You're gonna get 41 strategic investors, but you're gonna get one wire from Dan.
Is that possible? Is that even legal?
Tell us the number, Dan. Tell us the number. What that check look like.
Boy, I'm able to see this before the other guys create a little bit more urgency.
Maybe. I think I'm on the right track then.
Hey, you can't get this out for free, bro. You can't.
What's going on? Vin street here, and welcome to the Battle Mastermind show. We just completed another great Mastermind, and trust me, you will definitely feel like you're sitting in and you're a fly on the wall in a $50,000 plus mastermind. It's that good. We dive into a lot. We dive into growing software companies, we dive into investing, and we dive into building Masterminds. So if you've ever wanted to build a Mastermind, if you ever wanted to launch a software company and you've ever been interested in investing or raising money to invest, listen to this episode. So sit back and enjoy. All right, we'll get. We'll get this party started. All right, so first off, welcome, everyone. I'm excited. This is the first edition of the new version of our Battle Mastermind. And the whole premise for those of you who get to, you know, be a fly on the wall and listen into this, this Mastermind, the whole concept is to give you guys the experience of what you might see or experience on a $50,000 plus mastermind. Some of the cool things about this is the guests. Some of them know each other, some of them don't. They have no idea who was going to be on. I go out and I get the best entrepreneurs that I know and business owners. Everybody here has made eight, nine figures, if not more, in their businesses. So we're not playing around. And this is one of those times where I want everybody to be a little selfish, meaning we're always giving value, providing our audience. Everybody's going to get on the hot seat, and we're here to help your business get better. So it could be any issue. If you want us to look at an ad, check out your funnel. Something going on in the business. Plural. Acting, crazy. It doesn't matter. Everything goes. I'm totally out of my element sipping on something.
I was gonna say, you're sipping.
Vince is sipping.
I'm sipping.
You know. You know, it's serious.
Cool.
So that's how it works. So the goal, again is long term for the show is we want, you know, entrepreneurs and business owners are like, Man, I need to get on that show because I got a problem. I need, you know, a couple, you know, awesome entrepreneurs to check in on what's going on versus the typical route. You get on a podcast and you're like, you know, what was your life story and when did you start? And we're definitely giving value, but we're not really focused on our thing. So that's the little twist here.
So let me give you a shout out real quick because I love this idea. I think it's really smart.
Yeah. And a lot of you don't know each other, so what we're going to do real quick is we're going to have a quick little pow wow. So I talk about Ray all the time. I'm going to start with Ray. Ray is one of my favorite people in the world. I've known Ray for literally over a decade now. And probably one of the most badass entrepreneurs I know. I know you were pushing 10, 20,000 in a subscription service business. You're probably, if not the best, one of the best trainers and coaches in the network marketing space. You spoke on cardone stage. The dude's just awesome. And I've been literally bragging about you forever. So thank you for being here, man.
Hey, thanks for having me, man.
Awesome. And we're definitely looking forward to connecting more as we continue on our journey. And we're just getting started, man. We were the young bucks we're getting up there, but we're still getting started. Cool. So. And I'll go to Billy next. My buddy Billy. You know, we chat probably every week, or if not every day.
I was gonna say almost daily.
And, you know, he's definitely, you know, made his mark as one of the top digital marketers in the space. Multiple eight, nine figure earner. And I think pretty much everyone already knows that. So what's up, man? Thank you for being here.
I appreciate you having me, man. I'm excited.
And Dan, geez, dude, finally I'm able to really pin you down and connect. I always see Dan and I think twice you were on stage speaking, you were coming off like, are you going to be here? Like, no, I'm on a flight and I go up and he's out of town. I think we got a chance to do a little quick interview with Billy's. One of Billy's things he was having. But it's good to have you, man. I know where you at right now. You're always jet setting.
Where are you in Vegas? Because in two hours I'm opening up My third sports card store at the Cosmopolitan Casino next door to Marquee Nightclub.
Nice. Awesome, man. Well, speaking of would.
And Ray, by the way, that card that you got me years ago at your event, I think it's like, quadrupled in value. So thank you for giving me a gift that keeps on giving. I appreciate it.
I gave him a graded Mike Tyson rookie card.
Oh, nice. I love that.
It's an awesome card. I look at it all the time. I love it. Cool. All right, guys, so we're not. We're going to not do the whole elevator pitch. We'll make sure everybody sees your companies and all that stuff underneath your video when we post this live. But let's dive into the mastermind. So, as you guys know, I'm a huge Lakers fan. This is my. The Kobe goat hat, which actually Mike Arcee got me from loud rumor. And I've got your names in the hat. So we'll see who's on the hot seat first. Let's see what we got here.
Almost. All right, Ray. Ray Higdon, you're on that. You're on the hot seat first. So real quick, Ray, give us the quick elevator, like a little bit about your business, and let's dive in, man. How can we help? How can we serve you and what's going on?
Yeah.
So.
Our main market has been primarily network marketers for quite a few years. Before I was a coach or trainer, I was the number one income earner of a company. And we have, you know, one of the assets that Vince mentioned, we have a membership of a about 11,000 of people that pay 27 bucks a month to be part of our membership, where we give them daily action steps on how to grow their business. And so we have that aspect. We recently, in the last.
Six, eight months, became equity partners in a software that is perfect for membership gurus. We use it. It's basically a much better, more controllable, more transparent Facebook group to handle memberships or handle if you have a sales team and you want them to go through certain steps or compliance or whatever. And so we've been bringing in mainly network marketing leaders that are sick of Facebook groups. They've been moving their teams into our software. And so we have that aspect, um, which gives me a unique kind of opportunity because in the past when I would speak on, you know, I've spoken on Russell Brunson stage, on Cardone stage, on a lot of outside of network marketing stage, I really didn't have a whole lot to offer as far as what someone could, you know, purchase or how someone could work closer with me other than like personal coaching. Now we have this software and it will help anybody that has like a membership driven kind of thing. And so I guess so I just roll into questions.
Let's do it.
So I guess, I guess the question.
Is if you know, if you were in, if you, if you were in my position, how would you best market that software? Everyone I talk to is less and less impressed with Facebook groups by the day. But everyone uses them and we have a solution that makes that a whole lot better. And so I tell us more about.
The software, like kind of go nitty gritty of like what, what is it? What does it do?
So it, there's a couple cool things about it. So number one is we have road, a roadmap where it's first of all it's white label. So it's custom branded to you. It's everything. And you can, you know, I've actually included, if I'm working with a network marketing leader they can use I have hundreds of videos that they can just have as part of their library. Cause some leaders, they don't have a lot of training so this makes them instant training for social media success and sales, et cetera and branding. But what it does at the shell is it's white label, fully brandable to you. You have a roadmap. So when people log in it'll say, hey, go to the roadmap first and it'll tell them exactly what to do. It'll track their progress. There's some gamification to it, we're improving that but it's, there's some there and there's also a really unique and I.
