Aliens, Connecting to Higher Consciousness, & Channeling Your Inner Voice w/ Samantha Warren
29 Apr 2026 · 75 min
In this episode of Makeshift Happen, host Samantha Daly sits down with entrepreneur and consciousness explorer Samantha Warren (formerly Sam Altieri) for a candid, coaching‑style conversation. The dialogue weaves together Warren’s entrepreneurial journey—multiple pivots, building a loyal "ride‑or‑die" team, and distinguishing genuine strategic shifts from shiny‑object syndrome—with her personal evolution toward higher consciousness. Warren shares how she trusts her inner voice to guide business decisions, practices decision‑making rituals aligned with divine timing, and uses manifestation techniques. She describes her lifestyle shift from three years of van‑life across 40 states to settling in Boulder with her partner Kurt, noting the profound sense of home and the "spiritual sickness" she sometimes feels at altitude, which she frames as an energetic cue. Warren discusses accessing altered states without psychedelics through nutrition, sleep, reduced media consumption, and immersion in nature, and she likens herself and Kurt to "aliens" on a shared wavelength. The conversation turns to her work on Voice & Visibility, promoting her website, podcast "Own It with Samantha Warren," and her mission to bring wild, gifted voices into mainstream conversation. The episode closes with a call to action for listeners to share, rate, and review the show, and to explore related episodes for further growth and expansion.

She's back on Makeshift Happen. Welcome, Miss Samantha Warren, previously known as Sam Altieri. When I was typing it out for our episode today, I was like, damn, I got to shift this last name. A lot has changed. You're back on the pod. Welcome, we missed you.
Oh, I missed you. I'm so glad to be back. I have bling, I'm married, life is Pretty much the same, just more intense. And I'm so excited to be here.
Yeah, so I was reflecting before we got into this about things that I wanted to talk to you about, and of course also just our timeline and like our relationship and our businesses and everything, and how much time has passed. And I was like, wow, like we first connected online in 2020.
Wow, really?
Yes, like late 2020. Oh wow, it was like Christmas time 2020, cuz I remember I was home for Christmas and we were DMing. So golden era of online coaching. If anyone was there, it was rare. You remember it all too well. That doesn't exist anymore, but we'll get into, we'll get into lots of changes. But then we actually met in person in 2021, ironically in Miami of all places, which I had no idea that within a year from then I would actually be living here. All the little seeds that just get planted in your life without you even knowing. And now 5 years later, we're both engaged or married. You're about to be my bridesmaid in my wedding in a few weeks, and so much has changed in life and business. So when you look back on all of the versions of yourself and your business over the past 5 years, what stands out to you the most?
You know, I have evolved and pivoted more than I can count on two hands, truly. And I used to judge myself for that because I had this belief of like, I just can't stick with one thing. But I think that earlier in your career, you're figuring it out. Like, you're truly genuinely figuring out what you love, what lights you up, and what is sustainable. And I got into the world of entrepreneurship not even to become an entrepreneur. I fell into entrepreneurship, though both of my parents are entrepreneurs, and it kind of— I am very entrepreneurial. I never thought that was going to be my life. I, I didn't have that big vision as a kid, though I knew something big was going to happen for me. I just, I didn't know exactly what that was. And so I think it was just a continual trusting of my own inner voice. And so much of the work I do today is about voice, not just extra external voice, like speaking and podcasting, but listening to the inner voice and what happens when you listen to the inner voice and how much people have things to say when they don't understand that. Because from the outside it looks like you're a disaster, you're a hot mess, or you can't stick to one thing, or you're not consistent, or you're, um, shiny objecting. But the truth is, when you do listen to your inner authority, your life won't make sense on paper and it won't make sense to anyone but you. But in hindsight, you'll look back and be like, holy fuck, I listened and now I have a life more magical than anything I could ever have found on Pinterest or any other place, and it's indescribable. And so yeah, I would say it's really trusting and listening to the inner voice, even when it feels crazy, or people will judge me, or people think I'm— whatever they think, I don't know. But I just have shifted more of that intention inward rather than outward, of what makes sense or looks good on paper.
Yeah, I love the connection that you drew between like the— your vocal expression in terms of outward, but also the importance of, of the inner voice. And I'm sure that played like a huge role in your own journey of listening to yourself as you pivoted, because as you kind of alluded to, your business has evolved so many times. And, and I've seen some of that over the years, you know, like you started and grew a really big audience in fitness. You've been through life coaching, business coaching. You've explored so many different like themes and topics. We've had so many long phone calls of like, this is my thing, like, this is, you know, okay, I found it. And then it was for a while, and then you had to listen to yourself again and like evolve when the next iteration came. And so it's like there's been so many versions of your passion, like, and the breadcrumbs, like, leading you to where you are now, whether it was self-worth or confidence or embodiment expression. But like, this theme of voice, I think, has always been in there in one way or another. And now you've landed here with this really big fire in your heart and passion to really help thought leaders uplift their voice and their visibility. Shout out to the business and the brand name, Voice and Visibility Through Podcasting and Media, which I think, as your friend, like, knowing you, I think that's just like so fitting to like who you are, your expression, and what you've been meant to do. But it has been a fucking journey, man, to get here. And, and that's part of what I want to talk to you about, because I know there's so many people listening to this that, that can relate to just that, the ups and downs. But yeah, when you look back on what you were doing then versus what you're doing now, what are the, the biggest kind of distinctions? We'll talk about the path to get there, but just like when you think about what makes it feel so right now, and kind of like the setup, or actually what you're doing, or the way that you're doing it, what about this feels just different and more aligned than what you did in the past?
When I first made my first dollar, like, on my own, let's say external to my 9-to-5 as an architect, the thing that I loved the most— and I'm seeing this as the common thread between every iteration and version of everything I've ever done, whether it was a coaching business or an agency or a consultancy or whatever— it was always being in the weeds with people. And what that means is literally teaming up with them as a partner. And whether that was me training Olympic athletes or people to the Spartan World Championships and literally flying to Sweden with them to help them win that fucking award, or it was helping people find their life's purpose or scaling a business from zero to multiple six figures in a matter of months, it was always like I was very immersed in the process and the experience with And so what I've realized is that commonality is that I want to be— and now the company— but like, I want to be a ride or die with our clientele. And it could have been I was helping people do their first pull-up or their first 10 pull-ups or getting third place in the Spartan World Champs and winning awards, or whether it's helping a podcast grow to top charts, win $50,000 podcast sponsorships, and become keynote speakers. Like, it's, it's about feeling— having the client and me, but having them feel seen and heard. And I think those have always been the two, like, my two areas of pain in my life. And so I've overcome those pains, and now I, I've always wanted to help people feel seen and heard. And whether it was through the modality of fitness or life coaching, business coaching, or now podcast and media, it's like being able to tell someone's story and help them actually accomplish the things that's that are deep down, like there is not a better feeling for me than being part of that. And I just have realized that the way that I want to do that now is through the medium of podcasting, of speaking, of voice, of marketing, of these creative campaigns and kind of bringing all my geniuses together in a way where I get to be like, yo, let's go, bitch. Like, link arms, like, let's fuck this up together. And I know I always wanted that. I always wanted a creative partner in my business. Or in my life generally. And so I kind of created the business that I wish existed that I didn't see out there. A lot of, you know, a lot of businesses in my industry are very cookie cutter, one size fits all, churn, churn, churn. It's like, yes, we produce your podcast, blank, blank, blank. And we're like, no, no, no, we are premium or high ticket for a reason because we are actually a partner with you and like think with you and, and create with you. And there's no one size fits all. And every client we work with is different and every client has a different strategy. And like, it's so fun for me to be able to do that and also empower people.
