try that, especially since my skin is very sensitive, so I need to use really simple and clean products. And side note, your skin is your largest organ in your body. Pretty crazy. This already looks super cute and silky and smooth. Oh, yo, this is a full— is this a robe? This is awesome. All right, I can't decide if I'm going to bed or going outside right now, so that's cool. I have a little belt too. Oh, so cute. All right, so we got that. That's super cute. Um, I think that's it. That's all, and then we have these last few things in here. Okay, so there's a lot packed into this box. Um, cool, a cooling hair mask. Maintain a healthy scalp and hair with a cooling hair mask. Oh cool, so it looks like you just wrap it around your hair like a towel and it hydrates and cools your hair, cooling effect to it. So that looks really interesting. I've never actually used a hair mask It's like a towel, so that seems really cool. Oh, I love this! Okay, so this is the Look Back and Plan Ahead Workbook. Let's see what this is about here. A reflection guide and goal-setting guide. Pretty cute. So, hey there, thanks for picking up this workbook. We hope— I don't know why that person writing this book sounds very chipper. We hope that this zine— zine, zine— is that, is that a word that people are using right now? Like not the full word of magazine, but they shortened it to zine? Z-I-N-E? Okay, so we hope that the zine gives you the space to I can't even say that word, seriously. Gives you the space that you need to step back, reflect on the past year, and set the stage for an amazing year ahead. Happy reflecting! Love, Laura and Katie. Oh, that's cute. So first page says, what was awesome and not so awesome about this year? I don't know about you guys, but There was a lot of awesome, there was a lot of not so awesome, um, and literally there's a full page for each, so have fun with that. But it's different, these boxes, guys, are different each, each time of the season you get them. Like, I had one delivered in fall which was like really cool with a lot of pumpkin spice stuff and a lot of different kind of cozy fall things, candles, all that good stuff. So, um, this is really really cute too. Super excited to dive into that as well. That is all I have for you guys today. So I wanted to do that unboxing live so you can see all the things that were in there. Like I said, we got the FitPulse massager, we got our elderberry syrup, we got the Therabox, and we have the IncrediWear and this ice ball massager. So these were some of my favorite health and wellness products of 2020. I'd love to hear about your guys's, what you you guys enjoy utilizing for your health and wellness, whether that be for injury recovery or just overall soothing products like this. I think it's a really important special touch to practice self-care and to get some of these things. Like I said, the price point on a lot of these items isn't much. I make sure to really be a good discount shopper because I don't believe in having to spend a ton of money to get high-quality items. I think that if If you are smart, you can spend smart. So I will make sure to put all the links to this stuff in the description below. Hey everyone, if you like this video, make sure you like, share, and subscribe for more content to come your way. And as always, be healthy. Peace.