Don'T mean to cut you off, I just want to make sure I'm following you. So essentially like that beginning right there handles all the onboarding. Like automated like yo, you came into my world, just go from A to Z. Okay, sorry, I don't want to.
Absolutely. So it on. Great, great word onboards. And it's just a very different experience for the user. So the user, you know, when they get into a Facebook group it's like, ah, okay, another Facebook group, you know, they kind of know the deal. This is just a much better experience. And then we also have this unique.
Piece of the software that surveys them and based on their answers make suggestions to them. So someone will rate themselves on different categories. And so if it's a sales organization, maybe it's prospecting, closing, follow up mindset, leadership and how they rate themselves. It will tell them what in the library they should consume first. Which makes it nice because sometimes there's just too much back there and people get lost and then they don't use any of it. This is a really simple like seven seconds and boom. They're given their, their highest and best leveraged resource there. You can communicate with them very easily. We have a texting feature. Um, it, it has been proven to improve retention. It makes it a whole lot simpler because now with Facebook groups, I mean you can't even like search them properly. You can't even find things when you look for them. And plus with censorship of things being made to sale. So I guess I'm really, you know, going after people who have memberships, people who run Facebook groups. And, and we think that we could do a better job for them.
Got it. So who wants to go first?
So you're looking more for, you're looking clients like the actual other network marketing companies and other Facebook group owners.
Yeah, I mean we, we, we use our own version and so we sell that, that's the membership, that's the, you know, a little bit over 11,000 people that we have that pay that monthly. We're looking for new people to get their own brand in there and we brand it. We have a content concierge that helps them move whatever they want moved in there. And so we're looking for more people that are maybe not happy with their Facebook group but have a membership and want to upgrade their members experience.
And is it only for memberships that are paid or. There's a lot of Facebook groups that are free.
Yeah, it doesn't, it doesn't have to be paid for example.
You know you could, you could have, make like a real estate broker. So a real estate broker may, may have a Facebook group and have all their realtors in there, but it's just not very simple. It's not very searchable. It's not, it's just clunky. And so that's an example where someone may be a realtor of an office, they would get their own login, go through the training, the admin would know what training they actually went through, which is helpful. You can't, it's hard to do that with a Facebook group. So they would know what have they actually consumed, what have they gone through, you know, et cetera.
Either. Or can people do both? Can they have a Facebook group and also use your platform?
Sure, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
There's no reason they couldn't.
Then how does the pricing work for the Network marketer or Facebook group owner. How does the pricing work to pay for the service?
Yeah, so.
It'S typically. It's a $5,000 setup fee, which that's kind of phase one. We think in the future we'll probably increase that. And then it's depending on their needs for the full kind of package where they're able to send up to three texts a week to each member in group messaging Whatever, it's $5 per person per month. If we're working with a corporate that has, you know, let's say 25,000 reps in their company or something like that, that they probably would not be using that texting feature, which has a real. A real cost to it. And so we would work out a better deal for them. And so we have some members, like, my membership is 27amonth. We have other members. We have other people that have $27 a month. Or we just helped launch, or we're in the process of launching. My friend Nicola Smith Jackson, and I think hers is 97amonth. However, there are also instances where the leader just wants to cover the cost of their people. Or if it's a corporate, they just want to pay one. One kind of bulk fee kind of thing.
Let me. Let me ask you. You said, so I'm a customer. Boom, I got a membership site. So I give you five racks, and then in addition to every single month, for every member I get, I get charged.
Yeah. Five bucks per person per month. And that allows. That gives you. But you also are able to send text messages to your people up up to three a week, which is, you know, pretty significant. If you didn't need that much texting, we could negotiate that.
That's why. Because texting is so damn expensive. So that's five. Because texting so expensive. So that's why that five bucks per person.
Yeah.
And so if there was. If someone doesn't need that, we can come down. And also with, you know, with quantity, we're flexible, too. So usually if you. If someone brings in over 500, we can come down a little bit from that five bucks.
What's the. What's. What's your big question? Just if, hey, if it was us, like, how would we acquire members? Or like, you know what I mean? Like, where's. Where's the.
Yeah.
How would you market this? How would you. Basic customer acquisition.
Yeah. I think first thing that comes to my mind is I hate the price. Damn it. The price feels really pricey.
Yeah.
Yeah. Just because I'm like, all Right. I understand. Like, I do. I get exactly why you created this roadmap onboarding survey. Because it's like, look, someone comes into a membership, the hardest part is just getting them to do the first thing. If they take the first action, they will stick and they will go forever. So you build a software out because it does all this for you guys. So you're like, look, even if you never sold it, you just use it for your business because this just makes sense and it's a good move. So check, check. I get it. My problem is, is that I really like this and I get it, and I'm just not. I'm like a percentage or percentage of the market, right? Like, I just. I'm like, if I'm you right now, I'm like, you probably know all of the people, and if you don't know them, they're at least a phone call or two away from who would use it. You know what I mean? Like, it's almost like, is the. Is the best strategy. Like, fuck it. Like, two months of, like, me and your top guys just hitting up the real players in the space and being like, bro, I see your Facebook group, you know, or take like, Dan, like, right, we know Brian Stuman. If you met Ryan Stuman, right?
Yeah, I know Ryan. Yeah.
Right. So he's got his big sales group, right? That would be like a great person who I think this would be killer for. But it's like, you're going to run an ad to Ryan, right? You're just going to fucking call them, you know?
Sure. So, like, great point.
Yeah.
I guess I'm missing, like, the big. The mainstream value proposition outside of, like, us. You know what I mean? Like, whereas, like, the. I'm almost like, my brain goes, is there a singular feature in there that can almost be, like, you mentioned white label. Can, like, a singular feature in here be.
Solely sold? Like, you know, even just like the survey, they're like, this is where you go first. I love that idea. I think that solves problems. I think texting with your people versus putting it in a group where they see one person, to me, that value proposition is amazing. It's like, look, are you freaking, you know, trying to post to get a hold of your group when nobody's gonna see it? Or do you want to text and get 99%? Like, I'm kind of looking for, like, the big, like, shit. You know what? This is.
This is worth it. I'm just speaking out loud.
Let me say one.
And did you say you didn't like the price is that I didn't like.
The price because for me. So for example, I got approached a couple of times by some friends in the space with different software. Doesn't do the same thing. But like every time there's a price per person for me personally, maybe I just get stingy. I'm just like, nah. Like it just feels like you own part of my company with me. And so I'm really, you know, big on that. And I don't like speaking anecdotally, like mastermind style. But because I think I am a customer potentially like split my customer shoes on. That would get me. If you told me 5k setup fee and you didn't agree people. I like that the concierge service. That's good because that would be a pain in the butt. You know, like take our Genius Advantage membership group. Probably like 11,000 people in there. I'm like, the communication is difficult at times. Right. We don't have a hub where it's easier to communicate. I'm interested in that. But. But then like at 5, 5 per.