I love that you kind of drew that connection of like what you always have done and what you're doing now. Of course they're very different, but like the through line is being a true thought partner with someone. And before you even said the words ride or die, in my head I was already thinking like, you, you just are like a ride or die personality. Also, again, as like one of your best friends, like I just think you have that, you just have that energy. And, and I think in previous iterations of your business. Like, it's like you get to a certain point and then it's like, okay, the way to scale this is to do X, Y, and Z. But like, X, Y, and Z just wasn't what you really wanted to do. It didn't feel like alive and exciting for you. So then you lose the hype and the passion around it when it just becomes impersonal and detached. And, you know, how many people can we have? And, and so I think it's really cool that you've found something that allows you to make really great money, make really great impact, and also get to hang on to the thing that you love the most, which is linking arms with people and being so deep in the weeds with them and actually being a partner in their creative process, which is not a lot of what is allowed, air quotes, in business models that are teaching you how to massively scale, right?
Yeah, yeah. And it's like the previous versions of me were trying to listen to that route and you know, as soon as I had like more than 20 people in a program, I— dude, like, I would give people bonus one-on-one calls with me just so I could get in there and help them, because I loved it so much. It was like, that is like a no-no, you know, like, but I didn't care. I was like, I need to be more in it. I need them to— like, because I think that when you are highly creative— so like, all of our clients are very highly creative. I would say probably creative and artist first, entrepreneur second. Maybe not always, but most of them are very creative. There's a level of like hyper-intelligence paired with hyper-creativity, and it's like, holy shit, there's so many ideas. Like, fuck, like, what do I pick? You know? And so it's like helping bring that to the ground. And I am really good at taking someone's word vomit and turning it into a sentence, creating a tagline, creating the perfect fucking message that will just land. And so there's like a gift in that. And so I, I realized that in order to do my best work, the model has to shift, and I need a, I need a team. And, you know, like we've talked about this a little bit, but I was primary service provider in the coaching business that I ran, whether it was in fitness or life coaching or business coaching for 10 years. And I knew that what was going to get me to like the next level was having a team and not just a team of people I was giving things to, but an actual team that I was leaning on like, oh my God, like I can relax a little and they can also come in with ideas. And I think that part of, you know, using your voice and all the things I talk about is leadership. It's like, how do you lead other people? People? How do you get other people invested in your mission and in the vision and help want to be part of something? And so now I have the team, I'm growing the team, which is really exciting. And these people are so excited to be part of it because it's like I've basically spent the last decade figuring out what I didn't want. I tried every possible version of a business model in person and online, and then I've had memberships, I've had courses, I've had low-cost offers. I've had high-ticket consulting. I've had high-ticket coaching. I've had VIP days. I've had masterminds. I mean, literally everything.
Retreats.
Retreats. Yeah, retreats, events. Like, I have done everything. And it's like, sometimes we have to try everything to figure out what we like and don't like, you know. I'm just— I just had to do it that way. But what I've come to realize is, for me, it's important that I am in a growth path and I'm achieving, because I'm such an achiever. I know we're both Enneagram 3s, but then I also have that 7 where I am— it needs to feel alive, it needs to light me up, it needs to be exciting, and it needs to be fun. And so I, I used to think those things couldn't coexist, and now I'm learning, oh, when I'm achieving and it's a lot of fun, I could go forever. Like, I could work all the time, you know? And I think that is the only sustainable way for success because I see, like, I do— dude, I feel like this company is going to outlive me, and I'm like, I have a long fucking road ahead of me, and I can't burn myself out. Like, I have to find the sustainable path, and it just took me a long time to find what that was for me, you know. It just takes years. So like, it actually does take years to develop your expertise and body of work and IP. It does take time to develop like, what are the things that only you could say because it's been the through line of your life, you know.
So you don't get to that by thinking about it really hard for a couple of weeks or months. You get there by just doing stuff. Like, I talk a lot with my clients about this idea of finding your mastery markers, like the things that you want to be known for. And like, instead of being a generalist, like, how can you sort of like be this specialist? Not that you can only utilize one skill set, but it's like there's something unique about your lived experience, your story, your perspective, your approach, your modality that does make it singular and unique and just one. There's only one of the way that you do things, the way that you teach things. But finding that unfortunately does take a lot of time, a lot of years of running business, working with clients, trying things, doing things, until it kind of all comes together and presents itself to you. And it's like the trope of, you know, you don't get clarity except through action. Like, you can't wait around for clarity to take action. You have to just keep taking all of the messy actions, and then you wake up one day and it like hits you over the head, and you're like, oh my God, that's my thing.
You know, and it's funny, I think for everyone listening, and also, yeah, for maybe for you too, it's like the thing, whatever that thing is, because I do think having a thing, or at least two circles— and what I mean by that is like almost a Venn diagram of like one thing that might not be related to another thing, but it's that intersection that makes you an absolute Jedi and a fucking ninja at what it is. And for me, that's podcasting and business. Like, I am really fucking good at the voice and the creative production and segments and series of shows those, but I'm also really good at marketing and business. And so that intersection of how does a podcast feed a business or a brand, that is my like, holy shit, like, that is it. And so I think looking back on your life, you'll see what the theme is, but you can only see it when you look back. And so I think a lot of people try to find their thing looking forward in a way, and it's almost like, well, okay, look back. Like, was there a common theme that all of your clients maybe came to you for, but underneath what they were coming to you for, it was actually that thing? And when I think about every single person that I ever coached, worked alongside, consulted, so funny is it was all about voice. I have goosebumps as I say it. Even my fitness clients, whether it was them telling themselves, their inner voice, I can't do another pull-up, and then I told them they fucking could, and then they did. Or they were overeating or stress eating or binge eating because they hadn't had the hard conversation with the person that they needed to have. And so they were full crippling anxiety. And as soon as they had that hard conversation that they needed to have with their parent or their partner or their friend and set a boundary, they stopped being so fucking stressed out that they didn't need to turn to food. It was always about voice. It was always— and I just, I didn't know it at the time. And so if I look at the last 10 years of my work, like genuinely, I think a month from now in May I will have quit my 9-to-5 and pursued full-time entrepreneurship, which is really crazy. Like a decade of me relying on me and like self-trust and all the things. And it's always been the through line, you know. And even with my friends, like, you're one of my closest friends, Sam, and I've even told you, like, you need to do that thing you already know. Like, it's always voice, it's trusting yourself, saying the thing, it's having the hard convo. And I don't know that I would have realized that if I hadn't done this kind of exercise of looking back and being like, what is the thing? What was the thing that I was always trying to say but maybe wasn't saying, you know? And so that's really the core message. And yeah, it just happens to be now funneled through the, the world of podcast and media and speaking and helping people find that message and get it out to the masses.
So on this idea of reinvention, I know that there's so many people listening to this that are going to be like, that's me, like I keep pivoting, or maybe I've been doing something for a while and I feel like this inkling or this sense that like it's not totally the thing, and I want to reflect back and kind of find the thing beneath the thing. But I think we want that process to be quick and we want it to be painless and we want to rush it because we want to get where we're going. So when you reflect on your process of continuing to reinvent yourself to get to this point, like, how do you know when it's time to pivot, or when you're just having that shiny object syndrome? Like you said, used to tell yourself, it's like, oh, I'm like just, you know, a mess and doing random shit. Like, or you're looking for like the next most exciting thing to focus on, or you're looking for dopamine because of like ADHD, or like whatever. Like, how do you know if it's distraction or if it's actually the right path? And like, when is it worth to sit in the hard parts of what you're already building versus, you know, kind of throwing in the towel, for lack of a better term, and being like, no, I've got to shift over here and do this other thing?
