In this video, Victoria S. Dorsano reviews the brand‑new ATG/Knees Over Toes mobile app, which is tied to the paid ATG coaching program she has been using for about six to seven months. She explains that the app replaces a previous generic platform and offers several improvements: (1) the ability to switch between ATG programs on‑the‑fly without contacting a coach, which is handy for travel or equipment constraints; (2) a smoother workflow for uploading form‑check videos, adding notes, and sending them directly to a coach; (3) an integrated ATG knowledge base that houses newsletters, blog posts, articles, and podcast episodes, eliminating the need to visit a separate member portal. The only minor annoyance she notes is the absence of an in‑app checkbox to mark individual exercises as completed, a feature she miss‑es from the old app. She concludes by strongly recommending the paid monthly coaching program, describing the ATG system as “life‑changing,” and mentions upcoming progress updates on the Dens program. The video ends with a standard call‑to‑action to like, subscribe, and check the description for links.

So for those of you guys who don't know and haven't seen my previous videos on this, I've been doing the ATG slash Knees Over Toes program for a good while now, and they finally just released their brand new app. And I want to share with you guys a little bit about some of the things that I love about the app and some of the things that I don't love as much. And to be clear, they had a previous app that they were using. It wasn't their custom branded app, so this is their new custom branded app that they just came out with, and I'm actually really loving it. And you get access to the app if you are signed up for the ATG program through their website. That's the one where you're paying a monthly fee and you're getting coaching and feedback throughout the program and all that stuff. You're able to send in your form, all that good stuff. It's phenomenal. So that's what I've been doing over the past 6, 7 months now. I think it's been like close to 7 months now. You know, with the change into this new app, there's definitely been some things that I really love about it. The first thing I love about their new app is that you can actually change which program you're in whenever you want. In the previous app that they were using, you had to request, you you know, you had to submit a question to your coach and ask to change into a different program. Now you can change your program whenever you want and kind of look into other programs and kind of see what the format looks like directly on the app, and you can easily switch seamlessly from doing, you know, dense to standards to any one of his new or bonus programs that they have in there, which is phenomenal. I especially love this feature because there's some weeks that I'm traveling and I'm not gonna have the equipment that I need to follow my typical dense program that I'm in right now, and it might be, you know, beneficial for me to switch doing the Zero program again for a week and then switch back to DENSE when I'm back. So it just makes it really seamless to be able to switch the programs around when you need to. And if you're curious about the best program order to go in, I already made a video on that and I will link that down below in the description. All right, so moving on, the other feature that I love about the new ATG app is that you can really easily upload your form videos. It was pretty easy to do it before, but now with the new app, it's just super flawless, really easy to incorporate, and it just makes it a little, little easier to want to do that too because the app uploads it quicker, um, and you you can take notes directly in that same section on, you know, the amount of weights that you were using, or if something felt weird or anything like that. It's all able to be submitted to the coach that way. The other thing I love about the new ATG app that wasn't in the previous app that they were using is that I can access the entire ATG knowledge base directly on the app instead of having to go online to the member portal to do that. So that's, you know, anything ranging from his newsletters to blog posts to articles and other videos that he posts. So basically anything educational that I want to learn aside from just the program, it's all in the app. So I can peruse through the entire ATG knowledge base that way too, which is great. Even his podcast episodes are uploaded in there too. So there's just a ton that you can access through that one section of the app. And then as far as the one thing that I don't like about the new version of the app, and this is so small and this is probably just a me thing, but I can't check off the exercises as I'm doing them. The old app, you can kind of check them off and like market that you were done. And I like kind of mentally liked seeing the progress of being like, workout complete, I got to finish that. That's not necessarily a feature this time. It's more so like, here's your whole layout for the week and you know what to do. But that's such a small thing for like what the pros are of the new app. But I do, I do kind of miss checking it off and like seeing my progress and being able to say like, done, you know, like workout complete. But it's okay. I still know I did the workout. It doesn't really matter that much. If you are interested in actually joining the ATG program and getting the monthly coaching and being able to access the app, I'll put the link down below in the description where you can sign up and get all that information and get the app downloaded and all that good stuff. I highly recommend it. It's been a life-changing program for me, and I know so many of you guys have commented the same for you too. So I hope, you know, I hope that helps. I'll probably make another progress video sometime soon on the Dents program. That's been really amazing. I think I'm about more than a month in at this point and have definitely noticed some strength gains. So that's been really amazing to do as well, and I can't wait to update you guys on how that's been going. So as always, if you can go ahead and like this video and subscribe to my channel, I would greatly, greatly, greatly appreciate it. And until next time, I will see you guys later. Bye!