Month, I'm like, well, 5 setup, not per month.
No, no, yeah, it's. It's 5.5k set up and 5.
But here's what I would say, Ray. What I think that there's a element of your industry that I get. Cause I was in that space is a lot of the. The leaders that could do coaching now were successful.
As network marketers. Whether they're still building is always iffy. Some of them just go into coaching. But it could be different now. I think that the ones that do well are the ones who have the brand equity and the authority.
Right.
So what I think this brand, this software that you're doing gives a person that may be getting started a leverage point as a reason for someone to either get started with them and their business. Is that the route you're going? Like when they white label the software, like they now have an added extra bonus thing that they can offer to their team for getting started. Is that the idea or is it just total separate. Just use this. This is just a total like side software type of play. Well how.
I mean, we have, right now we have two number one income earners that have um, you know, and they, and they sell it for like 10 bucks per person. Right. And what, what each person does with the revenue is very different. Some donate it, some divvy it out amongst their leaders, some, you know, keep it. And, and so you know what, what they're doing is they're telling Their team, hey, we got this extremely organized and you can, you know, we have personal, you know, journaling in there. We have goal setting.
We have.
There's. There's a lot of other, you know, pieces in there. And. And so they're going to their team and their team feels like it's just a lot easier for them to find answers and a lot easier for them to onboard their new reps. So usually it's an existing leader like, you know, we've been going after, and we haven't even started marketing it really. I've really just been doing what Billy was talking about and just made a few calls and we brought in some. Some people which I can do more of. And I. And I will.
And I am like, when I'm listening, I'm like, right now, I think it is a perfect, like, escalation with, like, knowing a little bit about your background and how, like, you know, you're the guy in your space. I think the second that you start going into, oh, this software can be used in everything, I think it's hard because you're just competing now with so much shit, right? Like, I thought of like, Kajabi and like every other software, and everything's so much cheaper and like, it just. It just feels like an uphill battle. Also, finding unicorns, needles in a haystack versus what you just said right there, my eyes got bigger. I was like, oh, okay. People want to be right. They have. They built their teams, et cetera, but they want a community for their people. Don't start a Facebook group, go there and just. It's another piece of your value ladder. Because, right, it's a software. The multiples are fucking insane. So it's not like you need a ton of people, especially, like, with prices like this. So I like it as like, okay, hey, you know, you come in entry level as a. As a trainee trying to figure out this game. Now you're independent. You got enough to survive. Now you're thriving. Now you have community and leadership. Now you're coaching. And now you're teaching. Oh, you're teaching now? Well, now you need to come and use my software. You know what I mean? It's almost like an ascendant is how I see it. You know, not like derailing on it too much, but just like, it's there. And then, you know, you look up in three and a half years and flip some shit is how my brain goes. Because I think, you know, not that it's impossible, anything, you can do anything, but, like, it's I just think it's a really uphill battle trying to like my, my obsession, my like singular skill set is advertising. And like, I don't. I probably would like even me. I probably wouldn't run many ads to it. I would just use my network and your reach and your pool to blow.
Makes sense.
Dan, what are your thoughts?
I wouldn't do any general marketing at all. I would only go whale hunting because going after clients that have like when he mentioned ryan stiman with 80,000 members, it would take you 67 different people that have 200 to 800. Yeah, that's 60 headaches and 67 different onboardings and seven different clients and blah blah, blah, compared to one guy that's got 80,000 people or 5,000 people or 1,000 or 10,000, et cetera. The way I would do it is two ways. One, I would get a press that is specifically focused on high end entrepreneur press. Not the fake press or general press specifically that business owners read like the Success magazine type articles where, you know, people that are reading Success magazine are specifically in network marketing entrepreneur world. It's not bigger, it's not a big database of people that are reading it, but the people that are reading it are your actual potential client. And I would have you or someone like you speaking at events that are the higher end paid business events, not the General, you know, 300 entrepreneurs that paid 200 bucks tickets, but the more expensive ones like you speaking at War Room or you speaking at a Mastermind. Are you speaking at Traffic and Conversion Summit like you or someone like you speaking at these events. Those rooms have the people that you want. And your close ratio is what? It's what Russell Brunson does with clickfunnels. The reason Russell does so well selling 2,3 million bucks on stage at 10x. By the way, he would have sold 10 to 15 million that day at 10x if Grant didn't sell 18 things prior to him speaking. Right.
Did you see, did you see him just bring out at the event? Anybody see that? Yeah, I was like, yo, that fires me up. Because I'm like, man, it's like, I don't care if you like Trump or not. The way he's elevating his brand by just like every time I see Grant, like even now, like I have our Padres event at the stadium, I'm like, Dan, that's why I was gonna say I was thinking of you. I'm like, all right, I need, I need to just stroke a check for somebody big. Like, you know, I mean, he Forces you to play bigger, not to do well. But yeah, that was what he does.
Yeah. Wait, wait. So you see he's got one more surprise guest that's even bigger.
Really?
Really? Now you got us. Now we gotta talk about that. Maybe off camera, I was gonna say.
I need to know that bigger and bigger in a different light. Anyways, I would be thinking of you speaking at. See, you speaking at 10x is not the same because in that example, that's 3,000 newbies medium size. Right. You speaking at the 10x to their mastermind group that paid 10,000 a ticket. That's your clients. Right? Yeah.
And I.
And I did. I did speak at one of Grant's masterminds and connected with a few people there. So. Yeah, I definitely get the distinction.
That makes sense.
That's awesome. Oh, great.
Does well is because he speaks for 90 minutes explaining clickfunnels and explaining why it's really hard. So just pay me two grand. It's the same thing for you, like you teaching. Literally. Just watch what Russell does. He just talks about how hard it is to do what he does for companies and then just buy my stuff.
Right.
Like Billy says. So I just think for you, whether it's you or someone like you at the company, because events are back in full effect. Like, I'm speaking 12 times, sometimes 16 times in a month. So, like, events are back full steam ahead. It's insanity. But what you have to offer, you could be teaching about it. And by teaching about it, you're not selling. Does that make sense?
Yeah.
You're thinking about why Facebook groups are okay or they suck, why you use this platform to do this, this, this, this, and this. Why is this valuable? Why is this valuable? Why is this valuable? Why do you need nurturing? Why do you need texting? Why do you need onboarding, Teaching throughout that whole process. Oh, yeah, by the way, you can buy it from me. If you guys want. I can do it for you for five bucks a month. You're just teaching the whole time about why you do it for your own self, for your 11,000 customers. So it edifies you. And then at the end like, oh, yeah, by the way, it's only five grand and five bucks a month. And we'll just do it all for you because I know it sounds really complicated. Because it is. We'll just do it for you.