Yeah, I, I actually think it comes down to a body— like a feeling in your body. And to me, they feel very different. The shiny object feeling, which I've totally had in the past and I'm really working on— I actually can't afford to have shiny object syndrome right There's like too much weighing on me. I'm like, fuck, I gotta stay focused. Jesus. But the shiny object feels like in your body, it feels like— like it feels like if you could— if you're watching on YouTube, it's like, like it's urgent. It's, it's definitely rooted in scarcity and fear. And it's like when you make a decision to do something that you know is like— let's just use the relationship.
But I feel like it, I feel like it feels like quick relief.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it is. It's like a hit. You're trying to get out of a sensation. So it's a very like, you know, it's like calling your toxic ex for a hookup. It's the same thing. It's just like you're trying to get rid of that feeling really quickly. That's what it feels like. So it's this urgency, it's this ick, it's like, and you want to do it fast. Speed is like super, um, tied to the shiny object. Pivot, on the other hand, it feels way more stable, grounded, intentional. Yes. And it's a choice that it will keep coming up, like the pattern will keep recurring, and there's this constant, this is not right, this is not right, this is not— like, you'll, you'll feel it in your gut, you know, depending on how connected you are to your intuition. I'm very intuitive, so I, I kind of can pick up on it quick. But it's this inner, almost this inner knowing, or this inner state of, wow, this is not— this just keeps not working, and it feels like I am ramming my head against a fucking wall. And yes, building anything is a lot of fucking work, and it requires sacrifice and all the things, but it shouldn't feel like you are you're legitimately banging your head against the wall. That to me is misalignment. Like, that to me is pivot. That to me is, okay, we need to zoom out and actually ask yourself, like, is this working? Or is this bringing— if it's a business, is this bringing you the results that you want? Are you— do you enjoy working with your clients? Like, and, and I think, like, the question I've continued to come back to is, if I wasn't getting paid for it, would I still do it? This isn't everyone's, like, world, but I think you need to find the way that you can show up sustainably for a long time and do it not from a place of the money, but truly from a place of desire. Cuz that will make you so much money, like just genuinely enjoying the process, you know, and like liking what you do. If you don't like it, you're gonna have to force yourself and that requires so much uphill energy and it's gonna exhaust you and probably burn you out, you know.
Okay, so I have something I think you're really gonna love and your business is gonna love it even more. Do you wanna steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram Stories, chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales. But if your Instagram Stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing and the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust. Posting look-at-me content and calling it authority. Sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is gonna give you 5 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer's incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. What's the difference between— you alluded to this, but like something being truly not right and something just being hard, because things worth doing are hard, and it doesn't always mean just because something's hard that it's misaligned, so you need to like switch everything.
Thing. Yeah, this is like the question of like, is it fear or is it misalignment, right? It's like, is it just like scary and hard and it's like uncomfortable and unknown, or is it actually not the path? I mean, as simple as it is, you can sit down with a journal and like write this question out and see what comes to you, because like we do have our inner voice. And this is going to come back to inner voice. Like, our inner voice is the only person and the only thing that's going to really be able to give us that answer. No coach, no person outside of you will be able to know, but But a cool way that you can do this is you can, if you're weighing two options, say it out loud. Like, so yeah, this is a fun exercise. Okay, so say you're make— trying to make a decision on whether it's— is this just hard and uncomfortable because it's new, or is it not the path? With both options, you're going to take your camera front-facing, or it doesn't even have to be— you don't even have to see yourself, but you need to hear yourself. For both options, do a different video or different audio. And talk about the thing that you so-called want to do, or whatever the path is. So the one that you're considering A and one you're considering B, and just say them. Then you're going to take a step back and you're going to listen to both of these audios or videos, and all you're gonna do is listen to how you say it, and not the words but the energy, like underneath the words you're saying. I can almost guarantee you that you will be able to make your decision based on what you hear, because your energy gives away so much as to which way you actually want to go. One will feel like struggle, it will feel like hard, it will feel like, oh my God, like, uh, which is the misalignment. One will feel like, this is the way I know I should go, or I need to go. It's going to require more work maybe, or it's going to be inconvenient, or it's going to be whatever it is, but your soul knows it. And so I recommend doing this, or you can call a friend who you can ask them to do this with you and kind of use people your mirror to get a sense for what's actually going on in your inner world. Because there is such a fine line of discernment between not doing something out of misalignment versus not doing something out of fear. And there's been so many decisions in my life where I've done the air quotes wrong thing, you know, like nothing's really wrong, it always guides you back. But, and I think this is a skill we have to constantly work on to be able to discern which voice is switch.
And I think, like, at least for me in my own journey, like, the biggest thing with that is understanding, like you said, there's no real wrong answer. Because if it is wrong now, you're gonna get another piece of awareness moving forward that, like, you know, you're just gonna— if you don't make the decision now, or you're like, I— okay, I think it's this, and you choose it and it's really not supposed to be that thing, you're gonna— you're gonna keep getting other breadcrumbs, clues, signs, insight, feelings, inner voice. Like, it's going to keep coming up for you. So you really can't— you really— and if you let something pass by and you're like, wait, that was the thing, like you said, it will circle back. You always find a way to get back on the one path that you've been set on in this lifetime.
Totally. And I told— I have this very strong belief, like, divine timing. Like, everything will happen in the right timing no matter what. And and nothing that is supposed to happen for me, like, is never going to miss me. So I think when you have these two core beliefs about the way life works, that's just what fucking happens, you know? And it's like, you are given the opportunities, and even if you are able to turn them down, it's fine. Who cares? You can't get life wrong. I think that's the thing, is so many people are scared to make the wrong decision, and it's like, just give yourself 60 seconds. Like, this is, this is like such a hack. It's like, make the decision in 60 seconds, move on with your life, and start taking action in the direction of the decision that you made, and you will very quickly realize if you need to go the other direction. Like, it's really obvious, you know? It's like getting on the highway and you're like, shit, do I need to go north or south? I don't know. All right, well, you have to pick because you're driving on a highway and you need to choose a direction. Okay, pick north. You can't stop. Yeah, start, start driving north. Okay, and then start going north. And if you start seeing the things you like, great. Okay, cool, keep going north. And if you don't, that's why there's off-ramps. Like, that is why we have exit ramps. And I think life is just that. Like, it is literally a series of these highways and detours, and you can get off and on and go upside— like, you can do all the things. And it's like you have the power to make a new decision every single second of your life. So just pick a fucking thing and go, because I know I can overthink, or, ah, you know, and we all can. But I think give yourself a small window of time, pick north, south, and then just go all in on that decision and see what happens. And you can always pivot from there.
Yeah, and I think people are really paranoid about picking the fastest, most ideal path instead of just allowing themselves to go and then take an off-ramp and circle back and like change directions. But it's like half the time, if we're using this as a metaphor for there's something or someone or some conversation on the off-ramp that you were meant to experience anyways, which is why you had to go the opposite direction to get that off-ramp to meet that person or have that conversation or make that connection. And so again, it's like, you can't— you're not doing it wrong. Like, you can't just sit there and stall in inaction and wait forever to be like, this is the shortest, most optimized path that I'm going to choose. Like, no, you're actually choosing the longest longest, stupidest path possible.
