A short YouTube clip (Vince Reed) describing a PPC tactic: harvesting business cards from sponsor booths at business/entrepreneurial events, extracting company names/keywords from those cards, and then bidding on those untapped keywords to capture traffic cheaply by appearing alongside the sponsoring companies' paid search ads.

Anytime I go to events, I go to where all the sponsor booths are so companies can go and get the little sponsor section where they, you know, have all their, like, things that they can share cards or whatever. Every event I go to, I try to go to the big ones that have, you know, big rooms, and there'll be, like, just a whole floor of these. I'll go get their business card. And I go to business and entrepreneurial events. So anybody that has a booth at one of those events typically are helping a business owner. So those are untapped keywords. So I go grab those card, the business cards of everybody in the booth, and then that becomes keywords that I can bid on that nobody else is bidding on. That company has a marketing department, and they're driving traffic to get people aware of their company. And all you have to do is what I say call legally steal that traffic. So if I show up next to that company, okay, as another solution, then I can get some of that traffic for really cheap.