And this is a message.
Oh, sorry, Vince, go ahead.
No, no, go ahead.
I was gonna say the message just behind it too. It's like, I do think and it's Like I think when you put it on a public forum and like an ad, it gets taken, like it's kind of spammy. But I think to the right people that Dan was talking about, they'll get it. Which is really the biggest benefit is hey, you've been an operator of your business, you've been in the trenches, you're paying time for dollar but you need to fucking getting to the teaching space, right? Like you should be getting. Like you're crazy for not putting another seven figures in your pocket. By teaching. I've been teaching forever. You literally get fucking top more people than probably everybody in your industry. Like that is the hot button and then this is the tool to do it. You know exactly what Dan was saying is like, look, you've done everything, et cetera, but time to get your fucking time back. You know, truth is like I got a group, 11,000 people in there paying 27 bucks a month and guys, it literally takes me five minutes a day. I'm chilling with my family, et cetera. So if you're balling and you made it, but you feel like you ain't got your time back yet, then you need to get into the teaching space. You're going to need to onboard, you're going to need to stay community, et cetera. Make it sound super hard or just fucking pay me five grand right now and just five bucks a person. I'll be your back end team member from there. Honestly, the person you should talk to is Bradley. Have you talked to Bradley?
I haven't about this. I know who he is. I don't know him personally.
Yeah, so you should talk to Brad because honestly, his lightspeed, he has a software for hosting courses. It is very similar. Well, it's not, it's not similar in some of the sentiments, but his model.
Pay me a fee plus give me a percentage off of every person. I think that is how Grant had his platform at first initially I don't think it's so anymore. But nonetheless he literally has built this. Found those, those whales as Dan's talking about. Like if there's anybody who would be worth the time to like. And I can, I can link you up and Dan can link you up or you know, it would be worth, you know, hitting them up.
Yeah, please, that'd be great.
Well, where we are, I want to.
Take up all the time.
No, no, no. I literally, we hit, we hit this 20. I try to get everybody 20. But I do have one thing that I would say. Thank you on top of this, Ray. I love it because I know the space. But I think like we talked about it briefly. For me it's all about playing show and tell. Like you have the audience, they're using it. The more that you can just put your 11,000 people and use the tool and show how many people opened up the text and show how many people are in the group and how many people are using the software and the benefits the people are going through. You know I wanted to see how many clients went through X number of modules this week. So I just pushed this and saw it. I think the more you can do that will attract more people to you versus trying to sell the software. So I would just shift my focus to using it for your community of 11,000 and then reaching out to whales. And everyone else said as my plan is your plan for marketing it. That's what I would, I would say on that.
Awesome. Cool.
Any real quick follow up for anybody as we get into the next person?
Ray, Any other question is.
One last thing. Is an affiliate program like if you have agencies that have 50 or 100 clients and you can pay them a commission on the monthly, you'll have your dance card will be full because we do, we do.
That's cool. Awesome. Well, awesome Ray, hopefully you got value from that man.
Oh, it was awesome. Thank you guys.
All right, I got the hat. Who's next? I'm going to cheat and I'm going to give Dan because I know Dan.
He'S at an event and I want to hold Billy for last. Hold him hostage for the scare he gave me earlier. He called me like 10 minutes before talking about he couldn't make it. So I'll make you go last. So Dan, you're up brother. Anything we can help you with?
Yep. So I've been scaling my elevator syndicate which is my group of investors. I have 648 strategic investors in my group were able to fund a company in a seven day period. Right now we're doing about one deal per month. My ultimate goal is to do one per week and get like 3,000 to 5,000 members into that group.
The one main struggle. So the whole point of it is we say hey, Joel and myself are investing in this company. We're putting in six figures each. There's $3 million that we're raising. There's let's call it 2 million bucks left. If you want to invest, respond with how much? So Vince would say 50K. Billy says 50K. Ray says nothing. So you don't have to say no, you just say nothing. So it makes it what I call a soft touch. So we text out all 650 people. If they want in, they say how much they want. If they don't, they say nothing. If you say nothing, you won't get any other messages. So it's nice and easy. So the issue is there are some people that commit and then it takes like we're chasing them four times to wire and they're like, some of them are high profile friends, some of them are strangers, but there's this awkward situation where we actually don't need their money. And so like when they commit, let's say Billy commits and then he doesn't wire for four days. Technically Ray or Vince could wire and then Billy's out. But then that caused a different awkward position. It's like it's their fault that they didn't wire in time. And so we're trying to make the framing now. Like today's. We overfunded a deal yesterday and so today we send the message out. Like, look, it's first come, first serve with your wires. Just click the link. It's. You answer four simple things and send the wire. If we get too much of wires, we're going to wire it back to you. If you don't wire in time, you're not in. I'm trying to figure out a way to not alienate my. Billy's right. Not alienate my friends as this thing scales, where I want them to be able to be in. But it's like a weird like gift and curse situation that I want this to be super seamless, that I don't go back and forth with Billy and I don't have to text Ray and I don't have to call Vince per deal. But I also like dealing with the human nature of your rich friends that get busy or distracted.
You know what? You should. Yeah, I got something to just sprinkle on there real quick. The first thing that I thought about when you were saying that and also to getting the text and deals and I missed on deals and shit too. Like, you know what I mean? There's stuff going on, dude, what would. And especially because you have the relationship and like the trust with all of these 648 people is save the card on file. Like think about Amazon right when we go there, we're like, oh yeah, I do want that. Click gets done. And also too for busy fucks like us, like you and I, we have a great conversation. You'd be like a man. I'm like, hell yeah. If I was a One click, I'd be in if I got it. Why a tailor? Send the wire. Distracted. Wait, what was it? You know, how we be like there? So I think as a part of the onboarding of those 648, get their fucking cards on file. So then when they reply back, they put an amount they're automatically built is done. No bullshit card. It's a requirement to be in the investor group. That's kind of like the sign up is your card has to be on file, et cetera, or whatever it is. Right. I guess the amounts are larger sometimes. So there's. Yeah, you know, ach, whatever it is, that's permission. Whether it's just fucking no talking, just your number. That's it. The rest is handled. Side note.
So. Yeah, Ray, did you have something on that?
Yeah.
Two things.
One, I remember so before network marketing, I was a real estate investor and. And we would. We were gobbling up contracts on houses and just flipping contracts like crazy. And.