I know, I know. And I do this too, like, I'm guilty of it too, you know. Sometimes you can, you can really do that. But I think the reframe that you just said is awesome. And I want to give you a little anecdote. Like, where we live now, Kurt and I, my husband, we're in Boulder, Colorado. And we— I never expected to move to Colorado. And we got here, basically we rented a place that's like 5 minutes from us, and then we found our current spot. And we are now looking at buying land. And I remember Kurt said something, he's like, oh man, that last place, like like, it was so fucking expensive. Like, it just was like a lot of cash. And, and I was like, I know it was very pricey, you know, it was. And I was like, and— because he was almost like, I kind of regret that. And I'm like, I'm like, yeah, like, I get it. And we wouldn't be here, and we wouldn't have found the land we wanted to buy if we would— if we weren't here, because I would have never looked in this area. And so it's like everything is a breadcrumb. And I think for you to trust that, like, even if the decisions in the moment feel like regretful, you're like, what fuck. It's really seeing that in the future all the dots will connect. And it's so cool because you'll never know the full story of your life until you get to your deathbed. And it's like, how fucking crazy is that, that we don't get to see all those highways and interwebs and the detours and the people who changed our complete life path because of one thing we by accident stupidly did? But it was never stupid. Like, it was actually supposed to be the path. And so just trusting that, like, it all will be fine. And you can't— yeah, we just, like, you can't fuck up your life. Like, you can't get it wrong. Wrong. And I think that just takes so much pressure off of us when we realize, like, we don't need to make the perfect decision because there is no perfect decision. Every decision has a cost. Every single decision has a cost. There's always a downside to every decision. So you can't get it wrong.

It's so true. Like, you never are gonna know how everything connects. I hope that like when we die we get like a really cool— like, I need, I need a visual map representation and like the almost like fastest journey of like all the things that I almost did but didn't do, and like what that led me to instead. Like, I need it all laid out, okay? So that's from me to God, that's my, that's my request.
You know what's funny? Like, I know we're gonna maybe talk about psychic gifts and the alien stuff, but like, I see my life like that. Like, I see my life like a timeline. Like, I, I visually see it. I I can, I can see your life like that. Like, it's really crazy. Like, I, I'm like, oh, I see these milestones in your future, and it's, it does look like just this horizontal line with these, like a timeline. And it's really cool because, yeah, I really hope that we do get that when we die. That would be awesome. Be so cool.
And also, when I do things now that I'm like, okay, this is a stretch, or it's inconvenient but worth it, or it's going to be expensive but I'm really excited about it, like whenever I do something like that, I'm like I file it in my brain of like, this is going to be part of my movie. You know how they say like you see a movie of your life before you die? I'm planning a wedding right now, which is obviously a very big thing for a very short, you know, blissful couple of hours. And, you know, we've been planning this for over a year now, and it's like crazy how much goes into it and how quickly it's gonna pass. And like part of me, as we get closer and closer, is like, I'm already bittersweet about the fact that it's going to be over and be— and like be so fast. All of this for just the tiniest little like blip of euphoria. And then also like all the money and like the effort and like everything that you pour into it, and, and the time like pulled away from other things that I could be focusing on or working on. Like, it is a big kind of— I don't want to call it a sacrifice because it's so fun and such a privilege to be able to do it. But yeah, it's a choice that you make to really focus on something instead of something else. But I'm like, this is definitely— this day is going to be part of a huge part of my movie when I die. Like, I'm gonna see every little flicker of every moment, like the kiss, the sunset, like the dress, like laughing, the friends, like family, my parents. Like, I imagine everything that's gonna happen as my— at my wedding in this like flash, flash, flash, flash, flash, like movie. And I'm like, that is what I want to see when I die. Like, if I think about it too much, I'll cry, but I'm I'm like, okay, worth it, sold.
This is why you gotta go all in on your fucking life, you know, and like figure out what's important to you and what matters to you and like do it that way. And yeah, I feel like your wedding is going to be one of the things on my exciting moments list because Kurt and I have been together for 7 years and have traveled all over when we did van life for, for 3 years full time, but we have not been to Europe together. He's been to multiple continents, so have I, but we've never been to Europe together. And so it's like our first Sammy Curty wrote, uh, Euro Trip, you know. And so, uh, and to be able to celebrate one of my best friends' like loves, and you and Jaime, like, I'm just— I'm so excited to, to go. And I think it is just like, you can't make the wrong decision. You have to make the best decision for you with the information you have at that present moment, and then move the fuck on. And don't overthink your decisions, because that is like a recipe for hell.
And like you said, like, go all in on your life. Like, obviously we're talking about things that are relevant to us right now, but like even in like business and what you're working on right now of building a team and like hiring these ride or die people that, you know, is an investment. It's a serious investment, but it's like that is worth the experience of what it's going to give you. And so not being afraid to go all in on the things that excite you and that, you know, are just gonna give you so much joy and passion and bring your business to life or your relationship, like whatever those areas are for you, you really have to like go all in. In without fear.
Yeah, for sure. I mean, I was writing on this yesterday or the day before of how the hiring process for me has been so new and like, like doing it this way, which I think is like the right way to hire. In the past, I hired people kind of knowing they were going to be a short-term hire or like knowing like, eh, this is good for now. But this time I was like, no, I'm hiring ride-or-die people who want to be in long-term relationships with me in this company and legitimately could be here for 5, 10, 20 years, like, like creating this company culture and the vision and mission that is so fucking awesome that like people want to be a part of it. And when I made the post, I put it everywhere, but on social you saw it, like it legitimately went viral. And it was like, I think it was a little god wink of, Sam, you've been talking about needing support for so fucking long, bitch. Like I'm gonna make your assist— your hiring ride or die assistant post go viral. I I got— I even got paid out from Facebook like $15, you know, for like this post getting 5,000 comments on it and like being shared 1,000 times. And, and I found my fucking ride-or-die unicorn. She, uh, her first day was last week and I feel so— oh, I just feel so much relief and satisfaction, which is like our signature thing in Human Design, like manifesting generator, when we feel that feeling of relief, like, oh my God, it's so amazing. And, and then I put out another job posting 2 weeks ago, and that one went viral. And I'm like, what the fuck is happening? And I, I'm also laughing because I'm not surprised, because of course people want meaningful work and they want to be part of something purposeful. And also it just feels like, wow, like I have always been supported, but at a certain point I stopped feeling like I could have the support that I wanted or whatever, and so I never made the effort. And so I've put in 4 months of the work work to create the right role, create the application, go through the hiring process, like do my fucking due diligence. And now after all that work and hours of sorting through hundreds of applications, I'm like, I got my fucking team. And this is how it should feel. And I think I've always known that. So yeah, that's a whole other thing. It's like, that's right for me. That might not be right for everyone. Like not everyone's supposed to grow a team and like a big team. And I, I do feel, as much as my human does not want to do any of this, like my soul knows like this is, this is my path. And so I have to do the uncomfortable thing and the hard thing and the, like, the work, put in the work to be able to build the thing that's on my heart to build.
I know it's been really wild to see that just evolution of you, like, kind of, yeah, just like growing as a business owner and really stepping into like founder mode and like bringing people into the bigger like mission and also just having clarity for yourself on like, this is what I'm meant to build. And I think a lot of that comes, like we've been talking about in this conversation, through the messy action, through listening to your inner voice, through allowing yourself to pivot when it's in alignment, of not judging yourself, of trusting that you can't make the wrong decision, and just like taking all those little steps that bring you to the path to be able to, you know, have this. But also part of that is a lot of spiritual seeking. We've been through years and years of so many different iterations of the spiritual journey. And I know like we have so many conversations about this stuff, but last year you and I were talking a lot about faith and God and like how things that we're believing in are evolving and changing. And recently we were talking a lot of aliens and starseeds. And so yeah, let's speak to kind of like the, this, the spiritual side of the path of this evolution that's gone hand in hand with you evolving as a person and evolving your business.
Yeah, I— this, this is coming through really strongly, but like, I feel like one of the most spiritual things you can do is have higher standards. And I have been faced with a lot of challenges in this area that have tester— tested my standards and boundaries and what I am allowing into my life. And there's— oof, it's like, as you get clearer and clearer on who you are and why you're here, like, I, I feel like we all have a mission. And I think the mission requires you to be somebody that, if your human had it, like, their way, it would not be that way. But like, the mission is going to require you to show up and be a certain type of person in order to lead it. And I think about, like, all great innovators and all great inventors, people that have created the, like, a new technology or a new civilization or new anything. They had to do what 99.9% of the population wouldn't do or make decisions that they can't make. And I have started to be met with more and more of these situations where I have to say no, or I have to, yeah, just create meet a standard for how I show up. And it's been quite uncomfortable to have to say no so much. I've never said no more in my life, and it sometimes makes me question myself. But I know that I'm not doing it for me. It's like I'm genuinely doing it for the mission that I'm leading. And like, what does the mission need me to be? And what does the mission say about this? You know, it's like I'm almost consulting it.
What are you saying no to? Like, are you talking about opportunities or things that come your way? It's like, hey, do you want to do this? Do you want to speak here? Do you want to— can you, can you help me in this way? 'Can you work with this client?' Is it that kind of stuff, or is it— and also deeper than that? Like, can you specify?
Yeah, so it could be anything from any of the things you said, like opportunities that seem great but I know I have to say no to, like I want to go to but I can't. Invitations to events or to gatherings or to networking things that seem great but it's not the best use of my time, and so I have to say no. Friendships that that in the past it would have been okay to keep going with, but now they start to drain me, or I can feel like there's an imbalance in the energy exchange, right, where I am perpetually on mission doing the things, and then it's not the same in, in response. Like, there's a, there's a mismatch there. And so I've really been examining my inner circle, how I spend my time, my habits, movement, I mean, sleep, water, all the basics of just like well-being. And so, yeah, making conscious choices to say no to everything that is a distraction from the one big focus. And I think that it's uncomfortable for me because I think in the past I've always tried to manage other people's emotions and like make them feel good about themselves. And I can't do that anymore. Like, I just genuinely don't have time to do that. And so So I think it's this making peace with realizing that I don't have to be liked, but I need to not abandon myself and trust myself as a leader and like let that be okay if I'm not liked. But I need to be respected, you know. It's like I can't not respect myself because it doesn't work. And, and I'm sure you, you get this too, but it's like once you've, once you've created a level of success or visibility or whatever the— whatever the right word is. There is so many things that want your attention. And in my— actually, in my most recent psilocybin journey, I had this visual shown to me, and it was like all of these— it looked like these little gremlin monstery things that were trying to like pull at my eyelids. It was so weird. Like, they were trying to get my attention. They were trying to be like, me, look at me, choose me, pick me. This competing priorities. Yes, distractions, distractions, distractions. And, and so I've had to really navigate having hard conversations with people I love to just say like, hey, I love you, and that, you know, big parties aren't my thing right now, or I love you and I just, I can't commit to this right now, this is my priority. And so just constantly having to let people down, I fucking hate doing it. It's just what it is. And I don't know if it's like the, the Cancer, uh, rising in me, or like the nurture, like I don't know what the fuck that is, the old people pleaser part, but it's this identity jump that's asking me to say no to so many things that I was saying yes to, like, all the time. And so pretty much everything I was previously saying yes to, I'm now saying no to. And that's just been like a, whoa, like, this is kind of wild.
Okay, let's talk about the psychedelic journey a little bit as we're getting into like the spiritual side of things, because I'm really curious about what that opened up for you. I know it felt like a really big anchoring in truth of like where you're meant to go and what you're meant to do. So can you talk to us a little bit about that, why you did it, what it was like, and like the most— like the, the highlights in terms of what it revealed for you?
Right before— so I had a client invite me and she was like, hey, I have this, this person, this mentor who hosts these journeys, and they're super guided, super safe, You sign an NDA. It's like a whole thing. It's like awesome. And she's like, I really feel like you need to be there. She's also very intuitive. And I couldn't go. I was on a— I was going on a bike trip, and it just so happened that I felt like I had to cancel the bike trip. And then she told me about it again, and she's like, you need to be there. I keep getting a message that you need to be there. And I didn't feel super, super called to go, but I didn't feel repelled. And so I felt like there could be something really exciting there for me. And so I said Yes. So I go, I don't know what to expect. It was MDMA and psilocybin. And for those of you who don't know this, I didn't know this until I did the experience, but MDMA basically takes your, um, fear response, like it just takes it offline. So there is, there is no fear, there's no in your head. You are really like just in love. It's so amazing. And, and I didn't realize, like, they do it with intention, of course, but if you do MDMA before psilocybin you go into that journey with no fear around the trip.
What's the solution to not having anxiety in a drug trip? Do more drugs before you do the next set of drugs.
Do drug one before you do drug two. Um, and so, so yeah, so we do MDMA first and then psilocybin, and I did a quite a large dose. And let me back up a little because I got excited, but basically that was the set and setting, right? And it was a very intimate group, it was very curated, and I felt drawn to go, and I felt like there it was safe. And I know a lot of people can like just like fuck around with that stuff. And I'm all for using it for creativity, but if I'm going to go in a group, like, I want to feel like safe, you know. So that's what made me feel pulled. And right before I got this invitation, I found this song on Spotify called Who Are You Really? And it just was this song, um, you can look it up. It's, uh, I can't, I can't remember the artist. Maybe Lay Youth is the artist, I think. And it was about like going inward to figure out who you are. And I think that this has been so much of my life path, is like actually figuring out who I am and not who the world wants me to be. And I think that's part of any artist's or creative's battle, is like there's create for yourself and there's create for your audience. And it's like, as a creator, as a podcaster, as someone who makes content, it's, it's this battle between both. It's the battle between what do they need and want and what do I need and want to express. And I was listening to the song on repeat, and I went into that journey with the intention of I want to know who the fuck I am. You know, the power of intention, man. Holy fuck. Like, I'd be so curious if I didn't set that intention prior, but goddamn, I went into that journey with that intention and I came out on the other side knowing who the fuck I am, who the fuck I used to be, who I am, and who I'm becoming. And it was like these 3 phases. I did a full episode on, on my show on the whole journey, but wow, I was shown who I was in past lives, what my life in this time is going to be like, and then also the future for my life and for civilization at large, like, like actual civilization, the new world that's being built, um, the new paradigm of leadership, uh, what's gonna fall away. Like, I, I, I got shot into different dimensions, and we could totally go there. It was so fucking crazy and amazing and mind-blowing. I mean, I cried and I laughed. It was remarkable. It was the most transformative experience of my entire life. And what I saw and was told, I can't unsee and I can't unknow. And it's like everything that I've gotten from that journey was about 5 weeks ago. This week I have implemented, I have listened to, and it's already started creating miracles in my life. And I'm like, holy balls, like, I can't believe that this— like, I just— there's there's still like part of my actual like human experience, like me here. I'm like, is this real? Like, did that really happen? You know, like, is this gonna happen? Like, what the fuck? So yeah, it was fucking bananas. Um, and I'm happy to expand on any of the parts, of course, but that's kind of high-level overview.
What is the— you mentioned like feeling like you're in different dimensions. What is the connection that you've been feeling recently with aliens, because we've been talking and joking a lot about aliens, but actually, like, we're so serious about the alien thing.
Oh no, guys, we're fucking serious about the aliens.