And so I. I did have. I mean, you would have to check the legality, but I. But I did have people that had. They saw what kind of deals I got and they're like, hey, I don't want to miss out. So they would just like send me money and like, hey, hold on to this money. And so that's one option. But I remember when I was on the speaking tour, there was. I forget his name, but there was a guy that did apartment complexes, and he had an A and a B group. And the A group was people who had invested a certain amount with him and he sent them the offer first with a very clear deadline. And just like, hey, boom.
You'Re seeing this before the B group, which is the big group. And so, you know, I think that, that, you know, that might help too. Oh, I'm in the A group. Oh, man. I'm able to see this before the other guys. Create a little bit more urgency, maybe.
That's cool.
Yeah, I like that a lot. The Mastermind event, we also present to the group in advance. So whether it's the Avengers group or the 100mil group, we present for half.
Hour there, I'd hit them before the event. I'd hit the A group before the event and say, hey, we're about to present this at the event. You're going to get first crack at it. That's just. Just my opinion. And when I. I don't know if you know who Russ Whitney is, but I remember, you know, like, he had probably the most gangster escalation path and he would Tell his guy, he would tell his investors, hey, whoever's buying preconstruction homes, you also get first crack at the deals. And so you can have, you could preempt that and say those who've invested, X, you're in that a group. So that's my two cents.
So I have a question.
Sorry, real quick, I want to ask one question, Dan, you know, again, just knowing the group and knowing there's fuck faces like me where it's like, truth is, if you tell me like you got a deal, as long as it's something like with integrity and like something I believe in, I don't give a fuck what the business is. I'm like, what do you think the return is going to be cool, here's the money. So I do, going with what Ray was saying, which is super smart, is can you just say like, hey, how much do you want to invest this year? Just in the beginning. Welcome to the investors club. What do you want to start off? It's your first year, a hundred K, cool. Wire it over. At some point during the year it'll be deployed, you know what I mean? And again, I think there's regulations in regards to how much you can hold, et cetera, with something like that. But like I'm just like. Because at that point it's like for me, like, I would do better with something like that. Again, just speaking kind of from the consumer in that group of like, here, take the fucking money. Like, I don't know when we'll use it, but I think a lot of people would do that. Because one thing that's unique about your relationship is you have so much brand trust with those 648 people. It's not just a group, you know, I mean like people really fuck with you. And if you're gonna say something, I don't think you really need to sell them. I don't even think if you didn't even tell them the name of the company, you should try it on your next one. Hey guys, I'm not gonna tell you anything, but I really think this looks great.
I guarantee you raises the same amount. You know what I mean?
So, and Billy, real quick, that's why I was gonna ask, similar to what you were saying, like, I'm the type of person you could just say, vince, just wire me five, ten grand a month. And then I don't even. That's what like the different investor club, if there was a continuity plan and then you just. At the end I just go, okay, well what did we get versus you calling me a deal. Because now I gotta take my brain from like think about it. I'm doing software too Ray. So my brain's all in that to now focusing on the deal. And I'm just going to talk myself out of every way to invest where if I just knew that I could just go put 5, 10, 20, whatever the amount was in something and Dan was going to get it and go do the investment. Is that possible? Is that even legal?
So I created that. It's called Elevator rolling fund. I partnered with Angellist and I made it easy the way that you just said Vince, people can pay quarterly so they can do as low as 10,000 a quarter. Most people are doing 25k to 100k a quarter but 10,000 a quarter is the minimum and it's all automated. So I do all the investing out of that rolling fund into the same deals as the syndicate group. But I don't have to call Vince or Billy. It's just automated. They can pre wire for the whole year or I can ach them not I can, it happens automatically. You get ach once a quarter with whatever amount you commit. So if you commit 10k a quarter, 25k a quarter, a hundred k a quarter, doesn't matter what the amount is, it is ach from you and you get a report about what happened during those three months of what I invested in on your behalf.
Identity versus transaction. Right? Like when it's a hey here's the deal, would you like to invest? It's a transaction and now I have to make a decision if I want to transact versus the identity of yes, I'm an investor. I'm 100 million investor right now. I've been paying whole life insurance five grand a month for like six years. I don't even think about it, like I don't blah blah blah. But if I was wearing the identity of like I am an investor, like I love the rolling fund was talking with buddy Mike Cooch about those. I like that idea. Just let me fucking forget. But I do like monthly better than quarterly because even quarter it feels like I need to reevaluate and make a decision because we're trained Q1, Q2, Q3 for but that monthly of like all those guys. I mean even just thinking about like payment plans, you know 100 grand, like a 5K, it doesn't feel so risky. It just feels like I'm being a disciplined investor. You know what I mean?
Nice.
And if you wouldn't invest, let's say they did 100 grand in one year. And you don't buy anything. It just rolls over.
Right.
And they just can use it on something different. That's the cool part about something like that.
It rolls quarter to quarter. Yes, each. Each quarter is a new fund.
Nice. And what do you just like? How much are you investing in businesses? Is it specific amount or each company the same? Different. Are there specific types of companies that you invest in?
Yeah. So We've been raising 2 million to 6 million per deal in companies that are doing 2 to 20 million revenue on average. We've deployed 27 million the last five months. And we did 2 million with Gary Vee into a healthy oatmeal company. 3 million into icon meals, 4 million into my sports card business, 5.3 million into a chicken company. $6 million into cauliflower pizza. Yesterday we raised $3 million for skinny pasta. And we raised the entire amount every time in less than an hour. Then it just takes a week to get people to sign and wire.
But yeah, 2 to 6 million.
And.
We'Re only focusing on companies that are doing 2 to 20 million in revenue to prevent. It reduces our risk a lot instead of going after startup companies. And we're negotiating a good discount devaluation that Joel's negotiating because we're like, hey, you're going to get 41 strategic investors, but you're going to get one wire from Dan. So only your cap table, it's just elevator syndicate. That's it. But you've got the power of these 41 guys that just invested into you that all want to see you succeed. So if you need help with email or social or accountants or lawyers or warehouses or shipping or whatever, you've got 41 smart people that are investing with you without having to deal with the headache of 41 investors. So from a founder's perspective, we get good discounts.
The food for thought too, Dan, because again, it's like you've done a super good job of building up, like this audience of really successful, influential people. It's been your thing for the last fucking two decades and you kill it at it. But something else I would think about. So me and my buddy Mike Cooch are starting a fun. We're basically like, we use our audience to raise money to buy software businesses in particular, but then just to fucking slang them. And I'm like, my biggest thing is if they're in the entrepreneur niche between my fucking audience, they're like, we want to deploy the audience too, to get the customers quick. So something as a Note for you, it's like you named all of those companies, but is there something else where you can get the volume of a hundred thousand people? So that way when you have those companies, skinny pastas, all 100,000 of those people can start eating skinny pasta, you know what I mean? So it's like. Because right now you got all the strategic edge of like any call we need to make, any resources. But if you can get that fucking volume where you can get the users automatically right away too. Something to think about.