The amount of times that I've been told in the most serious manner possible that, like, I'm an alien is not normal. Like, that's not just something people say. You don't just go up to it and be like, hey, I just, like, really have this strong intuitive feeling that, like, you are not from planet Earth and you're, like, an alien being. Like, the amount of people that have told me that at events, conferences, other spiritual people that I've podcasted with, intuitives that I've had sessions with. In Egypt, that was like one of the major like messages that I got in terms of the whole journey with the goddess Hathor and like being from another planet and being this starseed. Like, if you guys want to go listen to the Egypt series, if you're newer to the podcast and you have not, it's exactly 2 years since I was in Egypt and I did a 3-part series on the whole thing. That's if you want conspiracy theories, why wild spiritual journeys, that type of stuff, go listen to those episodes. But so there was like, you know, alien stuff, past life stuff. But then also with Elizabeth April, the episode that I did with her, all about, you know, the Epstein stuff and just like the crazy like conspiracies and, and the spiritual realm and the New Earth. Like all of these themes like keep coming up and converging. And after I've recorded with her, she was like, can I tell you something if you're like open to it? And so of course was like, yeah. And she's like, you are definitely an alien. I was like, okay, okay. Um, so anyways, tell me about your recent, like, connection to the alien realms.
If I'm gonna be honest, like, I think since I was a kid, I did always feel connected to, like, outer space and things unseen, and also the universe. Like, I always wanted to understand the universe. Verse. Like, I just had this fascination. And so, uh, even watching like E.T. when I grew up, like, I loved E.T. I was obsessed with E.T.
And then when most kids were kind of like low-key scared of E.T., like, yeah, I was like, E.T.
is like my people, like, oh my God. And so, so the alien thing kind of only came into my awareness in the past few years when— I don't even know, I think it was like with some friends I think maybe you and I had convos too, but we'd always just like mess around with this topic— aliens. And then very recently I— well, I would say in the past 2 years I discovered that I was a channel and very intuitive, and I developed my, my channeling abilities. What I was getting was information that didn't make sense to me. Like, I was getting information about the future of the world. I didn't understand. I was like, the fuck? Like, how do I know this? Like, I was getting messages on leadership, on the new world, the new Earth. I didn't— had never even heard these terms. And then now you go on social media and they're everywhere, but I just— I didn't know. And then I started having experiences with other intuitives or people who are like in this world where they were like, oh yeah, like, you are definitely not from this planet. And I'm like, okay, I don't know what that means, but okay, sure. And then so then I just kept exploring. I kept exploring starseeds, and I was really interested in and other planetary existence. And like, what does that mean to not be of this planet? And like, also, what the fuck am I channeling? Because I grew up Catholic, I left organized religion, I be— I guess I went down a spiritual path, but I didn't feel I was channeling like angels, or I was channeling God or Christ consciousness. It felt like something just bigger than me, and I didn't know what it was. And in the journey, I was shown that I was being given information from other planets who are just basically full of ascended masters and ascended souls, people who have completed all of their karmic shit on Earth, that have completed the life process and now are here to guide civilization. And so I was shown in the journey that I was two main like starseeds. One was Lirien, which is like big cat, cat-like beings. And actually in the journey, when I looked in the mirror, I was like, I looked like a cat. I looked like a lioness. It was so beautiful. I was enamored with myself. I was like, oh my God, like my, my blonde curly hair. Like, you know, like when I'm not living in Colorado, my hair is like, I have an afro. And then I was shown that I was also an Arcturian, and Arcturians are here to advance civilization. They are the bridge between the 3D and the 5D, and they often don't, like, they aren't able to have like small talk. Like, I, I could relate to so much of what was talked about with Arcturians. It's like infinite intelligence. You just know things. You don't know how you know things. You're here to advance civilization and society and consciousness. And that is your only mission. And the mission of my company is amplifying the voices of consciousness. We, we turn conscious voices into cultural forces. That is the mission of the company. And it is not a business. Like, I'm like, this business is not a business, you guys. I get it. We're an S corp. Yeah, I get it. We pay taxes. But this is a mission. And it's like much bigger than the 3D business. I thought kind of I was a little crazy for that. But the more that I've learned about this stuff, I'm realizing that, yeah, I've probably had a lot of lifetimes on planet Earth. And I am here to bring like wisdom and knowledge from other lifetimes and also move shit ahead. And which is why I'm so uninterested in most things. Like I just, I'm interested in like 3 main things: aliens, consciousness, and advancing the business, which is gonna, you know, all things business brand, how to build the thing. That's like all, and like health. It's like all I think about. All I want to do— it's, it's like I have a hyper obsession with this. And yeah, the more that I learn about it, the more I get fascinated about it. I go down rabbit holes. Like, I just love this shit so much. And I have developed my channeling abilities to the point where I can now connect with somebody's, like, ascended masters or spirit team or whatever it is, like their highest self basically. And I can help them with their company from the lens of like their voice and their visibility. Like, I can— I know exactly the platforms they need to be on, how it works, the ecosystem, their message, like the segment, like their show, the way that they get put out into the world. It's so cool. Like, I'm just given almost like a dashboard for this person, and it's like why I feel like the business is also different, because we are definitely talking aliens and consciousness and shit, and that's what our clients love because they're so alien. Like, they're so not of this planet, and they're so interested in moving society ahead, in making impact, and not just making money. It's like money has always, for me, always been the byproduct of the mission. Like, money is the fuel for the mission, and if money ever comes first, then I've lost my way. And just like, kick me out of CEO. Like, truly, it's, it's mission first, mission first, mission first. And that's how every single one of the clients that we partner with is too. And so I think I think, again, going back to kind of what we talked about at the start, it's like knowing yourself and being unapologetic about that and letting that shine. Like, yeah, I'm not for everyone. Like, my company is not for everyone. Definitely not. Like, we're way too out there for a lot of people. But for the right people, it's like tasting water for the first time after walking in the desert. They're like, fucking finally somebody gets the depth of what I'm trying to do and understands the nuances of anything that touches the realms energetics or consciousness or spirituality or making impact. It's not just surface level this, it's depth, it's transformation, it's legitimately changing society at large.
I think, I think it's rare in when you're in like a business realm, if you are someone like a lot of your clients who are already, you know, highly successful or have, have done a lot of things, are accomplished, have developed some sort of thought leadership already. When you're in those spaces, like, it can feel— especially just like depending on where you're going to talk business with people, it can feel really stuffy, numbers-based. Like, a lot of that is helpful because you want to have strategy, of course, but like you're saying, feels like a breath of fresh air when you are in strategic business conversations that also understand the depth and the spiritual side of it and like the larger mission and the purpose, especially for a founder who is really truly like mission-led, heart-led. So yeah, I think that's like, for a lot of people that you work with, it's probably like, damn, like this is so cool, because like not everyone gets— you don't get that in a lot of business spaces.
Yeah, yeah. And I mean, we've shared conversations offline and behind the scenes of like experiences that we went to that felt just maybe like, like they were good or they were well produced, the— there was not depth. Yeah, or, or they sucked, or they were so fucking bad. Yeah, or they, they really needed an integrity check. But yeah, just the depth. They were missing depth. They were missing the real real. And in the world of AI, in the world of everything, it's like—
also like fake depth, because I also think like the spirit, the spiritual side of like, you know, wanting to understand the mission and the importance and the purpose like people know that that's what people are craving.
Yeah. Then they feed off that.
Yes. They like capitalize on it and like they put it in their bio or in their tagline or in their whatever, but they're not— they don't actually give a fuck.
They don't embody it. I think that's the thing is like you have to be, you know, there's so many conversations about it's a trust recession. Well, good. There should be a trust recession because people need more discernment and they need to be better at purchasing and they need to fucking learn when somebody's energy doesn't match their words. You know, it's like when somebody is so fucking convicted in their mission, they will get— they will— I mean, you can hear the passion in my voice. It's like, this is not a business, like, this is a mission. Like, you— if you see red flags, like, or you feel red flags, like, you gotta do your homework, you know? You gotta do your homework. And I say this as somebody who didn't do their homework and made investments where I'm like, geez, I really fucking fell for it, you know? And so it's like, now why I am so vocal about all those experiences, because I'm like, yeah, like, do your homework. Work. Like, make sure they're a good fit.
Sometimes the homework isn't even that hard because there's part of you that feels like you should do something just because everyone else is doing it, but the reality is that you're like, I actually don't even like this person's energy or their approach, but it just like looks good, and I guess everyone else also thinks it's good, so like I should think it's good. It's like sometimes the homework isn't even that fucking deep. It's just like, are you actually drawn to that person or not, right?
And that goes back to the inner voice thing. It's like, if you're doing what all your friends are doing, whatever else on the internet is doing, like you are just gonna be a fish in the sea. You're just gonna be a— you're gonna be following along like a little sheepy. But I'm assuming you're listening to the show because you're a fucking goat, and goats, goats do cool shit, you know? And I think in order to build anything meaningful and long-lasting, like, you do have to listen to your inner voice as your guidance system all the time and be willing to be unpopular to make the decision that's true to you. And it will, it will reward you, believe me. Like, I spent the last few years pretty much off social not in anything, like completely detached from any personal development, anything. I didn't listen to a single podcast, unfollowed pretty much all the peeps or muted them, did nothing. I just spent time with me and doing my thing. And that is what— it was unpopular. I felt, I felt left out. I felt uncool. I felt like I questioned it, but I knew it was the thing I had to do. And now I'm at a place where I'm more proud than I've ever been of who I've become. And the thing I'm building is so me. It's like so me-coded. It's not influenced by anyone else. Like, it is so me, and it feels so good. Because when you lose yourself on this pivoting fucking crazy journey of life and entrepreneurship, it is the worst feeling. It is the worst feeling to lose yourself. And I have been there. I remember Kurt said to me once, he's like, I feel like you're just— you've become an amalgamation of a lot of people that you follow on the internet. And I will never forget that comment. I I offered him to give me that comment. It's not like he just said that to me, but I remember telling him I was so unhappy and depressed and just like, what the fuck? And he said that to me and I was like, whoa. It was kind of the like wake-up call I needed to be like, this is not who I am. Like, I'm a cool person. What the fuck? Like, why am I trying to— like, what am I doing? And it was so subconscious, I didn't even realize I was doing it, or I wasn't trying to do it, but it made me had to reevaluate my life and take a step back. And now It's like, I'm back, but I'm back as me with boundaries and blinders on to be building the thing that I'm here to build and to do the thing that I'm here to do and not shiny object myself.
Thank God for that one. So good. Okay, I wanna— on that note, that was so powerful. I just want to close by asking you for the advice that you would give someone who is in the void right now because you've been there. Like you said, you became all the people that you were looking at, and you had to look inward to refind yourself. And there was a lot of times where maybe you didn't know what the next right step was, but you had to keep moving anyways. So for someone who's building their business right now and they can sense that they're not fully in alignment, uh, that they're meant for something different or something bigger, but they just don't know what it is yet, they feel trapped, they're in the messy unknown, they're in the void, What is the piece of advice that you would give that person?
I think that if you're in the void, there's a reason you're in the void. And it's like, celebrate the void. As shitty as that sounds, it's like, I know in it you're like, okay, fuck off, Sam. Like, I don't want to celebrate the void. But like, I promise you, like, having gratitude for the void will actually make the void go away faster. So just like, first, there's a reason why. Second, I think that every situation is different. Because if you have the space to be able to take a step back and really like get in touch with yourself, by all means, go ahead. I never had that luxury. I had to keep going because I didn't have a choice. Like, I had to pay my fucking bills, you know? And so I didn't have a— I hadn't created like a, a safety net for myself to be able to have that type of space. If you have space, by all means, take some space and And I would say leverage your closest relationships and be vulnerable with them and what you need and where you're at. I wish I had done that more. I wish I had been more vulnerable and honest. I was with you, Sam. Like, I, I remember coming to you and sharing with you like what I was navigating, whatever that was, 2022. Yeah, like lean on your support, allow yourself to receive support. And yeah, and then if you, if you're not in a position to be able to take a step back, then start to find and make it, make a written list, an inventory of that day at the end of the day make note of the things that did light you up that day. Like, what are the things that gave you energy? Start using your own life as a data system. Like, that's it, purely data. Just understand what are those things, because those things are giving you clues. And when I looked back when I was in the void, I remember the only thing that was bringing me joy was being a guest on other people's podcasts, podcasting myself, and speaking in groups to clients or, you know, events. I was like, wow, that's like what I love doing. I love speaking. I love taking my life experience or my expertise and distilling it down into concepts and teachings that I can share. And I love having conversations. I love going deep. I love riffing. And I love giving people advice. I love giving them advice on the hard situations that they don't know how to handle. And when I look at what I do now, that's literally what I fucking do now, you know? And so it's like your life is giving you the data. It's just Oftentimes we're not taught to reflect. And as a business owner, it's like you need to be reflecting. Okay, how did Q1 go? How did it go? How did Q2, Q3, how did the full year go? Doing those reflections, it's arguably more important than setting goals. If you do not use your life's data as information, then you're going to set goals on, on just fluff because you won't actually be able to set a new trajectory if you don't know where you came from, or you're going to be setting goals based on what other people are doing. Exactly. Or just arbitrary fucking numbers. Like, oh, I want to make 7 figures this year. It's like, why? Can you do that? Are you in a position— like, what? That's so random. And so use the data. And I think, like, if I, if I was in the void right now, I would, one, look at my life, look at my calendar. How did I spend my time? And how does it either light me up or drain me? That's information. And then number two, ask your friends, what do you think I'm really good at? Where do you think my strengths are? I'm so curious, like, if you had to pick a career path for me, or if you had you got to hire me for something, what would it be? And just see, see what they say. Ask 10 people in your circle, in different parts of your circles. Like, it could be in like the business group that you're in, or you're even your friends, or even a partner. See what people see in you. Sometimes we need that external reflection before we can really see it for ourselves. And I know for me, I didn't even realize I was a, air quotes, gifted speaker or a great conversationalist until I was reflected that. And of course, it's been 8 years of podcasting and speaking for a decade and doing all these other things. And when you are in it, it's hard to see it. It's hard to see your own gift because you live it, you are it. And asking for those reflections will allow you to see it with more crystal clear eyes.
I love that so much. That's so tangible. If you guys are feeling like you're in that void or you're unsure, do those reflections. Audit your calendar, like collect the data points, see what you're loving, what's lighting you up, what's draining you. Like, you will be able to eventually connect those dots and figure it out, even if you have to like keep moving forward in the meantime. Such, such good advice. Thank you for coming on the pod, Sammy. Always, always a good time. A Sam X Sam episode. Sam squared, baby.
Love you. I love you, and thanks for having me. It's so fun. Um, and I'm excited to see you in some other dimension. I can't wait. Like, some people are scared to die. I'm one like, like, I don't— it's not that I want to, but I also am excited to see what it's like after there, you know? And like what we're going to be doing and looking at our timelines and meeting our alien friends. Like, come on.
I feel like we'll be like some like alien versions of ourselves but like still find each other and we'll be like, we, we out here, we out here, we repping that 5D. Like in some fucking galactic like universe place, whatever. And we're like, yeah, we knew it, we fucking knew it.