I like that.
Yeah, I like that a lot.
What's your, if you don't mind me asking, what's your average return of the investor?
So it depends. These are all I've had exits. I did 37 investments personally and some of those have exited. Those exits have been anywhere from 6 to 15x. One of them was 29x. But the syndicate group just started last year. So the companies have not, have not exited. All of them escaped and well, but they haven't exited yet. So it's. That part is speculative, you know, we don't know, but we know. Let's say a company has a 20 million valuation, if we get in at a 12 because we got a discount and they go from 20 to 40, we didn't go up 2x, we're up 4x almost. And so it's interesting, by getting our discounts in these companies early, we're getting big discounts, not little discounts. We're getting like 30 to 60% off. And so that is building in cash value day one. So the second you invest and if it was worth 20 million, we come in at 12, day one, you've got that spread, your 100k is worth, let's call it 180 because. So.
That'S what we've been really good at is getting people big discounts. They get the same terms that we get. And I invest in every deal. So I put in 100k plus in every deal, sometimes 500k plus if it's depending on the transaction. My partner Joel's been putting in 500k per deal. He did a million in cauliflower foods. His partner Josh has been putting in 500k per deal. So we're writing a check too. Most people that aren't putting any money.
In.
The deal yesterday with Skinny Pasta out of the round, me, Josh, Joel and Bobby Castro, we did more than half the round, just the four of us. So people can believe.
We don't care just about the carry. Like our percentage we're going to get later. In the future, if it sells, what does it matter? We're throwing in almost $2 million just from four of us.
And what percentage of the companies are you typically picking up on these deals?
So when we did, I can't say the exact numbers, but basically when we're putting in 3 million, most of these companies were buying in at 10 to a 30 million valuation. So we're getting a pretty good sized chunk of these companies. When we put in 6 million and 5 million into a company that's worth around 20 to 40, you can see we're getting good sized chunks.
Yeah, the discounts help a lot. And the shareholders, even the previous investors in a deal are approving us because they can see, oh, Joel's got 20 million emails and Dan's got the biggest social media agency and this person, that person, the characters that are investing into that company are going to really help it, not just be a check.
That's cool. Cool, awesome. Anything else we can give you feedback on? I really like that idea of figuring out the distribution model along with the acquisition. What you were saying, Billy, I think that that is an added bonus. I think it takes a lot of stress off the investors coming in knowing that the chances of that company getting results or, you know, just that much greater. So.
If you had any other follow up questions we could answer. Dan, are you good?
That's good.
Awesome. All right, well that means I. Unfortunately we have to go to Billy.
Last but not least, what you got for us, man? Why am I just now hearing about you investing in software companies?
So, so Mike, I told you about my buddy Mike, Cute for the three. He's, he sold a service based company in like Colorado. Like I've tried to link you guys probably as many times you try to link me up with Ray.
But he's all in it. And I just told him, I said look, I got customers. Like I feel like the only thing I've really been betting on this last decade is brand and people knowing me. So I just want to be able to move customers to it. And so he's the back end guy. That's all Silicon Valley, et cetera. And I'm like, bro, find me companies, we will get fucking users on them increase. You know what I mean? I was like, that's our, my shtick is that just small businesses. So you know, really leaning into that. My questions is mostly on actually I wanted to hear from each of you is something that I don't do very often is sell high ticket. Almost never. You know, like we'll have our like 5k, 10k things but like very rarely do I ever sell anything that's like 100k. Like I have a couple one on one people where I'm like, hey, give me a hundred grand check and I'll you know, hit me up. I'll kind of do consultation or if you need my team for something even like support, right? So I got a couple people I'm doing with that plus like a percentage, I think like anywhere from like 10 to 30% of the business or 10 to 50 of the profits. And doing that with three people right now. And I love it like they're the best people to work with, they're great, et cetera. But also too like I wouldn't want to like continue to stack that because I just value my time. Like I'd be. I really like being able to just fucking do what the fuck I want, you know. But anyways, my question is in regards to high ticket profit maxers, either activities, events, you know, agreements, engagements, whether just cash cows personally, not to the company, but your pockets of just like, you know what, this was just a super profitable thing I did. Didn't takes me like just profit moves, right, that you guys have made that just were like, man, that was a lot of profit. I didn't even think about, you know what I mean? Just anything that comes to mind. And I guess what I'm looking for is just creativity, right? Just like, oh shit, I've never thought about that. Or damn, I have this and I've never offered that. You know what I mean? Like that shit, why email after this? God damn it. I should have done that. Boom. Like, you know, so just throwing that out there. That's my question.
Cool. Want me to go? Go, Dan, go ahead.
I've done.
Yeah.
So there's a couple things here. One, taking that percentage of the companies is ultimately what, what your shot of glory is like. If you get five, 10 companies, like that's your real shot at glory. Because when they have exits, it's not a joke, you know.
Yeah, I say I've never experienced a.
Piece of Steven that. Yeah.
I had two exits, December 5th and December 9th. One was a monthly box for beards and one was called Sneaker Con. Sneaker Con. I just came in two years ago and we sold to ebay and it was cuckoo. Like my amount of time I had.
To tell us the number, Dan, tell us the number. What that check look like.
Boy.
The amount of time I had to put in was irrelevant.
What's the number, Dan? Give me a Range, bruh. Give me a range.
So for you taking a piece of.
You know, you're not gonna ever eat nevertales.
I'm extremely open about numbers. I'm allowed to be open about. I'm like the most open about numbers in the world in all my videos and content. Just certain eBay. EBay locked me up really good. I signed a 98 page agreement with them.
Fair enough.
So, but what I'm saying is you getting pieces of companies because.
You getting pieces of companies because you're the most famous social media marketer there is on the planet. It's easy like for you to get it the way you can get it the way you can get it easier is what I mentioned to you last year. I think you should have a 25k mastermind because the deal flow from your 25. The fact that you're going to make 2.5 to 5 million bucks a year on, you know, having 100, 200 members of your mastermind, that's easy, right? That's just good. Nice to have seven figures of clean cash coming in. It's, it's dependable, you know it's coming. If you want to, if you want them to pay monthly, then they got to pay 25% higher. That for you is easy, right? Like.
Because you've got thousands of people that have attended your events in the past, you've got lots of people that have paid you 5k. I mean the amount of people that will sign up here 25k. I think you could have the fastest selling out 25k in history. I think you could sell it out in one day.
Damn. I've never dreamed about. So like what would I offer with that?
Three weekends a year at your office in San Diego. Don't even go anywhere. Make it easy for yourself.
You want to hear something crazy is I've been so like, I haven't offered that. I haven't offered that. Which sounds just fucking cuckoo considering I have a studio six steps away from us for that. Yeah.