With the Arcturian dragons that I saw, these like white dragon-like avatar beings that are just like, yeah, wild.
You want to know what like blows my mind? I'm like, how much of like what we see in like movies and stuff is from other people's like spiritual downloads? Like the fact that like when I did this like spiritual like meditation with a kind of like psychic medium before I went to Egypt because I wanted to do like cord cutting and just like clearing my energy before I was the fucking vortex where everything is like amplified, because they're like, anything you bring with you into the pyramid or whatever is just gonna get amplified. So I was like, I need cleanliness, fucking clean me. So I did this, I did this experience, and I was met by a guide. And you know, you'll do meditation sometimes where it's like, oh, you're— a guide will appear, and like you kind of see what they look like. I was like, I genuinely think I'm making this up because I just saw a character from Avatar. Like, I just saw a blue being with big ears ears. Turns out it was Goddess Hathor that came to me then when I was in Egypt. Blue being, big ears, cow face, goddess, whatever. But I'm like, it's so like weird. The only reference that I had from 3D life was like the Avatar movie, to be like, it looks like something I saw in Avatar. So then it's like, how much of this shit is like just stuff that people have downloaded?
I know. Wait, can I show you something really quick for people that are watching on YouTube? So when I was in my journey, I was channeling all these drawings and I was just getting all this information downloaded to me, like light codes, DNA activations, all this shit. And I saw these big long blue beings that— let me show you a photo, hold on. I drew the alien head and they were just these tall blue light-bodied beings. And yeah, this is like— this was their face, like the kind of long, like, you know, typical alien face with the eyes going slanted down, like oval eyes. And, uh, yeah, here's another one. Here they are. And I was like, holy shit, like, I I was, I was on mushrooms drawing this shit. I had no idea. And now I feel like I have this connection to these blue being people. And a million percent, I wrote down my journal, Avatar is real. Avatar is fucking real, you guys. It is real. Just wait, just wait. And you know what else is real? Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars. It is a fucking, like, spiritual war. And Guardians of the Galaxy is real. The Star Wars, the Council of Light, like, these things are all real. I like, when we, when we go to another dimension after this one, I hope I remember saying this I could be like, yo, she fucking knew it. I knew it. Like, I— oh my God, because I just kept getting these messages like, you need to rewatch Star Wars and you need to rewatch— I don't think I've ever watched Guardians of the Galaxy— because there is like these protectors and these beings who are here to help us and guide us. And God, if I'm listening— if I was listening to this episode from a few years ago, I would have thought I was fucking tapped, like honestly. But now I'm like, I don't even care because it's like I've been shown this shit. I can't unknow it.
Where does creativity come from? Like, what is creativity? What are these ideas that authors, filmmakers— like, where does it come from? It's all energy. It has to be a frequency. So like, where is it? How is it being transmitted to you? Like, it's coming from somewhere, I swear to God.
Wait, okay, last thing. I know we're gonna wrap up, but like, I'm just really fucking excited. They showed me that this is how information and how consciousness actually evolves. So you see this, like, these like lines, right? Basically If you think about like a computer, computer hardware, where these— there are these like chips of information, right? And it's these really narrow lines that are— they go like vertical and then horizontal and then vertical again. And the way that I was shown consciousness actually evolves and information is transmitted to us is through these really, really, really narrow beams of sound, light, and frequency. And so it's why most of society, like, isn't able to get access to this information. It's just because they're too low frequency, whether it's like a low frequency place or they have low frequency thoughts. I live at about 8,000 feet of elevation, and I swear, you know, if you've ever gone on a plane, you're always clear, you get ideas, you get downloads. I genuinely believe it's because you're closer to this, you know, this pure purity of consciousness. There's no fear and scarcity in the, like, up in the, in the ethers, wherever. And The higher I live, the more clear I feel as a channel and just as a person generally. And so they were showing that the more that we can let go of our limiting beliefs, our fears, our doubts, shame, rage, all these low vibrational energies, the easier it will be to hear this information because the information is so high frequency. Like, we have to turn into it. What?
I just got a download.
What?
In the, in the Bible? Yeah. Whenever like Jesus would go to be with God, he would literally go go on a mountain.
You're so right. I have full chills, dude.
He would like go to the mountain, like get high up.
You're right. Oh my God.
Wow. Okay, wait, sorry. Keep going, keep going, keep going.
So yeah, when I moved to our place, I knew, um, I was like, oh shit, like this is gonna be really powerful. And even recording and filming my podcast, I tried to record my show like in, in the city, like in town in Boulder proper, and I felt fine, but it did not feel like how clear I feel up here. And so I've—
not me being at sea level.
Yeah, you're at sea level, bitch. Get up here on my frequency.
Miami's probably like low-key below sea level. It's about to be underwater.
Yeah, it is, it is. But it's so funny because I'm like, now I feel like I see UFOs up here. I had a freaking neighbor who had an alien encounter of like a gray body. She has a photo of it. I haven't seen the photo. Fucking nuts. I do feel like there is alien activity here. Like, I think, I think Boulder has some sort of a— I don't know, I think it's like a spot. It's like a Santa Fe, Sedona type energy where there's these like vortexes.
I don't know if you've heard the conspiracies about the Denver Airport, but there's like a lot of conspiracies about what happens under the Denver Airport.
Oh yeah, I 100% feel that that's true. I do not like the energy of Denver personally. I feel like it's very very demonic. Yes, there's very dense, heavy energy there. Every time I drive there, I— oh my God, yeah, it's like really—
you gotta— it could just be the elevation sickness, but anytime I go to Denver, I get sick upon arrival to Denver. I immediately vomit. So whatever that is, it could be spiritual sickness.
Yeah, but it's definitely spiritual sickness. But, but yeah, so I do think that there's ways to access these meats, you know, without mushrooms, without, without any of these things, because I don't, I don't want to just be permanently tripping, right? Like, I want to be able to be here on Earth and be able to like get information or receive information or just be really clear, you know. I'm, I'm like very, I guess, aware of what I put in my body, what I consume, what I eat, drink, how I sleep, what I consume on my phone or, or not. Um, we don't even own a TV, which is more so actually just getting to be annoying because I'm like, if I decide I want to watch a Netflix thing, like, I'm watching it on my phone or Kurt's iPad. Like it's kind of hilarious. But yeah, like just spending so much more time in nature, and I do feel like that's connected me way more, and that has allowed me to kind of call in some wild shit just because like I'm like, I'm just operating at a different wavelength that I wouldn't— I was not operating at before. Like it's a visceral— I can feel it's a visceral difference. And this is the only place in my entire life I've ever felt home, and I've been to many places. I mean, Kurt and I traveled full-time for 3 years, van life, 40 states, like trying to find home. And Boulder feels like home for both of us. Kurt is definitely an alien also. So yeah, alien knows alien. So yeah, Sam squared for the win on the alien— on the alien route.
Our— listen, our alien crew is getting bigger by the day. Oh my God, I love this conversation so much. I'm obsessed. As always, it's good to have you on the pod, Sammy. Can you let everyone know where the best place is for them to find you nowadays with everything Voice and Visibility.

Like, if you just search, if you just search my name in this, in the search bar, you'll, you'll find me, Samantha Warren. But yeah, I'm excited to connect with your people and have more wild conversations. And that's what I'm hoping with my show is to bringing more of these wild kind of altered consciousness or like really cool people who do magical work that don't have like always words for it, bring them on the show and show them and talk, talk about it and like just make this more mainstream and give people that are gifted a place to share their, their gifts. So yeah, we'll see how that goes.