Jimmy Rex did one for 20k. He sold out in one day. Sold out a few hours and 50 people paying 20k, that's a million bucks. Wednesday, like he just sold out and he made his mastermind about adventures. Like they go like jump off cliffs, they go to Machu Picchu, like they go do adventures.
What do you think would be the core offering of mine?
Yeah.
It would only be about marketing because you want the clients to be marketing agencies. You want the clients to be.
At 25k. It's a no brainer could you sell it for more? Of course you could. I wouldn't because you have to give them more time. By the way, I have two masterminds with a hundred members each. I barely ever talked to anyone. Yeah, that's true. The time commitment is not as serious as you think. It's really busy during the time of throwing the events before, during and after for that couple of weeks. But you have teams for that and I'm obviously you have access to all my staff to help you with that as well. Like you throwing 25k mastermind will net you 2 to 5 million bucks a year, hands down. But more importantly, the people in the room, the same way you see me raise money for all these deals, people in the room, if you know my masterminds, I would still do them because I'm raising $5 million, $3 million in 10 minutes and 30 minutes during my mastermind events. So for you, if you're like, hey guys.
As part of the Mastermind, I'm also going to present you offers to deals. Oh, by the way, if you guys want me to get more involved, my team to get more involved, we'll take 5% of your company, depending on the size of your business. Or if you're a brand new startup, we want 20%. Or hey, you want to do a joint venture, it's 50. 50. The deal flow that you get from the 25, they're vetting themselves because they paid you 25k so not the random DMs. You don't have to worry like one, if they have money, they paid you 25k to be there. And so you getting a couple of million bucks a year, that's just nice extra money. That's easy. The three weekends a year are fun because you're good at your literally just doing San Diego.
You just take them out paintballing, you take them to the Petco park, you just do all the same stuff you like to do anyways and now it's paid for.
And like you said, you also now have a budget to go book some big name talent, which helps you as your personal brand even more because that fits you so well to have that some of those big name talent, this will pay for it. And then the deal flow that you get from having that room full of 100 to 200 people that have marketing agencies and paid you 25 grand is like the deal flow makes the 2 or 3 million bucks a year nothing compared to what you'll get from having it.
Yeah, touche too fucking Shay. All right. I like that. Ray.
You have anything on that? That's great. That was great advice.
Yeah, no, for sure. Yeah.
You know, we.
We ran. That was awesome advice. We ran a mastermind for seven years and we had two levels, 20,000 and 50,000. And we did a lot of the things that he's talking about. We went, you know, shooting. We did fishing, we did a big fishing charter and had a competition.
Like, what's the hook on that? Like, like what. What's the Mastermind called? Like, what's the. Why do you join the Mastermind? You know.
One, to be. To be. To up level your game.
Right, That's.
That's probably the one. You know, the biggest is networking up level your game, be around big players. And. And we had. I mean, I think probably the biggest year. We had like 90 in there. I think we had maybe 15 at the 50,000 level and the rest were at the 20,000 level.
And.
And what's between 20 and 50? What's that?
What's the difference between 20 and 50 when you pay 20 versus 50? Yeah.
So we had. Ours was called top earner Club and we had platinum and diamond and the diamonds we would just do additional stuff for. So we would have a separate diamond only day. So if we had a.
I believe it was. I think we just did two days. It was like Saturday and Sunday was the Mastermind, but on Friday we'd have our diamonds in there. So we made it, you know, we made the retreats three days and you know, treated them great. I mean, took. Took really good care of them. I mean, of all of seven years of doing it, I think I only refunded one guy. I mean, it is.
People love does.
You get better people there. Now you have an additional thing that we really. I mean, for me to do deals right with my people is they get me on their company stage, which is, you know, a big deal I want to do. But for you, I think there's way more upside there.
Last year I killed it in 2020. I just went on kind of a spiritual journey and a spiritual kind of thing. And I could start it back up. I haven't yet, but it's great. You get closer with people and the right people, the people you actually want to. It's not a pain in the ass. So I don't know if there's anything much I can add to what Dan said because I was, you know, pretty much. I agree with what he said.
All right, guys, sounds like I have a mastermind now, Mother.
So there's also another there's another route too because I know Billy does like his time and, and knowing Billy, I don't know how much he would enjoy that. I know for him if it's the right people.
Right like if it's the really right people. Which.
Well, I mean you know for what I. So my, my tweak in my model which a lot of people have no idea I did was I stopped from my particular agency services accepting everyone and we just went just high ticket. Right. So even to just us to do the marketing it starts, I say starts at 15 grand a month but that is just like a couple ad platforms. But and the reason I did that was I realized that the companies that you and I would want to work with 25 grand a month, 30 grand a month on average, like to have us handle everything. Helping them with ad copy, helping them with ad creatives, running, managing The Facebook, the YouTube, everything like almost like a built in CMO was more beneficial than trying to go an agency charging five or ten grand a month and doing one platform and this thing where they stay in. So for me, I think for you because of your audience if you offered a full on service and you said I'm going to take 10 and we're going to charge 25, 30,000amonth or whatever and you had your team already and you just could focus in on them and you know you could write an ad for them every month. That way you don't have to show up and that's continuity and that's what allowed us to self fund our software and do that and you know we didn't have to take on and it was so much. We made way more cash flow with less people.
Yeah.
So you have both routes. You can do the mastermind or you could do what you already have. Set up what you do best. Go after the companies that can really like. I have a meeting tonight with a big company that's coming on for 25 grand a month doing our mark, doing their marketing. They, they're wanting to. I don't know if I called you and told you they are if their company does food prep. So it's one of the biggest food prep companies like organic, you know and like you know we have a handful of clients and it's, it's so much less stressful and I'm able to do.
It in your sleep. Great recurring. You're like cool.
Yeah. And you get to do it. I wanted to do something that was high ticket but kept me in my element. I felt just like you. I think My superpower is marketing and advertising. Yeah, I like masterminding and coaching and all that, but for me, my problem is, like, a lot of us, I struggle. I don't sleep well at night if my students aren't doing well. And even if, like, I could have a million. We love you. 1. I don't. Like I didn't get results. It just always has. Like, so I had to go something where I knew I could have my hand on it and truly help the business grow and still position myself for what I was worth. So that might be another route to get high ticket versus doing something I know you probably wouldn't want to do.
Well, what I like about all those things is I'm not offering them at all right now. So it's good to hear about just, like, the different perspectives of there, you know, I feel like on the. You said gray. You on your spiritual journey. I feel like in the last 18 months, I've been on this, like, kind of recalibrating where it's kind of like, all right, it got to this cool place of where I was probably, honestly, admittedly, overly complacent right now. And then, like, now I'm like, okay, 33. It's the time to. Let's go. I'm back on the saddle.
Let's.
What's up? All right, enough of the bullshit, Billy. Like, you had your time to chill. Now it's time to go and go hard. And then, you know, I see Grant with Donald. I'm like, what am I doing? I'm understanding. Like, where am I? You know, like. Or, like, fucking Dan. Like, Hulk Hogan's coming out. Like, you know, like, I'm just like, all these things. I'm just like, man. Okay. All right, Billy. Okay, it's time. So this is good to hear. Like, you know, it's. It's. Yeah, I can be strategic, get what I want without, you know, having to. My life's not going to be fucking ruined.
One little tweak we did is we started with three retreats a year, and we reduced it to two, and literally nothing changed. Still got the same amount of sales. We just had 30% less retreat.
Bill. If you don't sell 200 spots, I think that'd be a failure.
All right, I'm gonna fuck. Dan. What would you call my mastermind then? Let me ask you that last question, Dan.
Like, for you, like, best damn marketing.
Mastermind, that's actually a really good idea for genius.
That's who you are.
Yeah, that's true.
Nice. Did you guys get value from this was this helpful little twist. We're allowed to be selfish a little bit. All right, cool, man. Well, look, I only have one thing, and I'm going to end it. So instead of really going real deep on, like.
You know, spending 20 minutes on my thing, I just have a. I want to go more broad. I've started a new software company and actually wrote this question down. And I just. I told my team this. I said, I'm either going to be known as, like, the smartest CEO ever or the dumbest.
And it's okay because I can always pivot. But we're doing this wait list strategy. So the software is not available for everyone.
And they basically watch a demo and they get basically sent invitations to you to get a license. And it's legit wait list. Like, you might not get in and be able to use the software. What do you think about that? And the concept and idea came about from the whole clubhouse. What I saw, how I saw clubhouse launch, and to me, the second clubhouse let everybody in is when I felt like it dipped off the cliff. Like, I saw value in that whole invitation. So that was just.
Let me get an invite. Where's my link? They did an excellent job. They really did.
Yeah. So I wanted to ask you, what do you think about that model from a software perspective? And I would love your feedback on that.
I'll go last, since we talked the most. And that's all.
I mean, wait, lists are great. You just have to. People have to know that they're missing out. People have to know about the fomo and they have to know that.
Certain people that got in or their competitors got in, or only the cool kids got in. There has to be something that's not just a number saying only 1,000 spots. And there's 41,000 people that try to get in. It's not just a number thing. It's an emotional thing. FOMO is emotion. It's. The first word is fear. Fear is an emotion. It's one of the most intense emotions that we have. And so to create the fear of missing out, you actually have to create fear. And that has to be more than just a number of, like, oh, there's only a thousand spots. So understanding what is it that's going to make me nervous that I'm not in ability got in, or what's going to make me nervous that my competitor got in or my blah, blah, blah got in? How do I get in? What do I have to do to get in? And you can't Create that just by saying there's a waitlist.
Got it. Now what if you experience the tool and then found out it was a wait list? Meaning like even to find out there was a wait list you would have experienced so you know that what you can't get versus like me telling you about it. So for example, like one of the things with our software is everybody that watches the demo or watches it, experiences it immediately. Like you get to actually use it as you're watching the demo. So does that increase. Is that, is that part of fear that I'm creating? Like if you saw something happen and then you realize you couldn't. Is that, is that a good enough pull? Because that was my thought process behind it.
That's more like lust. Like you get that kiss from the girl and now you're like, wow, I really want to go to second base and third base.
You're just less better than fear.
Lust is even more intense.
Okay, cool. Well, that's good.
I think, you know, like the training and the gamification of the people who do get in, right? Like what, what made people clamor for clubhouse? It wasn't, it wasn't the wait list. It was that so many other people were using it and talking about it and you're like, dang, you're peering in the window and you're like chose in there. And so like, maybe that's an agreement of, hey, you know, we're going to pluck you off the wait list. But here's the rules. You got to do this, this and this or you know, some kind of sharing, some kind of screenshotting or something. I don't know what exactly what that looks like, but you know, it's. It was the, the buzz. It wasn't just the wait list. It was the buzz of who was on that made everyone else like freak out. I mean, I would get emails like, hey, can you get me in, man?
I'm just like, wait to throw in on race saying so you know, I'm a hardcore gamer, but so I play Madden and Madden.
I'm like mad into that. So I play Madden super hardcore. And I play this game mode called Ultimate Team. And, and in Madden Ultimate Team you get cards. Some are like 70 overall, some are 80 overalls. Obviously the 99 Randy Moss is like the greatest player, whatever. But the challenge is, is that you have to play against some of these people who have these fucking special cars that you don't have. So they have like a. Of course you're going to fucking beat me deep if you're running with a 99 speed Randy Moss. And I say that because I like the idea of your tool being the 99 Randy Moss, and going with like, what Dan was saying is showing, like, yo, this person used it. Here's the results that they fuck got using this tool. But guess what? You can't get it. Look at this plan about to run with Randy Moss. Yeah, but you can't use Randy Moss. You got to get on the waitlist. You know what I mean? Like, what the fuck is this is. What do you mean I can't use 99 Randy Moss? But they're getting this, you know, almost as if, like, the only reason why you got those results is because you're using eboo. The only reason why you got those results is because you're using eboo. Like, come on, you're cheating. You're using the hack, you know?
Yeah, they'll complain about it, but they.
Want it exactly, exactly. Like you can't use. Or like in Golden Eye, back in the day, was this character Odd Job. Everybody was like, Odd Jobs cheating. I just cheated until they could be the same motherfucker too.
Like, you know, like so, yeah, I love it. I love it. Well, you guys, that was worth 100 million. I think I'm on the right track then.
You can't get this out for free, bro. You can't. I don't know if you can.
Was this cool? I mean, I've never seen it done. I've never seen it done. And my last thing because is for you guys. I'd love for you all to just let me know at least one person you think could get value from this as well. Like, if you know somebody that's crushing it in business, they gotta be doing eight or nine figures and wouldn't mind meeting new cool people. Definitely send them my way. And then also I'd love for all of you guys to connect. Ray, I definitely think you would do. I want you to connect with Dan and Billy and.
For multiple reasons. I think you'd add value to them. And I'm always around them, so hopefully that brings you around.
I'd say this tube is Ray and Vince. Like, have y' all been 100 mil event?
No, I mean, Dan doesn't invite me, man.
I mean, like, I was gonna say, like, that. I think that would be really dope.
No, I definitely, I definitely missed a couple. I, I, Something came up, but I definitely want to go get down there at 100 million, right?
Ray, I need your number. I need your number to get offline. Eventually you could text us, whatever.
Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna, I'm gonna stop the recording and I'll let us all connect and, and do that. Well, listen, guys, we did it.
